A great company to work with.

Awful

Just had our yearly service on our Oil fired heating system. Dean as always provided a first class, thorough service call, explained everything to us clearly and left us well satisfied with our company choice.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Flockhart due to their reckless driving. The driver displayed a lack of consideration for traffic rules and safety, making the journey uncomfortable and unsafe. I expected better professionalism and responsibility from a company of their caliber.

Recently used Flockhart after our previous gas engineer has given up due to I’ll health, I contacted the company via email and all my questions was answered , had 2 properties serviced arrived on time and received great service , The gentleman who serviced the boilers etc was called Phil highly recommended , a credit to your company. Will be using this company every year from now on. Review written on behalf of happy customer Mrs Richards.

As a Carer for a Gentleman having his air pump system replaced, the team from Flockharts was excellent. Jason and Ben and their electrician as well as other team members , all worked well together, were very pleasant and did not waste a minute. They were very thoughtful to the special needs I required during the day with my work and worked solidly whilst here to achieve a good result. Central heating working well! They arrived promptly each day as arranged and can only say what a great team they all were and was very impressed with their skills. They left everything neat and tidy and even hoovered the carpets before leaving!! Thank you for all you did. Would recommend highly from this experience with this Company.

I am leaving this review of my disabled brother and sister-in-law as they were in desperate need of a boiler repair and Flockharts came to the rescue. They were friendly, extremely efficient and kind and much appreciated for the service provided. I would recommend them highly.

Unfortunately I didn't get to use their services because I was enquiring at a particularly busy time of year and the waiting list was long. However, I was very impressed with the organisation and communications, unlike some places that don't get back to you, so I wanted to review to show appreciation for that. Thank you.
