I carried out a lot of research and dealt with loads of companies before proceeding with our solar installation. CRC offered by far the best solution, and were fantastic to work with from start to finish, everyone I contacted within the company was brilliant, and even the most stupid question on my part was dealt with sympathetically. The installation was perfect, and all those involved were very courteous, tidy and polite, in fact nothing was too much trouble. All was explained in fine detail, with the paperwork and certificates being sent promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend CRC to anyone looking for a solar installation.

Really great people, we knew nothing about solar but a knowledgeable friend suggested them. There was no pressure, just very friendly approachable people from start to finish. The admin, the site visit, Ricky and Callum on the scaffolding, the installation team and the aftercare have all been brilliant. Didn't make us feel silly and in my opinion based on comparison to a quote from an 8 limbed suppler, they're pretty competitive and great value for money.

CRC were my lifeline. Having been failed badly by another supplier they responded to my query very quickly. The design they came up with and the quote they gave me were excellent. They were able to fit me in much more quickly than I expected. The work was done quickly and efficiently and they did exactly what they promised. Their customer communication was quick and always helpful. Cannot be more pleased with the service I received from start to finish.

My neighbour used CRC and after hearing his excellent experience I took a look at CRC reviews. All where excellent so I contacted tge CRC office who arranged a survey very quickly. Christian, the CRC Boss, arrived and very politely and clearly explained the survey and how the follow-up quote would be processed. The survey was completly pressure free and lasted about 30mins. 2 days later as promised the quote arrived and it was very clealry laid out to allow us to make a decision. Deposit placed and withing a few weeks the team arrived to install panels and an outside battery. First class team, could not ask for more and the installtion was commisioned within a day. App is easy to use and plenty of Youtube videos to help you understand. In summary, we are delighted with CRC, the installtion and support that comes with it. Exceptional recommendation.

CRC were recommended to me by a friend and inquest heritage to recommend them too now that they’ve installed solar panels and battery storage at our house. From the initial site visit, planning phase, installation and after care, they have been absolutely awesome. Everything has been done bang on schedule and to the highest standard. All my emails and phone calls are answered helpfully and promptly. The system works a treat and I can’t fault CRC. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner.

I have had 24 panels installed by CRC Solar recently. Everything was on schedule. Arrived early morning isntallation gone smooth and staff were friendly. Answered all my questions that I had at that time. I have called them few times for for queries and they always answer the phone not like other companies that dissapear after they got Your money. Still waiting for my pack to arrive but necessary paperwork for me to start feed in tarriff has bee sen already. Most I havebproduced until now is 7.5kwh from this system per day. Installation looks neat on the roof. Area left clear once installation done. Until now I am very happy with the company and system. Time will tell if there will be issues and how they will resolve them. I would definitely recommend CRC to anyone. Also pricing is very competitive and most cases cheaper then even big companies.

Survey and Quotation The survey was easy to arrange and answered many questions and covered several different options that might suit our property and needs. The 4 quotations for different plans and different equipment specs were emailed across very quickly and were extremely well put together, clear and the pricing was simply laid out. A couple of fine detail follow up questions were answered by return email. Installer Selection We had narrowed down to 2 companies, what tipped the balance (a lot) was the efforts made to put us in touch with someone local who’d had a recent install. Our visit to a previous customers house sold CRC to us, they were full of praise for the quality of the install and the ‘nothing was too much trouble’ approach. The Install The scaffolding team erected the scaffold the day before the install - fast and efficient. The install day went really smoothly. Owing to staff sickness the boss was on the job! It was the first time we’d met Christian and both he and his team cracked on in the cold and wet. We were really impressed by the way they routed the cabling down a redundant chimney and positioned the PW3 and Gateway so neatly. End to End the whole process has been hassle free, communication has been great and We look forward to seeing the video they took of our install!! I would recommend CRC 100% and have would have no hesitation to allow prospective customers to come and view their work.

Genuinely couldn’t fault CRC… they’ve have been excellent throughout! We’ve had 25 panels installed with a signergy battery and inverter. I rarely say this about a company, but I’d have them back in a heartbeat. They’ve gone above and beyond. If you’re thinking of solar, please don’t go to one of the bigger companies… the experience will be a million times worse. Trust CRC and they’ll do a superb job.

When starting my solar journey I had no idea where to start. I contacted CRC and the admin team contacted me to arrange an appointment to measure the potential area and discuss requirements. I felt at ease with the whole process, everything explained in detail and they were always quick to reply to any questions I had. After looking at other companies I decided CRC were my go to company. The contact along the way, scaffold install and the install of the panels and battery on the day went so smoothly. The electricians were friendly, explained what was happening and went through the set up process. Even when I wanted to move the battery from where was originally agreed they did it without any hassle. They were tidy and cleared up on completion. I never thought id say it but ive become a solar geek. Monitoring my usage for every bit of sunshine to make the most of getting them appliances on. Even with the autumn/winter time im gaining so much solar even when least expected. Ive already dropped my monthly payments and seen the benefit from my 1st bill since the install. If you want a company that gives you the sales, customer service and aftercare I would 100% recommend.

Just had 14 solar panels, inverter and a 5kwh battery installed by this company. The 2 gentlemen that came to install it were extremely polite, professional and very clean and tidy, as well as being patient when explaining the app to us 😀 Also left us with a lovely hamper. Would highly recommend this company.

Recently had CRC Solar install 18 solar panels with GivEnergy Gen3 Inverter and 9.5KWh battery. Very impressed with the professionalism of the company from initial enquiry to commissioning. Had plenty of techy questions and all received comprehensive answers from Josh, who came to my house for the initial survey - and who had identified a way of an adding an extra panel vs. Octopus proposal carried out remotely using satellite image of roof. Site survey definitely recommended as every detail can be discussed such as cable routings and battery positions in advance of installation day. Also, other questions very promptly addressed by Emma/Lillie in office, thank you. Very impressed with the work ethic of the 4 guys involved in the installation - all working in crazy heat but very productive and respectful of property. 2 scaffolders day before (sorry can't recall names), and Bart the roofer and Ethan the elec tech who installed equipment and took me through everything I wanted to know. Bart was melting on the roof, let's just say ice saved the day! Really pleased I opted to choose a local company for my venture into solar, felt like a got a very personal service, and the 5* reviews I'd read of CRC were fully justified. Highly recommend.

From enquiry to installation the team of people at CRC were fantastic. No pressure to buy just good clear advice. Fully detailed quote and literature to explain everything. Installed in a day, experienced installers and super friendly. No mess and nothing to much trouble. Had 14 solar panels, Tesla Powerwall 3 and Tesla gateway fitted by CRC. Very competent and professional company to deal with from start to finish - translated our specific requirements for whole house and EV charging backup into a simple workable system. On the day of the install their guys first went through everything they were going to do and got my input box locations, cable runs and panel layout. When the work was completed they went through explaining the system functions, the Tesla app and the aftercare of the panels. Left the work area cleaner than when they started. All in all very pleased with the cost, the recommended equipment installed and the overall quality of the installation.

What a fantastic service from start to finish. Great communications throughout, great pricing and quality product. Josh gave us relevant information about the products, Lillie was constantly in touch when I asked any questions and the 4 young men who did the installation were prompt, very thorough, neat and tidy and very respectful of our property. CRC has just completed my solar panel installation. An outstanding team that installed 44 panels in less than ideal circumstances in two days, AND worked with me as I ended up having to work from home. Everyone in the company has been invaluable throughout the whole process, and the questions asked were promptly answered from start to finish.

This company CRC is set in traditional high standards from start to finish. The thoroughness of the estimates, giving us a wide choice, the organisation and communication were so reassuring we had no hesitation to go ahead with our solar installation with CRC. On the day of installation the scaffolding team were excellent and the CRC team were a pleasure to deal with and to watch the professional way each one went about their particular role in the installation was again so reassuring. The Best Service one could get

Having had problems with my system (NOT an installation problem, but a GivEnergy service problem), I contacted CRC for help, as they were my installers a couple of years ago. Their office was extremely helpful, trying to get GivEnergy to assist. When this was not successful, CRC arranged for an engineer to come out today, Christmas Eve (!!) to fix the problem - which, of course, they did. This once again shows that CRC are a great company to deal with. If you are thinking of getting a PV system, then you will never find anyone better than this company to deal with. 100% brilliant. Thank you CRC!!

Excellent company

Excellent company. We got three quotes, CRC's quote was by far the best, with two extra panels compared to the other two companies, at a lower cost. Christian came on time, looked at our requirements, no hard sell. We accepted the quote. Everything went to plan. The installation team were friendly and courteous. Everything fitted in 4.5 hours and left clean and tidy. Communication throughout the process was excellent. We're extremely pleased with the system, (solar panels with battery) and grateful we found CRC Renewables. Would highly recommend.

This company fitted solar panels and battery to our property yesterday. Excellent value for products that they provided. From initial survey to installation we had great communication. The guys that installed the product were nothing less than efficient, professional and courteous. They did a very clean tidy job and even took all of the packaging away with them. Christian and his team have recently fitted an 18 panel solar system to my home. After our initial enquiry Christian came to do his survey very quickly. He was helpful and knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly and in a way that was easy for a layperson to understand. There was then just a couple of days before his quote arrived, and it was very good. Having asked him to go ahead, again the wait was much shorter than we had expected. The installation went without hitch, the team were as friendly and tidy as they could possibly have been - a lovely bunch of guys. They were quick, efficient, reliable, tidy, friendly, and helpful. After less than 2 working days we had panels, inverter, and large battery all in place and working. They left everything tidy and explained all that they had done, showing us exactly what everything was and how it works. When I have phoned the office the people there have been equally helpful, efficient, and nice to talk to. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. If you are in the North West Norfolk are and want to help save the planet by fitting solar power to your home or business then you will do well to go with C.R.C. A**********

Highly recommend CRC

Anyone thinking or looking to have solar/batteries installed, I can highly recommend CRC Electrical & Renewables based in King's Lynn. They have been amazing from start to finish. The installation team were fantastic with 4 guys turning up (mix of roofers and electritions) dead on time to carry out the installation. Very clean and tidy as they worked and carried out the install in a very proffesional manner. Explained everything at the start and agreed with me what was going where etc before installation commenced to make sure i was happy. Talked me through the system at the end, explaining how it all worked. The thing that has impressed me the most has been the aftersales customer service I've experienced, it's been second to none. Had some hardware problems but CRC were straight onto it to sort the issue out and get the problem resolved which is all you can ask for when there is a hardware failure. I've read so many people saying that once they've paid up in full they have difficulty getting hold of their installers, well this hasn't been the case for me at all, far from it. They have been brilliant and nothing has been a problem for them. The office staff's communication has been outstanding. They have kept me right up to date without me having to phone or email them and receiving regular email updates keeping me well informed along the way. Many companies could learn alot about how to look after their customers from CRC. I'm a big believer in word of mouth, and credit where credits due. Many people are quick to slate companies, and in many cases well justified to, but companies often don't get the credit they deserve, hence my post. A big thank you to everyone at CRC for the proffesional manner in which you operated, really first class service.

Incredible service from the team. I could not recommend them enough. They installed 16 solar panels and a large battery at my property in kings Lynn. The office girls are great and the lads who installed the equipment where very friendly. The installation was very tidy and the end product is saving us a lot of money. Thank you CRC
