Solar installation

We have just had a solar system installed by Suns Sparks Ltd they delivered the product on time,on budget and to a super high standard. They were a pleasure to deal with, from the very first phone call they did exactly what they promised and over delivered.

Great experience with Sun Sparks, they actually visit to survey for your quote (which was a real winner for me as you are able to discuss the installation whilst onsite making things really clear), then the installation was carried out quickly, neatly and smoothly. The installation team were great, neat workers and great communications. I can’t recommend these guys enough!

Sun Sparks - Sam and Steve were great, their proposal was clear and without ambiguity - as was their pricing. The installation was not without its challenges - a multi-storey town hose with separate instals on both the home and the garage made it challenging, not to mention the weather but these guys handled it wonderfully. Highly recommended.

Sunsparks were fantastic

Sunsparks were fantastic - Sam and Steve just owned it. Two site visits a clear and unambiguous proposal that laid out the benefits clearly and provided all of the facts and figures. Their installation was very tidy and professional however it was not without its challenges including separte instals, a multi storey town house and not to mention the weather - these guys owned it. Highly highly recommended.

SunSparks solar energy installation.

The SunSparks team explained the installation procedure to me in advance, and answered my questions in an honest, understandable way. The work to install solar panels was completed on time, and I was promptly sent the certificates to forward to my energy supply company after the installation was complete.

Great service from Steve and the team. The Solar and battery system was fitted exactly as planned and started generating power immediately it was switched on. Their attention to detail was excellent and the whole process was professional and timely. Thanks very much to Steve,Sam,Joe, Billy and Jack. The Sunsparks team is very professional, efficient and without question one of the best companies we have had dealings with at our home. The Solar and battery system work exactly as expected and we are very pleased and not a little surprised with the "free power " generated even on a very cloudy wet day. Highly recommended particularly as they are a local company.

Steve and the team were great in…

Steve and the team were great in providing several quotes for a number of solar PV systems for my house. All were competitively priced. Once I paid the deposit they quickly arranged the G99, installed the system on time and very professionally and then provided the MCS certificate with a couple of weeks! Excellent service and would happily recommend!

Excellent service and quality

Sunsparks installed our Solar PV and battery nearly two years ago and EV charger more recently. They explained the available options to help us select an install that was suitable for our house. The installation process was quite quick, the work was to a very high standard and they were excellent people to deal with. Everything has worked very smoothly since and our electric bills have plummeted.

The Sun Sparks team installed a Solar Edge system with panels and battery for us, just over a year ago. The whole service that we received from Steve and the team was excellent. This included the planning application, the install, how they communicated, how tidy they worked, their work ethic, politeness, and quality of work. The system is also generating electricity as designed and supplying electric to the house, the air source heat pump, and the running of 2 electric cars with a total electric bill for the year of just £40.20p. We would highly recommend Sun Sparks. Thank you for everything.

Would recommend

We had a solar panel and battery system installed by Sunsparks, and we would highly recommend them. From the quote, site survey to installation, everything was well communicated, planned and executed. The system itself is running smoothly and producing great results. Even on more cloudy days it is performing beyond our expectations.

I had solar panels and battery…

I had solar panels and battery installed by Sun Sparks in November 2022. From the start, Steve made sure I was getting the best solar array to meet my needs and was always contactable when I had questions. Throughout the installation Steve and his colleagues were efficient, tidy, professional and a pleasure to have around the house. Following completion everything was fully tested and the paperwork completed for guarantees and SEG registration. I highly recommend Sun Sparks.

Sun Sparks were great! Excellent work

Feb.'23: Stephen made another visit, at my request, to completely replace the cable that caused the initial problem, something I couldnt afford to get done on his initial visit. He and his assistant completed a very difficult and challenging job with patience & efficiency. I can only repeat my review from his last visit. It's all still true and I'm delighted with the result. I have no hesitation in recommending him for all things Solar! June'22: Stephen did an excellent job. He was friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. He took the time to find the problem, which was not easy (sloppy installation 5yrs ago by a company that went bust 6months after completing the work!), explain it in terms I could understand and quickly fix the issue. This man knows his stuff! He's now my "Go to" professional for all things Solar. I'm very happy to recommend him & his work

Solar panels and Zappi EV charge point

Sun Sparks did a great job for us in 2022, installing solar panels on a garage roof, plus a zappi ev charge point, an eddi, harvi and hub so we can track solar generation and the grid electricity use from the house remotely, while also diverting excess generation to the hot water tank. We found Steven very responsive and helpful.

Superb company to deal with

Superb company to deal with. They designed and installed a solar and battery storage system at my home, then came back to install an EV charging point (we also then asked them to complete multiple EV charging points at our office address). Their workmanship is faultless and the attention to detail is second to none. I'm a year into the having the system now and couldn't be happier.

We recently used Sun Sparks to fit solar panels and a battery storage system. The installation was very professional and the service has been great. I'd highly recommend them to anyone thinking about installing a similar system.

This team are the business. After 14 years my old inverter packed up - in short order an upgraded battery/hybrid inverter system was spec'd and installed to save the day. Clean skilled work, good retrofit problem solving, smooth project management. And the sun shines! Nice work, guys.

After competitive quote (of 3) we gave our contract for ten panels and Tesla Powerwall 3 battery to Sam, Steve and Joe. The work was done efficiently and always with a sm ice aand readiness to explain. After ten days we are totally satisfied with the work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sun A Sparks.

He did not try to force us to buy a particular product but gave us a choice. He even persuaded us not to choose certain options! He is a pragmatic 'Green'!

Everything about them was great communication speed thoroughness approachability - just amazing

We have recently had a PV and battery install completed by Steve and Sam. We can't recommend them highly enough. Their service from start to finish has been faultless and we are thrilled with the end result (and the savings we are now making). The system was carefully planned to ensure it would meet our needs and every component was explained to us. Prior to install, all equipment was delivered in a timely fashion to ensure there were no delays. The install itself was completed on time, with no mess, no fuss and a full handover to ensure we were happy and understood how to operate the equipment. A brilliant company to deal with.

After reading the excellent online reviews of Sun Sparks we asked them to quote for our new solar panels and battery system. Theirs was slightly lower in price than other quotations, but we chose them because their quotation was detailed and was tailored to our needs following Steve's visit to the house. Communications were excellent throughout - very friendly and professional. We felt we were in good hands. The installation went smoothly, even though the weather was awful. And the Sun Sparks team were a pleasure to have around during the two days the installation took. Sam sent all the necessary paperwork over the following couple of weeks. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Sun Sparks (and in fact have already recommended them to others).

Great support & professional

Stephen provided great support and was very professional at his work. There was a delay in the battery due to chip shortages and he kept me in the loop updating me regularly and organising a visit very shortly after it arrived.

Excellent, friendly service throughout the project. It was the best value from five quotes, a local supplier, and the most detailed proposal. Installation was slightly delayed due to component shortages as we wanted all-black panels but completed very successfully and we are now reaping the rewards. Highly recommended.
