We wanted to demolish our old bungalow and instead build a two storey ICF house. After deciding on a plan the most daunting task was to find the right builder. We can honestly say that we are extremely happy we chose Concept Contracts. From start to finish they were brilliant. Although we were hardly at the building site they made sure no corners were cut. Thank you for giving us a beautiful home. We will definitely be using Concept Contracts again for future building works.

We have done our loft conversion back in Feb/March 2022. We are very happy with the services provided by Concept Contractors. We have been looked after by a team of professionals that carried out the job with precision and within the timeframe we had agreed on. Communication was quick and effective, and we have always been kept in the loop before and while the works were ongoing. We are satisfied with the end result and would highly recommend Concept Contractors to anyone looking to do a renovation of their property.

Concept recently completed our loft conversion to a very high spec. My brother has used Concept also. Concept dealt with the architect, planning permission and building regs. From day one we knew we were in good hands; excellent communication and workmanship. This is the first time we have used Concept and I would not go anywhere else for future building jobs. At completion we were sent a copy of all required certificates and invoices - very transparent. We would highly recommend to anyone. Fantastic company.

My grandad built our house in the 70s and unfortunately it had fallen into disrepair, having not had any substantial work done to it since it was built. Concept contracts completely renovated the whole property, including an extension, new roof, plumbing, electrics, heating systems and decoration. They turned a run-down property into our dream home and managed to do it in less than a year through a pandemic. The care and consideration given to the build was incredible by the managers and employees working on site was second to none. They have given us our forever home.

From start to finish Concept were excellent. We completely renovated our house in 2019 and they offered exceptional service, advice, build quality and value for money. We are really pleased with what they achieved and we often have people knock on the door asking for the Concepts details.

We used Concept for a loft conversion and they were brilliant. We didn't have to wait long for them to get started. They were on time, polite and clean every day. Both Floyd and Mark were excellent and Project Managed the conversion from start to finish. I would highly recommend Concept and will be using them again on our next house project

We chose these guys for a major job. Demolition of old bungalow and new build larger replacement 2 storey dwelling, our 3rd major building project. The new build was a custom design, with some challenging features to build in. Mark, Floyd and the whole team were outstanding in their professional approach to everything resulting in a breathtaking new home for us, could not rate them high enough 10/10

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Concept Contracts to others for any building work needed. We are delighted with the 2 storey side extension they have built for us. Found all the workmen to be polite, friendly, reliable and hard working. We were so pleased we added some additional refurbishment to our existing house on to the job. Just editing review to add that I have found their follow up support to be excelĺent. We noticed some small problems 5 months after signing off the job, I contacted Concept and they politely and efficiently resolved them. So I would even more happily recommend them to others.

Thank you Concept for building our wonderful new 2 bedroom loft conversion. Our project was completed on time, on budget with no extra hidden costs. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail was second to none, my wife and I are two very satisfied customers we would have absolutely no problem in recommending you to our friends and family.
