Have had IZ Energy here for two days for remedial works.The work is terrible the front of my house is now two tone different texture and different shade of grey both were pointed out and told it will be fine when paint dry. Numerous other faults like lead sheet on leaking end of guttering.Would have given no stars if possible. Future governments need to makesure they never get a contract again

Disgusting Treatment of Installers – Avoid at All Costs I am an installer who carried out work for IZ Energy Services Ltd and I still have not been paid. This company has a clear pattern of not paying installers on time. When you ask for your money, they ignore your calls, stop replying to messages, and lie repeatedly about payment dates. They are highly unprofessional and expect people to work for free. Promises mean nothing to them, and they have no respect for tradesmen or contractors. Chasing payment from them is a complete waste of time. Third-class people running a third-class operation. I strongly warn any installer or contractor to stay well away from IZ Energy Services Ltd unless you want to be unpaid and messed around.

IZ energy is an absolute nightmare company! I had EWI done on my house With them Total shoddy workmanship had to keep getting them back to put issues right they didn’t always come back until months later. I had scaffolding up for a year which made our lives A misery to say the least. Years later, I’m still having to get them back due to more issues. they are now refusing to put an issue right! In the end due to shoddy workmanship, I had to go to Napit the certificate governing body but still have problems that they will not put Right. It’s been very upsetting and stressful. We certainly wouldn’t have gone ahead with this knowing what we know now.

“They supplied solar panels, unable to install them as my roof was damaged. I changed roof and requesting them to install. They failed to install solar panels in my home. I been requesting them for few months to install or take back the panels idol lying in my garden and they are not doing anything”. — After posting this review on 2 of May 2025- they called me and took back the solar panels they supplied. I thanked them for their response. I wish them good business

I highly recommend IZ Energy for external wall insulation (EWI). The entire process, from start to finish, took just over a week, with the actual work completed in only 4 days. Shujaat, the surveyor, visited my property, conducted a thorough survey, and walked me through the entire process step by step. Issa, the site manager, was on-site throughout the 4 days to oversee the work and ensure everything was going smoothly. Their office team is very responsive and quickly addresses any questions or concerns. I only wish I had done the EWI sooner. Thank you to IZ and the team for making my home warmer!

Grant secured through Eon the quality of the work is appalling left holes in 2 roofs causing ingress of water damaging internal walls. Facia blew off in high wind. Finish on rendering awful. Garden damaged, Guttering damaged and job not actually ever finished. Whenever they came back to repair works they just made things worse, personal cost to me spiralled to correct works done. This Company not recommended on any level

House looks great, very happy with the work that has been done to the house. Can’t recommend it enough

I cannot fault this company, they have gone over and beyond and brought my property to meet the governments recommended energy efficiency rating! From start to finish they were very engaging, professional and did not waste time. I was able to speak to a representative at all times and the project manager on site (Issa & Alex) was absolutely amazing! He saw the work through and fixed the little bits and bobs that i needed done as an extra which fell outside of the agreement. My property looks amazing and feels very warm, thank you to IZ Energy and their hard working team. I would like to also give a special shout out to Maha, Hamza, Issa & Shah who answered all my queries in a timely manner and saw the work through the whole time. Maha & Hamza even helped after the work was completed to get a few bits done which was not part of the agreement, which i was really grateful for - thank you both so much, you are both an asset to the company. Thank you to everyone at IZ Energy!

What a brilliant professional team of hard workers! Team Leader Javed explained what was going to happen each visit and answered any questions. The process lasted three weeks plus scaffolding by a different team. It was all managed very well and you can phone the office with any concerns. The guarantee arrived promptly and vents were fixed to reduce condensation. The fan noise is loud but functional. The only disadvantage was that my ceramic plant pots have big lumps of concrete left on them and I can’t get it off. My concern about the plastering around the fan was rectified. Overall, I am delighted with IZ energy and thank you all for your excellent workmanship.

I simply cannot recommend this company enough. High quality workmanship, polite, tidy, nothing was ever a problem I could go on & on. Javed and his team were a pleasure to deal with throughout. Any small issues that cropped up during the works were swiftly dealt with. I am beyond delighted with the result. Thankyou all ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The “Team” engaged with me, talking through any worries or concerns I had about the project. They showed a high degree of professionalism and competence. The work rate is phenomenal, the final finish is of a very high standard with the attention to detail amazing, thanks Guys for all you have done.

We are still waiting to IZ energy to finish our external wall insulation nearly five weeks after they started (a job we were told would take 1-2 weeks). We never know when they are going to send out subcontractors and we were again told today that roofers would be out to our house to fix the massive holes they left in the roof extenders (I don't know the correct term), they did not turn up. It's impossible to get a straight answer about when this will be over and we still have a list as long as my arm of things that need to be fixed - guttering left unfinished, EPC boards left exposed, random gaps in the wall insulation. Avoid at all costs they have half arsed the job from beginning to end.

Had external wall insulation done. The team led by Ivan were very friendly, polite, hard working and together with the site manager Waqar, were all very approachable (a quality that's generally missing from my experience with that trade) They were always happy to answer any questions, and kept me informed of any issues and snags, and dealt with it all without any fuss. As well as removing all rubbish, they even swept up the garden! Highly recommended!

IZ Energy is one of the most professional companies I have dealt with. They fitted my external wall insulation and informed me of every step before the work commenced. I was impressed by Ivan's Construction company, which completed all the work. There was a team of 7 guys who worked hard to finish it within two days. It was unbelievable how polite and hard-working these guys were. Also, Waqar, IZ Energy Site Manager, was polite and knowledgeable. He had a lot of patience to inform me of every step during the work, and when the work was completed, the place was left very tidy and clean. I would recommend all of them to anyone, and if I could, I would give them ten stars, as five stars are not enough for their behavior and professionalism displayed.

They were very unprofessional from start to finish. There was no survey prior to installation. Scaffolding guys installed the solar panels on the roof, which i dont think they are qualified to do. Turns up Saturday morning with no notices and started work on the roof, disturbing our peace. It was meant to be a days job that lasted over 1 month. Cable installation guys could not speak any English and made mess inside the property drilling holes everywhere, then covered with white silicone. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Iz energy service Ltd installed external wall insulation at my home under the government grant…Alex was there to look over the work from the beginning to the end he was Professional, honest, transparent throughout the job. We had requested installation on a different date, this had not been communicated to the installation people. The work itself was carried out satisfactority and the people were polite. But the work should have been done on different date as requested.

We have a boiler installation at our house by IZ Energy. We are happy with the services provided by the team.

IZ Energy Ltd installed under floor and loft insulation in my home under government green home grant. IZ energy guided me to apply for the grant. There was delay from the Government side to approve the Grant. IZ Energy customer service team follow up with Green home grant scheme and kept me updated throughout.the process Once grant was approved, Irfan seamlessly arranged installation within a week of approval of grant. The workmanship of the the worker was exceptional. I had recently installed laminate flooring, they removed it carefully and after installation install it back perfectly. To be honest it look better than before. During the installation, IZ energy customer service manager inspected the quality of work. I would delightedly recommend IZ Energy
