Could not have been any better! The team at Vanadium were brilliant. We had been searching for solar solutions for our property for a while and were so disillusioned by the manner of the sales reps and the double-glazing salesman techniques. That was until Tom from Vanadium came to visit- he was freindly, talked sense, made the complex world of solar simple, practical and incrediby knowledgable specified us a system which would suit our needs. Their approach to the technology and set up was honest and priced really well, beating our other quotes for less comprehensive systems. Such a breath of fresh air in the solar sales world. The installation team were so polite, respectful, knowledgable, and left our property cleaner than they found it. If anyone was considering solar they would be my only recommendation!

A trustworthy company with excellent customer service

We had Sam Install our charger, he was so efficient and helpful, he made sure it was all set up before he left, staying in way later than he should have the job he did was fantastic. He made you feel like nothing was a problem. The whole experience and service from this company is so professional. I highly recommend them.

We had experience of Vanadium as residents in a block where they installed a complete EV charging infrastructure in the garage, so they were a natural choice to quote for a battery storage system for our solar panels when we moved. Tom visited to survey and quote, and was polite, professional, clearly knew the technology back to front, and had answers to all our questions. Once we decided to go for it, installation was quick and efficient by Ash and James, incredibly neat and tidy, with good set-up explanations. We are delighted with the Sigen battery and intelligent interface unit, and its performance so far; it feels like the perfect choice for us. After-sales service has been great, seamlessly providing all the paperwork we need and nursing us through changing set-ups once we were registered for Octopus Flex so we can top up the battery on cheap rate during the night. 100% happy with our tech, and with Vanadium - highly recommended for 5* service from start to finish.

Amazing service from start to finish. We were recommended Vanadium by a friend and were very happy with their service throughout. Ben visited our home to complete a survey, talked us through multiple options and provided a professional and competitive quotation and took the time to make sure we understood the proposed system before we agreed it. Installation was quick and Ash and Sam who completed the installation were amazing, very courteous and respectful of our home and completed the work with little fuss or mess. Following the installation we have had a follow up meeting with Ben to ensure we were happy and understood all of the various settings and getting the best from our system. Every interaction with Vanadium has been professional and I have had no qualms in recommending them to friends who also want to consider solar. I am very happy with our system and look forward to plenty of savings in the future.

Super impressed with the whole experience dealing with Vanadium for my EV Charger Install. Liaised with Tom initially to assess the work and then Sam the engineer for the install itself. The team are super personable, worked around my schedule as I had several meetings on the day, and did a really great job with the install. They also offered lots of great advise and the aftercare has been great. Couldn't be more pleased.

Great design and product knowledge

No nonsense, sensible design, great communication and all throughout a great company to have install my solar, battery and EV charger. Right from the outset the team provided a thorough overview of capabilities and provided a raft of knowledge about various technologies.

I had an excellent experience with Vanadium. I spoke with Ben over the phone, and he was courteous, professional, and easy to talk with. He even offered to visit my property the next day to assess the job. After the assessment, I received the estimates later that day, and all communication was smooth and professional. The job was scheduled for the following week. Sam, the installer, came to perform the work and did an outstanding job. I am very satisfied with the completed work. Sam was friendly, enthusiastic, and happy to explain what he was doing. His communication was excellent, and he kept his work area clean and tidy. I would strongly recommend Vanadium to anyone looking to have electrical, EV, or solar work done at their premises.

Had our solar panels and battery storage installed by Vanadium, and we are absolutely delighted. From the start , we were looked after and informed. The survey, design and purchase flowed effortlessly. Scaffolders were great, as were the roofers who installed the panels. Rob and Dave , the engineers who installed the system, were exemplary. Everything was neat, tidy, and beautifully installed. The system works like a dream, and exactly as we were told it would. I can thoroughly recommend Vanadium to give you a quality installation, installed by competent engineers and tradespeople, and at a very reasonable price. Thanks guys, you're all brilliant.

From initial enquiry to survey to installation (and lots of questions in between) Vanadium were very professional and carried out my installation to a very high standard, special thanks to Michael in sales, Ben (survey), Rob and David who installed- guys who really know their stuff!. I came across Vanadium Technologies in July 2023 when looking for an EV charger installation. After being pointed in their direction and contacted a few, I have to say my experience with Vanadium has been second to none. The response time was excellent, lead times, the level of communication, trust, experience and advice was brilliant. As this is my first EV install I didn’t know what to expect, but they (specifically Michael H) were on hand to help me. Easy to deal with, friendly staff, trustworthy but also very economically advantageous. On the day of the EV install, the installer (David) was super helpful, happy to chat and talk me through the process. We had to route the cable a way around the garden, and the amazing job he did to cover the cable and the finish of it is excellent. He spend time making sure it was perfect and also made sure everything was put back. Is fully recommend anyone to deal with Vanadium Technologies on EV chargers but also their other products, as I trust them and their experienced team. Thank you Vanadium. You have a very happy customer.

From the first contact over the phone Tom and Ben at Vanadium was accommodating. They understood the struggles I had with a previous Solar supplier. Vanadium made no mistakes in finding exactly the system I wanted and required. The workmanship from the electricians, roofers and scaffolders was excellent. Really please with the resulting install.

Very impressed with our recent solar panel install with Vanadium! They have been professional and responsive throughout, and as they are MCS registered I’ve just been set up for export so I can get money back for excess solar as well as saving on daily usage (it took a few weeks since install which is standard). We had a 4.7kw system installed across 2 roofs and they did a great job at a fair price. We particularly liked the idea of all black panels and the black skirting to keep the pigeons out and look good! Very happy with their service and friendliness!

Having carried out a lot of research on who best to use to install our EV wall charger, we opted for Vanadium as we felt they offered the best pre and post installation service and we were proven right! From the initial contact with Mike through to the installation by Rob (who did an amazing job, by the way!) the whole process was seamless. We highly recommend Vanadium and will be using them again in the future.

Had an EV charger fitted. The quote wasn't the cheapest, but I was impressed by the knowledge and recommendations of the sales team which gave me the confidence to go ahead. Very happy with the finished install, the installation was great - cables are hidden well, and loads of help provided with the charger and mobile app. Very pleased I went with Vanadium and would recommend them.

I came across Vanadium whilst researching electric car charger installation and was so pleased I did; the team are extremely knowledgeable and advised on my 'hopes' for the installation. Louise and Tom’s advice and straight forward explanations were invaluable in allowing me to appreciate and understand the finer details of the Easee One charger and the steps involved in the installation. On the day of the install our technician, Rob, had every thing under control, quickly confirming that my desired positions for the two chargers could be achieved and taking the care and attention to detail in running the cables in such a way as to minimise the exposed sections. To say that I was extremely happy with the installation is a bit of an under statement. Within a few hours Rob was demonstrating the chargers and explaining the finer details via the smart phone. If I could have awarded more than 5 starts I would have.

Michael at Vanadium contacted me following my online expression of interest in an Easee charger. I have never had an EV, and knew nothing about charging. We had 2 or 3 conversations during which he explained the process and arranged installation within a couple of weeks. Rob the electrician who installed my unit was friendly and professional, and gave me clear instructions. My Easee charger looks great and, when my car finally arrived last week, is very simple to use I would highly recommend Vanadium.

The engineer who installed our new charging point was courteous, professional and very tidy. He explained exactly what he was doing and suggested an alternative location for the charger that made absolute sense. The training was good too and I was shown exactly how to use the charger. I would highly recommend Vanadium as a company.

No.1 installation

From my initial call, through installation and after service I couldn't be more happy. Neat installation / cable management and installer clean after himself. Charger was even connected to Wi-Fi. If you looking for professional company this is it!

VANADIUM - Installation of ESSEE Electric Vehicle Charger - 10.8.22 The communication from Michael and the VANADIUM Team was excellent from the moment I made contact via the EASEE website. (Much better than the competition I might add whi simply want you to complete surveys via the website). The process from start to finish was terrific, BUT the most impressive part was the installation. Rob arrived ahead of schedule today, he conducted himself with great professionalism and an attitude of "nothing is too much trouble". A true asset to the business and customer service driven. The install was not straight forward but handled with confidence and I'm exceptionally happy. Rob was also joined by 2 colleagues Ben/Rich, again the guys were helpful and very professional tidying up and ensuring I was happy with all that they had done. I'd have no hesitation in recommending VANNADIUM & the EASEE EV charger to anyone. They were all great, a local business wanting to offer true service.....well done and thanks. Julian

Contacted Tom at the last minute as my local electrician bottled it. Tom worked through the the quote, set a date and I had to just sit back and wait. Ben arrived on time and quickly reviewed my environment. Within two hours we were up and running, charging, connected to the cloud, and they cleaned up after them. Nothing but praise for the team and I have no hesitation at all in recommending them if your looking for a charger install etc. In fact I have already recommend them to a friend and he has his install booked. Easily a 6 out of 5!!!!
