Cahill installed our solar system in November 2024. I contacted them yesterday with a oroblem with the Fox app and Morgan took on the job of sorting it out. After 24 hours he had sorted out everything and the system is now working perfectly. Highly recommended, very professional.

It’s been five months since my solar and battery installation, and everything has been working exactly as expected. From the initial call with Josh to the office team, the surveyor, the scaffolders, roofers and electricians, every single person I dealt with was professional and accommodating. Minor hiccups were addressed effectively. The quote was well presented and looked professional. Cahill offered me the best hardware for my needs (high-efficiency AIKO panels and a Tesla Powerwall 3) at a reasonable price. The sales team were responsive throughout the process, answering my technical questions promptly. Antony, the surveyor, took the time to understand my requirements and reassured me about the installation, confirming the optimal number of solar panels to maximise my roof space. At that point, I knew I could trust Cahill to deliver, and I was happy to proceed. Scaffolding was up within two hours and held firm during several days of strong winds. On installation day, the team arrived on time, which was excellent. The lead electrician deserves special thanks for coordinating the team and completing the underground ducting neatly despite the challenges. The roofers installed the solar panels efficiently and were happy to answer my questions. Before leaving, the team walked me through the Tesla app, and the system was fully operational. I was able to start saving immediately by reducing my reliance on the grid. Exporting excess solar and battery energy required permission from the DNO and my energy supplier, along with some help from Tesla support, and Cahill assisted with all of this post‑installation. What set Cahill apart was their willingness to go the extra mile — nothing was too much trouble. Choosing a reputable installer isn’t easy, but Cahill delivered a compliant, high‑quality installation without cutting corners. I’m very happy with the system and would confidently recommend Cahill Renewables to friends and family.

I must say what a pleasure it has been to do business with such a friendly and helpful company. Josh, you have been brilliant and very helpful explaining the ins and outs of how the system works and making sure that we have the best system that meets our needs. Ross our surveyor was also helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. The ladies in the office were friendly and extremely efficient. Even James your delivery guy was friendly. And finally Jim our engineer. What an: Amazing, conscientious, happy, helpful and knowledgeable young man he is. Nothing was too much trouble and his work was exemplary. So neat and tidy and not a scrap of mess left behind. He explained everything to my husband Brian and I, went through the app with us and went well beyond what we would expect from him. So thank you all for making this a pleasurable and exciting experience. We will have no hesitation in recommending Cahill Renewables.

I am leaving this review on be half of my Mum, from our experience with a Employee of Cahill Renewables. Sadly, my Dad and Sister died within 11 weeks of each other, which left a huge problem with getting everything over to my 87 year old Mum's name, as the whole solar panel system was in my Dad and Sisters name. So my Mum could inherit the system, the Fit company wanted certain information that sadly, as my Sister was not the best paperwork keeper. OVO suggested that we contacted Cahill to see if they could help with gaining the info OVO required. I spoke to and absolutely wonderful young man called Joshua Ells. Even though we are not Cahill customers, Josh was so helpful, giving me some amazing advice regarding the solar panel system my Mum has, was so patient with me as I don't know much about solar panels. Josh's advice was so valuable, that within a couple of days we had sorted everything out that has been going on for over 6 months. Josh, thank you so much for your time and patients, you are an absolute credit to Cahill Renewables. If this is the way Cahill employees treat someone who is not a Cahill customer, I can only begin to imagine the amazing service Cahill provide for their existing customers. Thanks again Josh, Paul

Just had solar panels and a Fox battery installed. Communication and customer service has been great throughout, even sorting out a small hiccup with no problem. On top of the great service from start to finish, their price was competitive, so I'd highly recommend them.

I chose Cahill Renewables to install my solar panels and battery. All of their team were friendly and helpful without being pushy. Their price was competitive against other quotes and had no unnecessary extras. They kept me informed throughout the installation, which was completed on time with the minimum of fuss. Documentation was provided quickly. Post installation issues were resolved quickly and the panels are working well. I am very happy with what they have done and would chose them again.

I had batteries and a converter installed by Cahill in May. The appointment was timed for between 08:00 and 09:00, they arrived at 08:30, the job was completed by 12:30. The installers were pleasant and polite and the installation was quick and efficient producing the minimum of disruption. I can highly recommend Cahill to others who may be interested in having batteries installed. The cost per kW capacity was the cheapest of the offers I received and in fact one installer offered me a discount of £500 on their estimate when I informed them that I had agreed to the Cahill offer, to match it. We have just had our solar system installed by Cahill Renewables and couldn't be more happier with the outcome! The scaffolder's arrived exactly when they said they would, the two guys who fitted the panels even worked on a bank holiday to get the panels installed ready for the electrical work to commence the following day. The electrics have been installed incredibly neatly and very discreet considering the equipment that was installed. The electricians worked tirelessly and system works faultlessly! I am very pleased we choose Cahill. The price was extremely competitive, and love that it was a local company that installed the system.

After looking at several panel providers, Cahilll, proved to be the best , not just on price, but when looking at their history of customer care and the equipt that they install. The Electricians turned up first Mike and Brandon. They explained what would happen, recced the best routes and installed the equipt, with no fuss, dramas, and with complete professionalism, whilst still being approachable and empathetic. The panel installers turned up an hour or two later, during a storm, but completed their task so quickly we did not get to know their names. Project was completed in 1 day, with no project disasters or set backs which was great. So a big thanks to Mike and Brandon who made the install painless and mess free. As well as the nameless panel guys and the Cahill team generally. Still early days as the install was only Monday 28th Jan 2025, but a great start.

I used Caill Renewables last year when they installed my solar and battery system and had absolutely no hesitation instructing them to install my air sourced heat pump. Heat pumps are a daunting thing to consider after the old trusted gas boiler and making the change is ataking a big step. There are many scare stories in the media that can put people off. But I say please ignore them as its all down to the planning ,the installation and how the heat pump is set up. Once again I had very lengthy phone conversations with Josh from the sales team and he talked me through everything step by step. When I decided to go ahead the heat surveyor Catherine called round to do a very comprehensive heat survey and also proposed sites where the heat pump and water cylinder would go. After the results of the heat survey Josh was able to calculate the final price including some radiator upgrades. The price was very reasonable and I agreed to go ahead. The 2 installers Darren and Bo that came to do the work were so professional and worked so hard. I had many questions during the installation and nothing was too much trouble.. They worked so hard installing the system to the highest level. I was shown in great detail how to operate the system and it has been set up in a very economical way. And the fitters also left their telephone number if I had any further questions and if they could help. Results I am so pleased that I have changed to the air source heat pump and my bungalow has never been warmer. It is also very cheap to run the system and much cheaper than the gas boiler that just seemed to guzzle gas. The new system operates at a lower temperature and is best left on all the time. I have no regrets having this installation and with the government grant it has made this very affordable. Many thanks to everyone st Cahill Renewables it's been a pleasure doing business with them again. I would highly recommend this company for solar and heat pump installation for their friendliness, professionalism, quality of work and a reasonable price. This company does not try and upsale you for things you don't need. In fact Josh saved me money by moving some of my existing radiators to new locations so I only had to buy a few upgrades. Having spent several weeks looking at several solar panel installers, we finally decided on Cahill as they offered a system (Solax) that has good reviews and their quote, whilst not the cheapest, was still competitive. The sales experience was also very good with no 'hard sell', just good honest clear advice. Compared with other providers, Cahill clearly know the technology and offer very good advice. The installation of our 18 all black panels, 7.5kW inverter and 2x 3kW batteries was a breeze and was completed in 1.5 days. Highly recommended.

We looked at several companies when considering our Solar installation. The key reason for us to select Cahill was the quality and manner of the interactions we had with Shane, the salesman who replied to our enquiry. At no stage were we put under any pressure, indeed He advised us when not to spend money as we wouldn't get the benefits from it. In terms of value, it was extremely competitive but extremely good quality, so the value was clear. Additionally, Cahill make a big thing about Ethical Sourcing and wanted to ensure that we had kit which was high quality and ethical. The quality of this interaction continued as we spoke to the directors and sub contractors who managed the install. They were very approachable and made good suggestions to improve the install. The sparkies were especially commendable and the quality of the install was superb. After sales service has also been superb and very responsive. We have already been delighted with the solar install and have saved significant amounts in just the first week. We would wholeheartedly recommend Cahill in every manner Great Integrity, attention to detail, quality, ethics, value and responsiveness Thank you!

Cahill Renewables installed 4.4kW of 'inroof' solar panels, a 5kW inverter and 2x5.8kW batteries at our property in Kent. They were competitively priced, efficient and communication was great. The install team were considerate and friendly and took time to explain what they were doing to achieve the result we wanted. The install was minimally intrusive and completed in two and a half days. Highly recommend.

I chose Cahill after reviewing many review sites and I can honestly say their customer service and their installation teams are excellent. From the initial phone call with Joe in the office discussing the technicalities of the solar panels, the inverter and the battery system they addressed all my technical questions expertly. There was no big sales push, once I received the quote, they let me decide in my own time and I had to approach them to place the order! Coordination and communication from George were excellent from when the scaffold would be erected to when the engineers and roofers would arrive. On-site discussions with their electrical install team (Ken) were clear and they understood my requirements with respect to cables being in trunking and the colour of the external conduit etc. Their installation is exceptional, and their communication exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install solar on their property.

We were looking for solar panels for our home and wanted a firm that was pretty local to us. We did some research and saw the reviews for Cahill Renewables who were only approximately 20 miles from us. The reviews were very good so we decided to give them a ring. I spoke to George who was extremely helpful and talked through what we needed. He then sent us an estimate which was detailed and easy to understand. We were happy with this estimate so called George and arranged a date for the solar panels to be fitted. George explained that the scaffolders would call to advise when the scaffolding would be put up which would be about a week before the solar panels were due to be fitted. They called a week prior as advised and the scaffolding was put up quickly and efficiently. The following week George called to make sure that we were ready and he talked through what would happen and made sure that everything we had discussed would be fitted. The guys turned up in the morning and quickly set the panels up. The electrician, Michael, was the last to leave as he had to make sure everything was set as it should be and he explained how the App for the panels worked and show us how much energy they are producing and how much we have in the battery which we had installed. George called the day after to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy. Josh sent over our paperwork shortly thereafter and we are now just waiting for the paper copies (Subject to Royal Mail strikes of course 🤦‍♀️). Anyhow we are very pleased with the results. George was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kept us up to date with events. We would highly recommend Cahill Renewables and thank everyone there for their assistance. 😊
