We needed a new inverter.

We needed a new inverter for our solar panels, MAK Energy promptly responded to our call, were very good, giving a choice of inverter, explaining what needed doing, prices and warranty. The new inverter and remote access box were fitted within the week, excellent service, by knowledgable team.

Excellent service and knowledge of product

I needed my solar inverter changed and enquired on their web site. I got a call back the next day to find out about my current Solar and inverter setup. To make sure I got the right product, I sent photos of the inverter and was given a very reasonable quote for an inverter and installation. On top of that they were happy to come and install on dates that I was available. They arrived punctually on the agreed date, installed efficiently, answered any questions and then got my app software working post the install as well. A very good experience and someone I would recommend and use if I needed a battery or other energy products installed.

What a great team

mubashar was very kind and understanding and explained things to me several times over as i have no knowledge of this technology at all. Everything was fitted in a very proffesional manner and he also went out of his way to help us as we needed a new roof as well and his team worked around this. Have already recommended him to several fiends.

Mubashir has been really professional. Understood our requirements and communicated clearly, why a 10kw solar system is what we're looking for. Reliable and trustworthy. MAK Energy fitted our photovoltaic installation in 2011. Their advice is very sound. They are experienced and knowledgeable, their expertise is evident, their communications are excellent, and they did not try and sell us technology which would not have been cost effective. Recently the inverter needed renewing as is standard after more than 11 years and they supplied and fitted a new one within days of us contacting them. They can also monitor the system’s performance remotely now and we will both be notified if any faults should develop in the future. We approached a more local company for a quotation for the same job and their quotation was nearly five times as much. The other company also recommended upgrades incompatible with our system. We would go back to MAK energy every time.

Great advice and installation by Mubashar. The Huawei hardware is an impressive bit of kit and takes up little room with its slim line battery. I would recommend MAK energy for a solar installation.
