A member of the team from Justin Bucknell Electrical Limited arrived very promptly and installed a new, and highly recommended, Hypervolt EV charger point. The previous and terrible, Wallbox, was removed and they have taken it away for recycling along with all the packaging for the new one. The installation was straight forwards as it was a swap out but, the installer was very thorough in checking all the previous work and also exchanged one of the safety systems for one that meets the latest standards. All in all a very thorough and professional team.

I want to commend Justin Bucknell Electrical and their staff for the excellent service we received. We had just bought a new EV, and got it home to find that our charger was not working. Thanks to Gemma's efforts, their engineer Pete was able to come as an emergency, and worked for several hours in terrible weather to diagnose the fault and work with Hypervolt to sort it out. Justin Bucknell Electrical Ltd. made our EV Charger installation a straightforward and stress free process. Having approached two other companies prior, and undertaken long drawn out survey processes and weeks of waiting for a response - I requested a quote and had it in my inbox within 48 hours. Two weeks later we were booked in and the electrician completed the work to an excellent standard. The entire process could not have been more simple and everyone I encountered throughout the process was really polite and helpful!

I recently had downlights installed by Justin Bucknell Electrical and I must say the entire process from start to finish was absolutely brilliant. We searched far and wide before we came across Justin Bucknell electrical, and were so pleased we found them. They were easy to deal with, carried out a speedy installation on our EV charger and left the job neat and tidy. It wasn’t easy, as they had to run the electrical cable over underneath our block and gravel driveway, but they did a seamless job and you wouldn’t know they’d been.

Really pleased with my EV charger install. Price was competitive but.... the install was quicker than expected, communications before and after were great and Justin (the installer) did a great job (in the p-ing rain!!!!). Pleased and would recommend without hesitation

Super efficient small business from quotation all the way through to the installation which was really professionally done . The initial consultation was brilliant, with everything clearly explained. The install was efficient, neat and tidy. They completed the job exactly as discussed and explained the use of the charger clearly. We are very happy with the work and would definitely recommend.

Used this local company across the years, very happy with the service. I had a broken storage heater and an engineer came out straight away to access the problem, and it was fixed within two days - new part ordered and fitted. Very happy customer! Pricing is transparent and clear invoicing , the workers are professional and really polite , careful to clear around and removed shoes etc

It was a privilege to meet you. Thank you for completing both the EICR and the charger installation - and for crawling through the smallest loft imaginable just to keep our interior walls untouched. That level of care speaks volumes. From the wiring in the consumer unit to the finish on the exterior, the attention to detail was impressive. Consistent quality and customer service across the entire team is rare, and this company deserves recognition for it.

Justin Bucknell Electrical installed a car charger for us. They were always quick to reply, thorough and professional. They knew the answers to all my questions. They were able to schedule the installation much sooner than I expected which was fantastic. The installation itself was completed within 3 hours. All in all, fantastic.

So pleased I saw one of Justin’s social media posts before I ordered from elsewhere, ended up saving myself money and when it came to installing our air conditioning units the engineer that fitted our system was a great fella (we have had a lot of trades in our house this year, and these guys worked so tidy and were so polite). Amazing! Everyone at at Justin Bucknell were great from start to finish. Mine was a relatively easy install (EV charger), made complicated by missing/misplaced parts which was completely our fault.
