The annual service was carried out with professionalism, and curtasy. The engineer arrived when they said he would. First class, best decision we ever made when we picked them for our hot water, and heating requirements.

My husband and I have been with Warmaway for the past 5 years, they installed our Air source heat pump, solar panels and EV charger. We have our Air Source serviced every year to ensure efficiency and to comply with OFGEM refunds. We have never had an issue with any of the installations and everything is working as well as the day they were fitted. Unfortunately my husband passed away just before Christmas and I was tasked with arranging the service myself. Warmaway have been consistent in terms of sending the same heating engineer every year and "Paul" took the time to show me how to use the heating system to my advantage and reassured me that everything was working correctly. Warmaway are simply the best at what they do, there is no hard sale tactics and now as a woman on her own I feel confident in welcoming their staff into my home for yearly services or should I require any support with the installations in future. I don't live locally to Warmaway but this does not appear to be an issue in terms of providing good customer service.

We've been using Warmaway for over 10 years now. Initially for a new boiler and pressurised hot water tank system install. Other Companies made what we wanted sound impossible but John at Warmaway made it simple. Then subsequent boiler servicing. Our daughter also had a new boiler installed by Warmaway at her previous house a few years ago. All the work was always a professional job by courtious, friendly & competent Engineers. Our Daughter now needed a new Combi boiler install to replace the inadequate existing system boiler and hot water cylinder in her new house. We arranged for Adam to quote for the job and he and 2 other Engineers have completed the install today. Brilliant workmanship and many thanks Adam and lads for your hard work. We would not hesitate to recommend Warmaway to anyone.

Have used Warmaway for over 10 years. Replacement boiler then service and repairs. Can't recommend highly enough. Always prompt for servicing, and they have always gone out of their way to try to fit us in when we've had a couple of urgent repairs. Always get the job done, professional, friendly, fair prices. Today we had our solar installation completed by Warmaway - in short we cannot speak highly enough of the installation service we received. Obviously, it is far too early to judge the effectiveness of the system or actual savings but: in terms of the installation process, it was, simply, faultless. The electrical team of James, Fraser and Lucas arrived as scheduled (not always a "given") on Monday. They were friendly, polite, helpful and very effective at removing rubbish and general debris. Joe completed the installation of the panels today with similar plaudits. Joe carefully took me through the info from the monitoring app and all seems to be working fine - with the experience of nearly 5 hours. Contact with office based staff at Warmaway has been similarly excellent. First class service from all concerned. Cannot recommend highly enough. Adrian Finbow

After having a Solar PV System designed and installed in February this year by Joe and the team, at Warmaway Heating it’s been a fantastic addition to our home. We’ve had first rate work done by the team at Warmaway. The savings we’ve discovered over the past few months have been very surprising. If you think of it, Solar energy is the only addition to your home that actually starts to pay you back in monetary terms as soon as it’s installed, plus, as the cost of energy start to rocket your electric bill isn’t one of them. One happy Warmaway customer.

I have used Warmaway to service my solar thermal system and to replace panels, after storm damage. Excellent service, from both the office and site engineers. I would go back to them again. I also have a PV system and would use them for this, should the need arise.

Don't bother, they dont respond to trying to arrange a quote after having rang them 8 times over the course of 9 months.

Excellent service from start to finish. We had some radiators that were not working due to blockage in pipes. The engineer was very professional and worked very quickly. I was expecting to pay a small fortune to repipe everything but that was needed. The work was completed in less than a day to a very high standard and I will definitely be using this company again.

We’ve wanted a heat pump for a while and finally got round to installing one during lockdown, when I was working from home and realised just how much oil we were wasting. We dealt with John Redgwick at Warmaway who met with my wife and I and explained all the options. John recommended a 12kw Nibe ground source heat pump - we placed the order in early November and it was fitted before Christmas. There was no disruption to our hot water supply and only minimal disruption to our heating, which was switched off for 3-4 days. The main difference is that the heat pump emits a lower temperature through our radiators compared to the oil boiler so it takes longer to heat the house. The heat pump therefore tends to be kept running for longer periods and, because it’s more energy efficient, this basically means the heating can be left on virtually all the time and it still costs less than oil. I don’t really know much about heat pumps but my understanding is that Nibe is one of the best and it certainly seems quite a sophisticated system. John also explained how the RHI system works and our application was accepted without any issues and the first payment is due this month. Overall, it’s been a big investment and I’m very happy with the system and the service we‘ve received from John and his team has been excellent.

We had an ASHP installed by Warmaway at the end of Feb 2021 to replace storage heaters, it has completely transformed our house! Lukewarm (at best) rooms are now nice and toasty, and by all accounts so far at a fraction of the cost. Before choosing Warmaway we researched the technology and canvassed a few installers, John was the only one that was open with discussing the intricacies of the proposed system and gave us confidence that we would end up with something properly sized and installed as well as making other complimentary recommendations for ways we could improve the thermal efficiency of our house. While our install did encounter a delay due to supply chain issues outside of Warmaway's control, John was communicative throughout and assigned extra teams to recover the lost time. Paul and the team that did the install were equally as fantastic and did a spectacular job.

A fantastic service from start to finish. No nonsense advice, turned up when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves and were thoroughly nice people. We had a ground-source heat pump installed with some extra radiators inside. Any snags were fixed very quickly and cheerfully. Ongoing advice by phone or email is never too much trouble. I can't reccommend them highly enough and have encouraged several of my friends to use them - which they have with great results. Please can we have more companies like Warmaway in the world?

Warmaway installed an Air Source Heat Pump and several new radiators for us in February 2021. Everything about the process was professional courteous and efficient. The quote was clear and competitive and everything was explained about the system, the installation and the RHI grant. We were kept informed at every stage and knew when to expect the team to come and work. All the team on site were extremely polite, tidy and hardworking and it was a pleasure to watch a skilled team do a professional job. Everything was left clean and tidy at the end and the system was explained properly. We had a courtesy follow up visit just to check we were happy with the system and tweak any settings. 2 months later everything is working perfectly and we are very happy. I recommend Warmaway to anyone who enquires about our new ASHP.

New boiler installed and removal of old one and Mains 7 water heater. Work was completed in less than 2 days, the engineers were really friendly, courteous and clean. They explained what they were doing as they went along and installed a new Nest thermostat. They helped me install the app onto my phone and then paired it to the thermostat for me. I would definitely recommend them and use again. Excellent service.

NOT a good experience! Booked an annual service on our Baxi boiler. Engineer left at 9am WITHOUT any heating or hot water with a promise of a return call to discuss an OVER INFLATED quote to replace a boiler that was fully working prior to service. No call as promised so we called Warmaway at 3:15pm and talked to the director - ADAM REDGWICK. Justification of an inflated quote due to 'overheads'- no offer of temporary heating like portable radiators - complete lack of empathy for a young family left without heating or hot water in the middle of January -a company that takes advantage of a situation incited from the their own need to gain business - complete diabolical!

Warmaway put in a brand new system when we renovated our home eleven years ago. Under floor heating, new boiler and solar panels. They are always competitive and competent when maintaining the system and can deploy an engineer quickly when needed. Highly recommended.

I have used Warmways’s for boiler service for the past 13 years and always receive excellent service. The engineers are always very helpful and do a great job. Just had my fire serviced as I had problems lightning it and they came found the fault, ordered the part and then did the service. This also avoided a second out charge.
