I was very pleased with all the workers that fitted my windows and extractor fans, they were always courteous and helpful and did a great job at cleaning up after themselves. A very good experience.

absolutely dreadful service avoid at all cost. From a story of locking a van in a shed and no one had they key to just not turning up 4 times when appointments arranged and having to take time off work. The workmen are lovely but the management of this company is woeful. They didn't even know that work wasn't done minus 5 stars

Unbelievably bad, if you can avoid this company do so at all cost, been left days without heating and hot water, have a new born baby here and a 2 year old, not the 1st time either got left with no heating or hot water before Christmas for days aswell, engineers are incompetent to the point where they just say the same thing as the last bloke that hasn't got a clue what hes doing "wish we could do more" while they're leaving after doing nothing atall, company takes days and days to source parts to not even fix anything, unbelievable, this will 100% happen again and blue flame will be getting called, DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THESE COWBOYS

Workmen were brilliant could have a laugh with them & they cleared up after themselves arrived on time & did what they had to do would recommend ccs to any one wanting work done

James and his team did a great job. Even excellent tidy up afterwards. Highly recommend.

I'm very pleased with two workman who came to do a repair at my home today Terry and Laurent they were very polite and hard working and did a good job they cleaned up after themselves too I'm so happy with work they did today ,That's why I gave them 5 stars

If I could give this company no stars at all I would. Destroyed a brick arch way in a Victorian building, refilled holes they made with cement not lime mortar, supervisor changed position of extractor fan from the job sheet, despite us explaining why this was not a good idea, now have rain water pouring in every single time it rains, fan is still connected to electric 2 weeks later, had an appointment on 5th September, no one turned up, no phone calls to let us know so lost a day's earnings as we are self employed. Customer service is non existent, £18 million pounds in funding, absolute cowboys!!! Still waiting for this fan to be disconnected and removed and I will be warning all residents of the poor quality of work.

Don't let them in your house! Incapable of doing the job, and lie to you at every opportunity. They've done irreparable damage to a 150 year old building and now we have water pouring though electric fittings. Literally stealing a living.

I had a new boiler and radiators installed today, the lady on customer service was lovely, the guys were amazing and did a great job. The electrician Aaron who visited after installation was a total star. Very happy would recommend

The worst company in the country. Don't even waste your time. They will mess you about. Not turn up. Fail to do checks correctly the list goes on. Just don't bother putting yourself through it. You'll probably end up paying someone else to do it properly

Appointment booked for the afternoon, I called the morning of and checked everything was going ahead. Was advised I’d need to be home earlier because of the time it takes the engineer to travel home… left work earlier, only for the engineer to not turn up at the confirmed time. I called & was advised that it had been cancelled. No call to let me know, I had to chase, and then it was rearranged for a month later! Highly unprofessional

Have to wonder who trains this people we are forced to use by our housing association. Don’t have enough staff so get in contractors and don’t care about the customer. Lied about getting parts and can’t cope with emergency call outs. Been told they are getting better but starting at poor anything is an improvement. Expect us to give up a full day waiting for them to maybe turn up and when they do you wish you had an option.

Waited 2 months for the heating to 38 flats to be fixed finally fixed last Thursday and the engineer messed up the hot water so now 5 days without hot water. Sunday night sent an so called engineer who was not trained to work on the boiler. Avoid this company.

One star is one too many. Engineer alleges that nobody was home which is completely untrue. This is a recurring theme with these people. I have seen the engineer sitting outside my property in his van for ten minutes then driving off without attempting to come to the house. I then received a nasty letter saying I refused him entry. This is the third occasion where one of their engineers has blatantly lied. Don't trust them and use another company if at all possible.

After an awful experience of waiting around we then had a guy turn up today who really did not have a clue , then we had a different guy turn up of the name Ryan who I can honestly say loves his job , I opened the door to a smiley face and some one keen to fix the issue , he asked questions took an interest and fixed the problem . He is polite and funny and extremely helpful , he done a fantastic job thank you so so much Ryan , your going to do well in life thank you

Had air source pump fitted last week , new radiators water tank etc, radiators wrong size so not finished. To top it off I’ve been left with no heating or hot water for a week, with 3 kids this isn’t acceptable. Been ringing to see what’s happening said someone would come, he did turn up with 4 electric heaters, still waiting for Electrician to come, my 5 year old and 10 month old currently Poorly with cold, chest infection. I would avoid this company at all cost, all they do is fob you off. 😡
