Utterly reprehensible conduct from Wyer Electrical. On 29th May 2025, one of your engineers, while servicing my neighbour's property, flagrantly obstructed my driveway. My subsequent attempt to address this egregious breach of basic courtesy with your main office was met with staggering apathy and a complete lack of follow-up to my unanswered email. This appalling indifference is frankly indefensible and speaks volumes about Wyer's lamentable standards of professionalism.

The service provided by Shaun Williamson electrician, working for Wyer Electrical Services was excellent. Shaun was extremely professional in identifying a fault in one of our electrical sockets. I would rate the work carried out by Shaun as 1st Class! A very competent man who explained exactly what the fault was and very knowledgeable.

Great service to help my Mum when half her sockets stopped working. I called at 10:00 and an electrician arrived that afternoon. No fault found but Stewart was very considerate and thorough and took the time to explain to my Mum everything he did. Recommended.

Fantastic service all round! Wyer Electrical completed an electrical survey for us when we were selling our property and then completed the necessary upgrades. The team went above and beyond to get the work completed and the certificate across to us so that our house sale could complete before Christmas. Everyone we spoke to was so friendly and knowledgable. We would not hesitate to contact Wyer electrical for any further work we need.

Very impressed with Wyer, Simon did a great job installing the Nest without me being there. Helpful troubleshooting the app and very quick service. Would definitely recommend.

Check all my electrics. Everything is okay. Shawn was Very helpful and informative electrician. You can trust them with the job and they even advise users about the best practices to maintain the electrical side of things. They do go above and beyond their job to satisfy the customers. Really appreciate their work.

Great service from Shaun today, tough job to locate the issue meaning every socket across the whole back of the house had to be removed and tested. Shaun was excellent, kept me informed on how it was going throughout the morning and found and resolved the issue. Can praise Shaun enough, I will be asking Wyer Electricial to be sending Shaun to any jobs I have in the future. Thank You Shaun

Used twice over the last 2 weeks. Two different engineers. Both very good. On time, polite, helpful. A good job done on both occasions with both of them fully explaining what was needed and what they were doing. Can't fault this company. Excellent all round.

Highly recommended, I had been struggling all day trying to fix NEST issue, with one call they diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue, can’t thank them enough for the time and service especially as out of normal working hours A+++

We had an electrical problem diagnosed & fixed with our boiler in no time. Simon was very professional and compitent. He was also a very nice guy. He returned the next day and fitted our nest unit. It was up and running in less than a couple of hours. Simon explained and demonstrated how to operate it afterwards too. Price of call out and installation, I would say was reasonable. All in all, I would definitely recommended them. I would also use them again. Thanks Wyer & Simon.
