1st Class Service for my Dementia clients property

An absolutely Amazing company! Compassionate & empathetic of my clients needs at all times, the whole team worked quickly, efficiently and any debris was cleared away spotlessly. Whilst the amount of work undertaken was obviously intrusive given their usual daily routines, the team made every effort to put them at their ease at every opportunity. Cannot rate them highly enough

Efficient team

Punctual, considerate and helpful team who made ordering, installing and understanding our new Heat Pump system as easy as possible. Came back out quickly as we had a few teething issues and were helpful at diagnosing the problem.

Install of radiators AMAZING

The initial talk of what I wanted doing went well and they was confident in everything I was asking to be done. The install team was; fast, efficient, friendly, and all around a good team of lads who are willing to do anything with pride in their work and efficiency in what they do, they always helped me out if I had questions or wanted something moving I.e radiator locations. The after service care was explicitly good, any questions or concerns were put to bed not that I had any concerns with the finished product and they would also help sort all the warranties out for me Could not recommend this company enough, great office team, great install team and stupendously great install work

Recently had an installation

Recently had an installation, completed by Jordan, Rhys W.J, Rhys Jones, Lee and Shei. Their service was excellent and the workmanship was of a very high standard. They were clean, neat and tidy and overall very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Friendly and Helpful

The team were so helpful, they made sure I knew how to use my new heating and radiator controls before they left and they were all super polite and friendly whilst they were carrying out the work. I'm so pleased with everything they've done and am looking forward to being a lot warmer in my house! :)

Excellent company and workforce. Very professional. Kept every room tidy as they went along. Very polite and friendly bunch of lads. I had a broken arm at the time the job was going on. They were very helpful and tidied up after them. 😊

One to choose.

As per other reviews, I’ve recently had solar panels a heat pump, inverter and battery plus new radiators and water cylinder installed by GES Mechanicals and facilitated by Community Home Solutions. From the start, Marcus and his team went above and beyond to accommodate my wishes and they were all friendly and polite and kept the mess to a minimum. They were brilliant. Post installation, Rob from the office was very patient with me in explaining how the system works and helped me to understand the app for the system, which is up and running and working well. I can’t recommend them enough.

Stress free installation

Marcus brought a team of polite, helpful, professional engineers to my old house to install air source heat pump, solar panels and new radiators as directed by Community Home Solutions. I thoroughly recommend them; they exceeded my expectations; they were tidy, on time, and considerate. Their installations manager, Mark Baldwin is also helpful and has answered questions after completion too, when many similar companies do not want to help once a job is completed.

Solar Panel Supply & Install + Upgrade Works as follows, After extended research regarding home upgrading works i was pointed to GES Electrical & Mechanical Services by Community HomeSolutions based Nottingham,my research was for a multiple package was for Solar panel sysytem incorporating central battery storage,Inverter,heat pump full removal of old oil fired boiler,all original radiators replaced by new Radiators,as i am a retired electrical engineer i was fully aware of this multitrade contract would be a challenge for co-ordination to flow of works to make whole house disruption as minimal as possible.From the start of works Marcus the owner met to produce his plan of progresion which started with day one erection of scaffolding ercted in a morning PM the solar panels arrived and were completed on day two,on day two boiler and original rads etc all removed,etc and exactly to plan 100% works were completed in 8 working days, GES are absolutely efficient the staff of plumbers,electricians,scafolders,solar installers all integrated into one practiced flowing machine To be recommended and trusted to carry out all works to a high standard contiuously from start to finsh. Great service 10/10

Great service, 10/10. They were the best price out of many companies we contacted. They installed 10 panels, Inverter and 2 batteries all within the agreed time. The scaffolding was up only half a day and gone soon as they finished. They were prompt and fully responsive to correct the initial issues. Everything is up and running now for a good few months and working great. Very friendly and great service, couldn't be more happier.

Heat pump installation

Recently had a heat pump installed by GES and couldn't be happier! The team was super friendly, and did an awesome job. It's now nice and toasty here, very happy with teh service they provided!

Great experience

Had GES come round and fit an air source heat pump and sola PV system at my house. The job went very smoothly from Jon’s initial visit to Josh’s handover. I was apprehensive about the new technology as I was on gas before. Having had this in now for 3 months I am seeing a real saving in my bills. Without doubt I would highly recommend he’s for having this done

Solar roof panels & canopy

It started out really well. Jonny came gave quote after we explained what we wanted. Unfortunately took far longer than 1 week to install, due to some unforeseen circumstances and some missed communications . Electricians very good and on schedule and explained the system, which is working fine. Josh did extra work in fixing/service of existing thermal panel, well done. The canopy end still has not been finished satisfactorily. (this was reported several times, missing fascia. Looks rough from neighbours side, not good advert for company) With storms etc more roof damage. Feel a bit fed up with it dragging on, as they keep promising to get back. When we can properly sign off I can update this review. So it's like 3/4of job done.

Air source heating system

GES installed solar panels and an air source heating system in our bungalow. The team were extremely knowledgeable, turned up on time, worked for the whole day and treated our property with respect. Most importantly, they worked in conjunction with us to design a system that would meet our individual needs. We would definitely recommend GES.

Underfloor heating manifolds

I asked for our two underfloor heating manifolds to be replaced. Job took a bit longer than expected but Josh talked us through all the problems. And that man worked hard! He contorted himself into the downstairs manifold cupboard and, apart from the occasional swear word (quite reasonable given the confined working space), he kept going all day. I pleaded with him to have a lunch break but he only needed lots of sugary tea. Although the job was tricky, no corners were cut and I appreciated the quality of the work. Come back soon, Josh!

Solar tube service

Really great company to use Josh took the time to explained how the system worked and was very professional and tidy. Would definitely recommend 😀
