I have no idea about the business, but if there driving is anything to go off of it’s abysmal

* 0 stars * One of the most disorganised, un-interested and uncommunicative organisations I’ve ever come across. Chasing all the time, no contact or updates and failing to meet their own promises. We are only With them through no choice of our own as they are who are the company who did the solar panels on our new build property, but I would not recommend to anyone or anybody who actually wish for decent service. Initially our solar panels weren’t even connected properly so we’ve missed out on years of rebates of energy because of faulty workmanship. 4 months on from initial complaint on realisation it’s not a meter reading or British Gas and still waiting on an engineer to arrive to come out and complete the change over from 1 wire to 2 wires, or something along those lines. If ignoring emails and being notoriously difficult to get hold of to actually sort a problem, you guys are doing a fantastic job.
