I would like to reccomend mcgaffin mechanical for gas boiler services. I am currently 9 months pregnant and was without heat when my boiler died. The team worked hard to make sure I could be helped before Christmas. The job was tidy and completed to the highest of standards with knowledgable plumbers and engineers. Extremely happy with this service and would recommend to anyone. Price was extremely reasonable also.

We had the boiler at our new house serviced by Maitiu and his apprentice who did an absolutely fantastic job. Maitiu was so knowledgeable and helpful and gave us great tips and advice. I'm so happy that we found McGaffins to take care of our boiler and heating needs going forward.

A gas boiler service by McGaffin Mechanical. The communication was excellent regarding the appointment. The engineer was punctual and performed the service to an excellent standard. A great service from McGaffin and would highly recommend the business.

This company Mc Gaffin Mechanical is fantastic at what to do ,from start to finish . my whole heating system was done within the week .All the tradesmen were lovely, And explained what was going on, And if I had any problems or concerns, I just had to ring the office .fantastic team. Not only was their workmanship exemplary but how they conducted their business from the office aspect, to the planning and consultancy, to the overcoming of many challenges, to checking everything was completed perfectly, to the perfect state the house was returned to before leaving the job. They were considerate to our needs, listened attently to our many requests....guided us where we were making bad decisions...and done all with support and genuine friendliness. Highly recommended. They moved and installed my new oil boiler. All of the staff I have dealt with are so nice! Very straightforward and quick process, they took care of everything & very knowledgable.

Recently had Peter from McgmGaffins Mechanical call out to assess my home for gas heating, he talked me through the process and answered my questions. This week I had my 30yr+ oil heating sytem changed to gas by Adam and his team from McGaffins Mechanical. Arrived at arranged time and straight to work removing my over 30 year old oil system. They have done a brilliant job, and cleaned up as they went. Took the time to explain everything to get me going with the new gas system. McGaffins even applied for building control on my behalf, leaving me to only have to book the inspection. Definitely would recommend chatting to McGaffins if your interested in changing or upgrading your heating system. Thanks for a great job!!

Had Mcgaffin mechanical out to replace my old oil system to gas My old gas system was air filled and radiators constantly needed drained . I was expecting the whole process to be a hassle and honestly was dreading the mess Well it was quite the opposite! Staff are so professional and cleaned and tidied as they went Light hearted and friendly staff Started at eight everything was done by five pm all in one day Superb totally delighted!

Recent conversion from oil to gas. Excellent company to deal with from the initial process talking through what we needed to the actual day of change. Staff arrived promptly and knew exactly what was to happen, very knowledgeable staff and were happy to talk through any concerns or queries. Staff were very mannerly and worked steadily throughout the day to ensure that the job was completed. Early start but job was finished in time for us to eat dinner in comfort with heat in rooms where there wasn’t heat before. All old parts of heating removed and taken away. Very neat and tidy job.

McGaffin Mechanical installed gas in our home. Matthew was very polite and knowledgeable and the team who did the work were very efficient, clean, and did a great job. Communication was excellent from start to finish with Stuart in the office, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

Very happy with the excellent professional job. Wanted to convert our 3-bed detached home from oil to gas with a gas cooker. The team did a great job in good time. I would like to thank Matthew for explaining everything patiently whenever there was any confusion. Highly recommended!

Just had my gas installed . A great team of friendly helpful and genuinely helpful people. From the initial visit everything was fast professional and efficient. Pricing done on the spot for a quote . Arrived when they said and completed everything in the time they said they would. The team of fitters were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful with nothing being any problem. They take care of everything and leave it neat as tidy . I would recommend them to anyone think of any plumbing needs . They would have got more than the 5 stars if there had been an option .
