Avoid this horrible company at all costs they have ruined our peace! They installed a new boiler which was ok. They did the insulation which they messed up and had to come 3 times to sort.They also installed fans which dont bloody work! They ones we had before were perfect but they recommended we change them to the ones they had. Thought finally jobs done. But no! They dont leave you alone! Every couple of weeks they want to come and take pictures, then they want to see the boiler then its checking the insulation again and again! I have never come across any company that does this many check ups! It's disgusting!!! Please Avoid

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They removed and effectively destroyed our perfectly working bathroom extractor fan and replaced it with one that was completely unsuitable. The new fan is only designed for short ducting, yet they installed it into our existing ducting without concern for performance. As a result, the bathroom ventilation is now far worse than before, with humidity not being extracted properly at all. What makes this even more unacceptable is the complete lack of aftercare. I contacted the company immediately by phone and message, but received no response whatsoever. Extremely unprofessional service. I would not recommend this company.

We had ZOA Energy oversee work done on our property through a government ECO grant to have air pump solar heating installed. They subcontracted it to Ecobuild contractors and the unfinished work done is actively damaging our property. Communication is almost non-existent. When they or the subcontractor(s) used to contact us it was always from personal mobile numbers and we was told not to phone the other numbers. We keep attempting contact only to be told they will get back to us. Window sills are falling off, gutter is sagging, neighbours gutter has been affected and leaking, extractor fans are ineffective and are not insulated on a cavity wall causing horrific damp and condensation, The walls are dripping with water mould now growing and parts they've installed are falling off the house. They denied we was with them initially only to confirm they had subcontracted it later in the phone call. They got as far as external wall insulation. job is not complete and this has been going on for around 2 years now with no end in sight. I cannot stress how bad this company is.

As per previous reviews, avoid this company at all costs. The company was given a job to prepare my mother‘s house ready for a new boiler being fitted under Government grant due to her age. The males that attended and nothing more than cowboys - the vent they fitted and the trunking covering electrical cable inside was placed directly in front of five gas burning Hobbs, which is a fire hazard. We have had nothing but problems trying to rectify this and eventually had to use a local electrician on their behalf, but they still have not paid. Furthermore, the trickle vents they’ve put on the windows, the Installers have use screws that come through the UPVC on the inside leaving it unsafe. This is an absolute disgrace. I have tried to contact them several times to get this rectified and on each occasion they come up with excuse after excuse after excuse if you have an option to choose who comes in to prepare a house for a boiler please please please do not use this Company. The taxpayers are paying for this, which the government needs to audit it properly because in my opinion they are getting money for cowboy workmanship.

Notified this company over 6 weeks ago that a fan they had installed had not been fitted correctly. Still waiting for it to be rectified regarding numerous messages .promised it would be flagged as urgent overtime but still waiting. The assessor also took photos of this when he came to inspect the work.disgusting customer service.avoild this company. No support at all.

Brilliant from start to finish - did exactly what they said they would do! New boiler, state of the art heating controls, loft and cavity wall insulation plus 3 extractor fans (2 bathrooms and kitchen), all completed within 2 weeks from start to finish and they left everything clean and tidy BRAVO 👏👏👏

Didn’t use this company, but from their doorstep manner alone I would say to avoid at all costs. They knocked at my elderly father’s door and thankfully he had the foresight to say that his children take care of his affairs. I had the (mis)fortune to be at my father’s house when the rep came knocking two days later. I told him we weren’t interested (as we’d actually booked a boiler replacement from a national reputable company), only for the company rep’s manner to completely change, becoming quite intimidating and rude. Given that this company clearly seeks out elderly and/or more vulnerable people to tout its business, this is a real concern. Subsequent to this encounter I looked at online reviews, to have my initial views of this company confirmed in very many cases. Shocking.

Where to begin what an absolute nightmare from start to finish avoid at all costs from the initial installation where they said they would be at my house for 3pm not arriving me chasing them to say they would be at my house at 7pm and then not turning up until 8am the next day with no prior warning. Entered bedrooms without knocking left rubbish in my front garden for weeks I had to make continuous calls to chase them to be left with no heating working as they didn’t check they had to come back and flush the system and wanted to charge me then weeks later they said the vents were wrong and they came back to do terrible work and the guy went into my garage and broke the door which they are refusing to pay for saying it is wear and tear but like I said if I broke it I would fix it but they refused to pay AVOID at all cost More lies in the response your technician did break the garage and if I broke something I would fix it as for the shoddy work no one has been in contact as your way is for the customer to continuously chase I have gone to the gas safety to investigate now as it’s a disgrace how you treat people I have pictures of everything including damage carpets in landing hopefully you don’t get more customers to treat like this I’m taking things further the legal way as you just have excuses absolute waste of time And the fan in the downstairs is connected to the light switch which fuses the electrics brilliant work total incompetency

Don't trust these guys to install a boiler had ours done a year ago when it came to be serviced there was probably tbe flew going outside was not to standard so had to be replaces removed the wood they use to find they had left a massive hole in tbe wall. What a bunch of cowboys they use to do installs. Plus before the install installing the loft I solution they put there foot through the ceiling twice and tried to deny it. Layer found out the one gas installer who owned the company wasn't even gas registered. Thanks for the reply but you have not done a annual service on the boiler so why lie plus you are not in contact with myself about this so another lie. When your so called installer did this install what am I supposed to take of all tbe fixing and see if done correctly. Plus the guy who installed it wasn't even gas registered his card ran out didn't see this till after the install. Feel free to call me and we can discuss further.

Update. Another engineer came that isn't part of their company again and fixed all the extractor fan issues for us. Repeating how unless the people who had dine the work looked based on the work done Another boiler engineer not associated with them came and fixed another issue with the boiler but still one remains. Once again now someone else has come to fix their issues they want me to remove those bad review. Well sorry but you didn't do anything right and got other people to fix it all They came to do loft insulation, extrator fans, and boiler thermostat. It was a we are here to do this. You want the kitchen extractor here with different people doing different bits everywhere, 3 days after having sent two wrong teams. Someone turned up to install the thermostat. Fast forward to now, the boiler broke, it had a leak, the heating wasn't working. The extractor fan in the kitchen broke and there's a possible issue with the bathroom one. They sent a local engineer. Who perfusly. said he doesnt work for them, with them. They hired him to look at the boiler issue. Where he discovered it was wired up incorrectly. They sent another local engineer again not working for them, to look at the extractor fan in kitchen and bathroom. He informed us it's unsafe should be on a seperate isolation switch. Is in the wrong location. More importantly it wasn't a kitchen one it was a bathroom one. He asked about the bathroom ine we showed him explained what we briefly been told, saw. He again said really it should be on a separate switch and there's a possibility the pipe from it may have cone away from where they put it and could be leaking into the roof. He explained they should have made a hole or some way to vent out the water steam Condensation without it being on or near brickwork He went away saying he'd let them know cost , and we never heard back. They sent another two people who said they where part of zoa but also their own company, who arrive at 19:00 without ID where Laughing at me asking for their credentials and showed me they where here to replace the fan with the same one I refused to allow them due to the time, the fact they where just switching the same thing, it would still be unsafe the wrong fan. They brought up the bathroom time and time again, even after correcting them saying but it's in the kitchen. I then asked what their resolution for the actual bathroom is he told me, and showed me pictures of examples he had put right, told us he didn't understand why the company had sent people out who obviously don't know what their doing or.. and said he'd let them know and an amount and we would hear back We haven't until I phoned them, which i had to explain everything then to be told we can't do extractor fans like the hood through the scheme only wet room and bathroom so I asked why would they choose to put one in the kitchen then and he said because of taps and steam and went back to wet room bathroom. I re explained they have put this in a kitchen you have just said it should be x y so now you need to resolve this and based on what you have just told me and what these engineers have said I only see that being two options...I then was told he would speak to whoever and i would hear back ... They asked us to remove a truthfull review once one part had been fixed. I have been ignored and passed through different teams, and I am still waiting on a resolution. 6 months of issues,stress,money and incompetence from zoa directly!

Very happy with the installation of the new boiler fitted by Ramzan he worked quietly left the place tidy and explained how to use the new boiler simply. Very polite and friendly would definitely use this company again.

They did an excellent job installing the boiler and loft in my home. I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail throughout the process. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of similar work.
