He was by far the best person we have had from Custom Heat and has given us the confidence to use Custom Heat again.

Issac and Kyle were brilliant, they worked so hard and it was a long day. Tidied up and sorted me out. I can't recommend Custom Heat highly enough right from first contact and everyone including Sam and Lex were so helpful. I'm what's called "elderly" and that was taken into consideration for which I am very grateful. I was recommended by a friend who could not recommend Custom Heating highly enough.

We had a full new heating system fitted by Custom Heat a couple of years ago and they excellent, very clean and tidy and respectful of my property. They explained in every detail what was included in the price and had a detailed explanation of the works being done. The whole experience from start to finish was very good, needless to say have been used by family and friends from our recommendations. We have Custom Heat to service our system yearly.

It took a few appointments to fix our problem but all the different engineers took their time to try to fix our boiler and left us each time with hot water and heating even though it wasn’t completely repaired. Our final appointment was with Jacek who was here for four hours trying to get it to work properly. In the end it was fine and he checked our system thoroughly. It is still working well, thanks Jacek and team.

Dan and Tom N did a great job fitting and securing the bird cage. They initially installed one provided by custom heat, but then took the time to collect a replacement with a much nicer, more aesthetically pleasing cage that matched the house. Very efficient and friendly service

Custom heat were 5 star from the time of quote to having the boiler fitted. The 2 lads that came were professional, friendly and completed the job with no issues. Happy we have a new boiler, competitively priced cant ask for more. Will be using custom heat again for some other jobs we need doing. Highly reccommend

Excellent experience of using Custom Heat. We moved into a 1920s home with a cloakroom that was bare, uninspiring and without any flooring. After a DPM job on the floor, we hired Custom Heat to box in the pipes, fit a traditional electric radiator and the new fixtures/fittings. We can take the credit for the look/feel and decorating, but the brunt of the work was completed to a great standard by Custom Heat.

In summary, very expensive and not a great experience. I asked custom heat to do my boiler service a year ago, at the time I mentioned there was a leak in the boiler since the base was corroding with small amounts of rust in a corner. The guy said everything was fine and did the service. This year I get the message from custom heat saying boiler service is due, and even though I felt a bit hesitant using them again the reviews persuaded me and I was in for a treat! The leak had gotten a bit worse now, so I mentioned it again and I also asked to get a quote for repairing/replacing 2 taps in bathroom due to low pressure. So the engineer said he wouldn’t do the boiler service because apparently it was unsafe, took 40 minutes to type up an email back to head office to request a quote for the parts and taps, even though it took him about 5 minutes to look at the boiler. So they charged me a call-out fee and an extra 10 minutes for a total of £120!! All for just typing up a freaking email on his phone and to make matters worse, he was very pushy for me to buy a new boiler the whole time, even though it was only a plastic bit that needed repairing, these engineers must be on commission??. The quote for new boiler was 3.5k, the repair was quoted at £500 and the taps at £600!!!! The taps which can easily be found online for £40 each. And even more comical, I asked if the service was included in the £500 bill, it was not so that would be an extra £120. The least they could have done is said the boiler service would be free with the repair. Anyway, paid my bill, found a local engineer who came out same day, took 5 minutes to check the boiler (didn’t charge me for the callout), did the repair for £250, I asked about service and fixing the thermostat properly to the wall, he said the service would be free since he already had the boiler apart and didn’t charge me for fixing the thermostat either. I get a bigger company has more overheads, but this is ridiculous. They care more about your money than providing a good service. Do yourself a favour, save some money and support your local community by using a local gas man.

We had a new boiler installed by the Engineer Alex who is based in Yeovil. He was very prompt and very informative. He provided an excellent service and installed the boiler without any issues at all. We very much recommend Alex and Custom Heat for installing new boilers and we would definitely use you again.

Arrived promptly to check a noisy boiler, diagnosed problem and ordered parts. Engineer replaced the necessary parts, worked very efficiently and arranged a new invoice showing a reduced amount due to fewer components used. Very pleased with the great service.

The engineers are excellent, friendly and efficient. Consistent good service from Custom Heat and we will continue to use them.

Booked via WorcesterBosh fast track for a new boiler - good communication and the fitter was excellent - found a problem with the mains gas supply which meant the boiler couldn’t be commissioned (not the fitters fault) but arranged for the local Gas network to come out and resolve the problem. The fitter returned the following day to commission the boiler. All in all an excellent service given the problems which were outside of their control and would highly recommend

Excellent service provided during my recent problem. Customer Services answered promptly and were very helpful. Booked an engineer for the same day who called when he was on his way. Ethan was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue with my heating system straight away and fitted a new pump which was on the van. System was back up and working very quickly. Very pleased with the whole experience and would certainly recommend having a Custom Heat plan.

I called Custom Heat for a heating breakdown and I was so impressed at an appointment made for me for the next day. Their engineer Niall was super while at my property. Overall great service and fast response especially during winter months when they will be super busy. They came highly recommended and with the service I got I can see why.

Excellent service from CUSTOM HEAT. We had a small a/c unit fitted last week. The survey process was quick easy. Ryan (our engineer) and Dave (our electrician) were both friendly and professional in every respect, worked tidily and quickly, removed packaging and surplus materials and left everything in perfect working order. We’re very pleased with our new unit!

We are delighted with the service provided by Custom Heat. Last year they installed a new boiler and we were impressed with engineers Ty and Ty (affectionately known as “Big Ty and Little Ty”), for their impeccable workmanship and friendly banter. The office called us in ample time this year to arrange the first service in September and also called us on the day to let us know when the engineer was just 30 minutes away. Once again engineer Ian could not have been more helpful, friendly or considerate and didn’t waste any time in getting the job done. We recommend this firm wholeheartedly; despite their engineers having a long journey to get to us, nothing has been too much trouble, and the office staff have been friendly and efficient.

I recently had Air conditioning installed at my home. X2 indoor units. 1st day was 4 guys all of them where very punctual, polite and great workman. There was an issue with supplied quantity of trunking and colour. The guys went out of there way to get the correct items at very short notice so the install could still go ahead. Fit and finish is of a very high quality. Working in a hands on industry myself you tend to notice the minor details which most do not, and the installers did not fail to impress! I would highly recommend to anybody!

Our boiler broke down requiring a new one. We wanted to renovate the room whilst the boiler was out. Custom heat was able to be flexible. They worked with us every step of the way. Where most others would not accommodate 2 visits whilst we replaced the tiled floor. Custom heat staff were all friendly, professional, tidy and clean. They even stayed later to ensure it was all completed in a day. Extremely happy with the service and price. Highly recommend. We couldn't be happier.
