Contacted company to find out more about air source heat pump- from initial contact to installation was kept fully informed/ each member of staff was helpful / friendly and professional.The cost was kept down as they were able to apply current funding from grant . James the installer was brilliant - was happy to be contacted following re. any teething issues and resolve. Returned to check that everything was running smoothly.Explained all the running of the system and programmed it to my needs eg timings . I would thoroughly recommend this company if considering an air source heat pump system .

Very happy with my experience with everyone at Elite Eco. From the very first telephone call to the installation itself. Elite very throughly went through in detail the pros and cons of an Air Source Heat Pump with myself and my husband. This is the difference in making us feel that the company was different from others that attended our property. They actually gave us an insight into renewable energy which we was quite surprised, being of the older generation we had heard about going more eco-friendly but didnt actually understand the concept of it. My husband Les, said he felt at ease with given the fact everyone gave him time and did not rush him, even when he is hard of hearing and things had to be repeated several times to him which I did laugh at. Very professional service and thank you to all and your team who treated our property in a clean and professional manner, I would be more than happy to make them more tea and biscuits again for their hard work. Definitely would recommend Thank you

My new Heat Pump

The experience was different to anything I have experienced in the passed 🫣 The installation was fantastic and the lads where so professional and hard working to get it all fitted in two days 🥳🥳 I know their was a bit of a delay on my part as I wanted a solid footing for the heat pump 🤔 which took a bit longer than I expected 🫣 But Malissa was understanding and eventually all went well and I now have a new heating system 🎉🎉🎉 All I have to do now is get my head around the workings of the systems thermostats 🫣🫣

Had nothing but a lovely experience with this company we had a battery installed last week and we was very happy from start to finish the installler was very informative he explained the monitoring and spent time making sure I understood absolutely everything! The installation of the battery was smooth and no mess was left Massive thanks to elite eco installations

AVOID - Elite Eco

A number of Elite Eco businesses run from the same address, in Grays. Elite Eco Services; Elite Eco Installations; Elite Heat and PV LTD; Elite After Care Services to name a few. All have the same director Nakayi Gerald BUWU. Elite Eco Services called elderly father, persuaded him that he needed a new inverter. Took full payment upfront and scheduled installation for following day, which meant 14 day cooling off period wasn't an option. Fortunately Dad mentioned this before they started the installation and we managed to stop it. Cancellation email sent but no response so far. Avoid. 21/7/25 THREE WEEKS LATER STILL AWAITING RETURN OF NEARLY 4K FOR NOT REQUIRED INVERTER

Unpleasant cold call from a very pushy male rep. Having written this review, I was contacted by Elite Eco Installations who stated that they had not cold called me. It transpired that the company which cold called me was their sister company Elite Eco Solutions which share the same director and registered address. I am happy to clarify this, and note that there is a similar earlier review from someone else.

Quick, Efficient, Professional

I was recently browsing for an aftercare plan for my parents solar panels and came across Elite Eco Installations. From the start, they were quick, efficient, and the teams who came were incredibly professional, I'm so happy, the panels are spotless which has already made a noticeable difference in their performance, All the paperwork, including the invoice and receipts, arrived really quickly which made the whole process smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend Elite Eco Installations to anyone looking for reliable and top-quality service

Good first impression…

I have had two visits from this company and both times the Rep has been polite, knowledgable and no hard selling. I am getting a couple more quotes from other companies before going ahead but my first(and second) impressions are very good!

My experience with Elite Eco Installations from start to finish was amazing. The technician took his time explaining everything in detail for me to make sure I understood everything. The appointment booking process was simple and straightforward. Couldn’t recommend more!

Incompetent at every level

Terrible company. We were sold the wrong inverter (we required a 3-phase) and Elite refused to do anything about it. Their panel installation was not fit for purpose and they damaged the rear of one panel and installed it anyway, creating a potential fire risk as this caused all the panels to short-out. The whole installation had to be re-done. Elite are incompetent and not to be trusted. Their installers are clueless. Use this company at your peril.

APPALLING COMPANY

The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Young boy did my survey/check didn’t have the faintest idea what he was doing and went away saying ‘I had failed on several points’ when I asked what and a copy of his report he refused but did tell me he was new to the job and didn’t understand my setup!!!!! When I tried to contact him repeatedly for 14 days he just rejected the call. I then called the office and asked to speak to a manager, Nick Green said he was the manager but wouldn’t let me get a word in edgeways, was extremely rude and when I asked to speak to a director he put the phone down. DON’T TOUCH THIS MOB WITH A BARGE POLE. The rudest incompetent company I have ever dealt with in my whole life - I’m 76
