Very pleased with the service. Arrived exactly on time. very friendly and professinal staff. Worked quickly and neatly and left everything set up and explained to me.

The way the work was carried was with great skill and care. All of the people working in my house where all very polite and helpefull. Explaning what they where doing and how to use the new set up. Every where was left claen and tidy at the end of the day. Thank you for a great job.

I first discovered Artisan Electrics on You Tube when investigating EV chargers. I was impressed with their knowledge, approach and advice so when it came to having an EV charger installed I went straight to them for a quote. From then on they completely lived up to my expectations. They helped me find a solution to an unexpected issue with having a smart meter fitted and then on the day both Lee and Tom were excellent. The British weather had promised us a foul day, so both turned up early so that as much electrical work as possible could be done before the rain arrived. The EV charger, the additional box for the smart meter and all the internal work was efficiently and neatly done, including re labelling the consumer unit with typed text instead of the previous electricians scribble. I would have no hesitation in recommending Artisan Electrics.

Cannot rate them highly enough. From the initial contact, through their recommendations, then instillation by their competent, meticulous electricians. Their after carel is also excellent, answering questions and giving excellent advice.

I recently took advantage of a fleeting opportunity to add two Tesla Powerwall 2 units to my existing system (which included removing and re-siting the original Powerwall to be compliant with new regs). I read many reviews of Artisan and watched their Youtube channel before agreeing the work. I hoped that they would be good; however, good is somewhat understated: they were simply outstanding. From initial contact, through quoting, planning and delivery they were quite simply the best electrical contractors that I have ever used (and I say this as a portfolio landlord of residential, commercial and agricultural property for the past 25 years). I do not hesitate to give an unconditional recommendation and will use them again without second thought. Brilliant!!!

Artisan Electrics installed Hypervolt EV charger for us. Pre-installation survey online was easy to complete and comprehensive. They arrived when agreed, proceeded with the installation as quoted, and completed the paperwork afterwards in timely manner. The installation looks very professional and we have had no issues what so ever with the charger. Everyone we were in contact with were very pleasant to deal with. Definitely recommended.

Artisan Electrics installed my battery, EV charger and diverter from Myenergi 20 months ago. The installation was neat and tidy and attention to detail was fantastic. I have had some issues with the hardware and Artisan have been very supportive negotiating with Myenergi and insisted on carrying out hardware replacement where required. Artisan continue to look after their customers long after the project is complete. Their customer service is fantastic and would recommend them for any electrical work particularly solar panels, battery storage and EV chargers.

Luke and Chris installed a Hypervolt EV charger with an extra consumer unit and armoured cable (partly underground) into the garage for me. They did an excellent job - very neat, tidy and professionally done with no mess. It is all working very well. I suspect that Artisan's quote might have been on the high side compared with others but it was well worth paying the extra for such a professional job.

For a very busy company they treated me very politely and professionally. I had a Hypervolt Pro3 charger fitted yesterday, with some adjustment to the wiring and fuses. Lee was the electrician who fitted it. He was knowledgable, hard working and very clean and tidy. We are delighted that we can now choose whether the power is from solar alone or from batteries and grid. With an electric car, solar panels and batteries. We feel we will be doing our bit to reduce pollution.

Home battery and car charger installed very efficiently. All very neat and tidy. The 2 day job overran but they were back at 8am the following day for one hour to do a final check and last bit of tidying up so we could still go off on holiday later that day as planned.

Artisan Electrics are highly skilled, trustworthy and excellent in the diagnosis and inspection done in our last solar panel/battery/inverter system. We highly recommend them. Had our charger installed last week by Lee and Reuben. They were very professional and polite and did a great job. Answered all our questions and left the house clean and tidy. Would thoroughly recommend Artisan Electrics.

Artisan Electrics installed an EV charger in my ancient, listed house. The wiring was almost entirely hidden, much better than I had expected, and very imaginatively done. And their people were very friendly and nice to have around the house for a couple of days. But very expensive.

Fantastic service, from the original site survey done via your smart phone to the continued update and commination's the service was 5 Star. This comes at a premium but I'm left in not doubt they the electrical installation is correctly installed and more importantly safe. The installer swept and hoover all traces of his visit and all holes were filled and sealed. Great Service. Without doubt I would highly recommend Artisan Electrics.

Having spent most of the last year renovating my home, I was drawn to the idea of installing a solar system to cut down on my energy bills as well as having a positive impact on the planet. With so much work going on I found myself watching videos on YouTube about various home renovations, and I came across Artisan Electrics' channel. Having already had a myenergi car charger installed I was looking into the possibility of getting their new battery storage system with solar for best compatibility, and it came as a great surprise to find out Artisan Electrics were based just down the road in Cambridge! I made my initial enquiry in May, knowing it might take a little while for the installation given how new the product was! The initial sign up was easy, just an online form and taking a few photos. I had to send a couple of emails to check on progress but otherwise was kept well informed. I had a site visit about a month before the start of the project from Jordan and Wayne who were both very knowledgeable and answered my questions, then it was almost time for the final installation. The team working on my project were incredibly professional and polite. They turned up exactly on time every day (and I mean that - one day they knocked on my door at exactly 8am!) and even managed to finish the project a day and a half earlier than expected (despite a set back from a delayed parts delivery)! I was kept informed of progress throughout the project and took the opportunity to watch them work. I know what I paid was certainly not the cheapest price on the market, however my main reason for choosing Artisan was because I could actually see lots of evidence of their previous projects. Watching their YouTube videos was very informative not only of what to expect froma solar install, but also to reassure me of the quality of work I would receive. I completely agree that there is a reason why they have so many five star reviews. Jordan and the team have worked very hard to build up a business that really does put the customer first, right from the first contact to completion of the project. I am very pleased with my choice of electricians and look forward to enjoying my new solar system for many years to come.

We can highly recommend Artisan Electrics. Our first meeting with Dan to discuss our project was very informative. He perfectly understood and was sympathetic to our desire to retain the feel of existing lighting and update electrical points in a similar way. Electricians, Lee and Andy were extremely professional and knowledgeable carrying out the three day project in a friendly and proactive manner, leaving everything tidy after their visits. Found through their youtube page and booked in for a Hypervolt to be installed after seeing it in use on the channel. Can't fault the work that was done. They managed to hide most of the cable through existing trunking on the house and behind the stones which left a clean look and Lee answered any questions and concerns I had as well! Overall great work done and extremely nice people that work for Artisan!

I experienced great customer service from start to finish with my EV home install. The guys were punctual, respectful, really efficient and I cannot praise them highly enough. I would definitely use Artisan Electrics again with the certain knowledge they’d do a great job.

We are very happy with the quality of the work done, which was to replace an original 1962 fuse box and a separate newer one with an all metal 17th Edition consumer unit, plus carrying out the required safety check. All done very tidily in a day.
