From first enquiry through to installation and commissioning of our solar system, Array Electrics have been excellent. Navigating the world of solar power generation and home installation can be daunting – there are a lot of companies out there offering their services and it can be very difficult to both understand and compare the options available. Array Electrics was recommended to us by Solar Sherpas - a wonderful independent resource offering lots of helpful tips and advice. Array Electrics stood out from the other companies we received quotes from for a number of reasons. First, responsiveness and attention to detail: Lucy and Scott were brilliant at quickly explaining what we needed to think about, how to best configure our system, and providing all the information we needed in a timely fashion. Second, quality of workmanship: the team installing the equipment were excellent - clean, friendly, understanding, and obviously very good at what they do! It was all completed in a day and the scaffolding was gone within a few days. Thirdly, customer support: upon completion of the work, both Lucy and Scott kept in touch to make sure that we fully understood how to get the most out of our system, including registering for payment for power sent back to the grid – they genuinely care about customer service. To summarise, Array Electrics made the whole process of getting a solar system installed painless – in our view they are consummate professionals that can be trusted and we would strongly recommend them to anybody thinking about going down the road of installing home solar generation.

Had a system fitted 2-3 years ago and was hugely impressed with the company, work and staff then. I’ve had an issue with the phone monitoring system this evening, which was probably caused by something I’ve done incorrectly. Array’s response for my message, pleading for assistance has been an immediate reply back to assure me that they’ve checked the system and it’s all working OK and they will get someone to call me tomorrow, with the added assurance that it shouldn’t be a problem to sort out. (the phone app) Now thats what I call outstanding customer care and after sales service, brilliant and reassuring.

We are really pleased with the service from Array Electric. The advice we received was clear, honest, and very professional, with multiple design options provided to help us see the differences in layout and equipment. The installation itself was tidy and well organised, and the scaffolding company they worked with were polite and very respectful of our home. Overall, a great experience from start to finish – highly recommended!

This company was extremely professional and helpful, without any pushy sales tactics. Lucy assisted with my installation from the initial consultation to final handover and followed up with an aftercare call and assistance thereafter with the MPAN export application. I found Lucy, extremely professional and knowledgeable to assist with the reviewing of my previous quotation, she gave me an alternative solutions tailored to my specific requirements such as a flat roof installation with optimisers and heated storage battery. The installation team were a team of 5 and this was installed and commissioned in one day. This company is highly recommended. It is easy to fall foul of cheaper all-in packages, as advertised on social media and exhibitions. You’re definitely in safe hands with Array Electrics. Definitely will use and recommend again Array Electrics for my Solar Panel requirements.

Very happy with this company. Had solar panels installed by another company, which then stopped trading. Array Electrics came to my rescue. Did a complete survey and health check of the system and installed bird protection system which the other company had not even advised. I was very happy with the service from Array Electrics and got them to install a battery. Was all set to go for a branded player, had already paid (refundable) deposit and got connected to Array Electrics only because I had registered on Solar Sherpa earlier during my research and they called. It was a timely call and it was Scott's friendly informative advice and transparency, in response to my queries - despite of my plan with a competitor, that made me rethink and in making an informed decision, I got a high-quality installation reasonably priced, avoiding the expensive option chosen earlier. We approached Scott for some advice on approximate costs of electrical house repairs prior to considering a house purchase. Scott was under no obligation to get back to us given that we weren't a paying customer at this stage. Scott did respond promptly, sending an email to us the same evening, recognising how our situation was dependant on his advice. It is rare to find a company that values helping people as much as providing a paid service. Very impressed with Scott's kindness and willingness to assist us hence leaving this review to say thank you. If we require the work to be done, we will definitely use Scott's company! From the initial discussions, I was very confident I had made a good choice. Scott isn't just a sales person, he actively shows you data discusses all the scenarios and he also has his own solar setup. After the planning and I felt this was an excellent choice. And after the installation I was totally satisfied and felt I received the deal I had expected. The guys completing the installation were friendly, experienced and very hard working. And they tidied up after themselves perfectly. Honestly I'm so happy with the whole process form start to finish. I would happily recommend the team to anyone.

The whole team at Array Electrics provided a brilliant service for our solar PV and battery system installation. It was a difficult project for several reasons, very high roof, heritage Swithland slate roof, 6 different mounting aspects and long cable runs. But they kept at it from dawn to dusk, even beyond, to complete the job on time and budget. The next day, in January, we generated 10kWh and look forward to five times that in summer. Well done team.

Array Electrical were one of four companies requested to provide a quote for the installation of a solar and battery system. From the beginning they were good to deal with, listening to our needs and giving straightforward answers to any questions. Their quote was easy to understand and very competitive. The competitive quote and that they don't try to sell you 'their system' (as the Nationals do) made it a no brainer to go with them. The installation and commissioning took 7 hours and went without a hitch. The standard of work was excellent throughout, and the team were considerate of their surroundings and the property. Everything was tided up and swept clean on completion. All necessary documents were submitted very quickly after commissioning. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Array Electrics for solar or any other electrical work.

This was a fantastic experience throughout. It was a large job and we had 198 Solar panels installed on our warehouse roof. quick, efficient, and it all went to plan with no problems, we were unaffected in our daily operations and we are now reaping the rewards of clean, green solar energy. We can't recommend the company enough.

We recently used Array Electrics for our solar panel and battery installation, who were professional, friendly and punctual. The work was completed to a high standard and within the agreed time frame. Scott and the team have been great to work with and the process was smooth start to finish.

From planning and quotation, to installation and clean up, Array were a quality supplier. The guys installed the system in two days with a minimum of fuss and no interference with our ongoing life. The pricing was very good and th choice of components was quality. Would recommend them to anyone looking to get a system.

Firstly amazing team, I initial went with eon solar but needed a more competitive system. I would have paid a hell of a lot more just because of the personal treatment, professionalism and courtesy of the team. Strong communication on site and off, phenomenal designs and recommendations as well as I know that if there were maintenance scenarios they would follow it up. The hard part of navigating the building to install the solar was managed seamlessly as well as the walk through of the app. As a customer that is picky, annoying and particular they provided no irks or issues. If they had a carpenter as well I would probably be trying to add an impossible 6 stars. Thanks, Mike

Very professional work, Nathan and his team were efficient, clean, tidy and acutely aware of us running a business from home while they worked. Highly recommended. Follow up from Scott regarding installation and any further questions, regarding the set up, use of our system was/is faultless.

Did my roofs with 14 panels on one and 4 on another about a year ago. They were tidy and efficient and worked really hard - not even stopping for a lunch break. The scaffolding went up the day before, the work was done in a day and the scaffolding was gone the following day. A year on and we've had no problems whatsoever with any of it and the actual yield is on par with the quote.

Great job from Array Electrics - Scott, Ashley, and the team carrying out the works. We had a detailed and technical video call with Scott, which was well explained, followed by a technical survey with Scott and Ashley before the installation. The workmen were professional, polite, and clean! We love our solar panels and battery storage and are looking forward to saving on the horrendous monthly electric bills. Thanks, Array!
