Jake, Alex and Jack came and did our solar install, 10 panels plus a powerwall (plus alot of cable running) in our Victorian cottage. What a great job they did, from the moment they got here and the clear and concise walk through with Jake, to the calm explanation on how the system works at the end from Alex, a flawless service from guys who clearly know their business! All three lads were very polite and respectful despite the miserable January rain they had to work through. Highly recommended especially for solar install 👌

Jake and his team were brilliant. They came to help repair my system and we're very thorough, and great advisers. I really felt they cared and were doing everything they could to solve my issues. Almost hope I have more problems so I can hide them again :-p

Jake, Josh and Kai did a fantastic job installing solar for us, Jake explained the whole process and all of the guys were polite and I felt very comfortable with them in my home.

Today

Today, DJUKA Electrics installed my solar panels, and they They were absolutely impressive! The team — Jake, Kai, and Will — I was surprised how young they are and they did an excellent job all the way through. They were working in partnership with Effective Home, and I have to say, they are brilliant electricians. They handled everything from start to finish, setting up and installing the system while clearly explaining how it all works to me. I couldn’t have asked for a better team — they worked quick, smooth, and efficient. I would recommend them. Thank you so much for an excellent job!

We are over the moon with how it turned out they asked me how I would want the cables run ( I wanted mine to follow my current EV charger cables) and in what location I wanted the battery and did it to a T. Solar Install

Jake and Kai turned up and got straight on with the install. Happy to answer any questions and extremely accommodating with specifics on the install. All done same day, and showed me how everything worked. Cleaned up as they went and left everything as found. Great people who I would recommend to anyone

Solar and battery installed end of 2024, no handover pack or any paperwork at all. National Grid advised paperwork was submitted and returned July 2025. They are ignoring all contact. Hopefully this will help with the resolution

Solar & Battery Installation

Djuka were outsourced by Effective Home to install my solar and battery system. The work was carried out to an exceptionally high standard with a level of professionalism and courtesy I haven’t experienced in a number of years. The team were not exactly a local team but for any work of this type in the future they would be my first choice to engage

Solar Installation Day

On the installation day, things started early with all the hardware being delivered around 7:45. Shortly afterwards the Installation team arrived consisting of Josh, Alex and Adam. After a brief chat they started on the installation. The operation was like a well oiled machine. One was on the roof placing the solar panels, one was in the loft installing the battery and inverter and one outside dealing with the mains feed/electrics. Communication between us all was excellent! Once the installation was complete and running, I was shown how to use the app together with an explanation of the system data. In the loft the hardware and it's components were explained to me. The solar panels on the roof were mounted centrally and look very pleasing to the eye. The team cleared up very well after the installation. In summary, a fantastic job carried out by a very competent team. Many thanks to Josh, Alex and Adam.

Solar Install : high praise

Djuka Electrics was outsourced by Effective Home Solar to install our 3.5Kw Solar power system. Jake and Kai were both very professional, and very knowledgeable with their work. They arrived 8am, finished by 2pm, including a briefing with us on the system setup and technicalities we needed to understand. Looking forward to working with them again on future projects.

I just want to say "Thank you" for Jake and the other two guys for a friendly and professional service installing our 14 panels and Tesla battery through Effective Home. After sales service is also very good and when I thought we had an issue with the battery, Harry over WhatsApp helped straight away and even contacted Tesla. It transpired that the battery's algorithm was just sorting itself out, but they still contacted me a week later to make sure everything was ok. If they were based a little closer to where we live, we would use them for all the other electrics we need doing. Thanks again

Jake and his team were professional, helpful and efficient. We had solar panels installed with battery back up which was all new to us. The team explained everything to us in simple language we could follow and even helped with advice more than a year after the installation. Fully recommend.

I highly recommend Jake and his fellow workers of DJUKA Electrics a very professional company. They arrived at 7.45 am and everything was completed by 4.00 pm 10 solar panels and a 130 kg Tesla battery.

Last year DJUKA Electrics fitted our solar system on behalf of Effective Home Ltd. Throughout the time the three lads were at my property they were very professional, keeping their working area tidy, along with clearing before they left. Once everything was completed, they went through the app with me, making sure I was happy with everything. Unfortunately, the after care is yet to be desired, when only wanting to know more about the app & update the settings, they have either taken days to get back to me, or just not replied, which Ive had to resort to seeking the information via the manufacturer or Facebook.

The DJUKA ELECTRICS team were very well presented, vehicles and staff professional, friendly & knowledgeable. The instillation Solar Photovoltaic System and Batteries from Sunsynk seems robust *only a week old at time of the review, but believe no issues to be worried about with only the benefits to look forward too ;) keep up the good work and have a nice day :)
