If I could give this company a platinum star I would. 5/5 is inadequate - their customer service in the situation I was having to deal with was super first class. Solar Edge, the inverter manufacturer are shocking to deal with and EE the internet provider just had me going round in circles for 3 days. Up to the plate stepped Erin at Green Pulse. For 36hrs she persisted in resolving what 2 major companies couldn’t do. Patient, clear instructions and continued follow up to eventual success. I am not a new customer with no warranty any more so could have been cast aside but I felt as cared for as if I was brand new. Thank you Erin and thanks to Green Pulse for employing such special people.

Dealing with Green Pulse from the start was excellent. Erin couldn’t have been more helpful. The guys who came were great. Very respectful of the property. Cleaned away everything so much so you wouldn’t know they had been. Very highly recommended.

Tesla solar system down

I emailed Green Pulse on Friday regarding the issue on my Tesla solar system which had just gone down, on Monday I was informed that Green Pulse were speaking to Tesla regarding the issue. Erin from Green Pulse phoned Tuesday to say the electrician would be coming in the afternoon to look at the issue. Chris arrived and within 20 minutes the system was up and running. A first class service from Green Pulse.

We are very happy with the whole procedure, from the first visit, the scaffolding, installing the solar panels and finally the batteries and the inverter. The app is great and shows you a breakdown of where your energy usage is coming from - the grid, solar or battery. Thank you so much, I am looking forward to reducing the grid usage and our bills! ' Issue sorted'

We had an issue with the panel/inverter/battery connection Rang GP Paul arranged for an engineer to try and reconnect within the week, it took a call by GP to solar edge and after 2 days, problem solved. Only wasn't too happy with the charge £120 seeing as the original installation only was completed in Sept 2024.I realise there were lots of issues with our original install not the fault of GP

My broadband was disconnected from the battery and after talking to the Tech department they resolved the issue. Northing seemed to be too much trouble for them. I’ve found them helpful, reliable and I thoroughly recommend this Company.

Great after care service

Great company - highly recommended. Four years ago, Green Pulse energy installed our solar panels and batteries. All went well. Great immediate after care service, eg they guided me through how to apply for MCS and the export tariff. Three years later, they patiently supported us over the phone when we thought there was a fault in the system, however it turned out it was a power supply issue in the local area. Thanks Erin. Any minor issue, they are there to guide you through it, such as today when I just needed to change the AA batteries in the solar iBoost sender. If you phoned up most companies on a Friday afternoon at 4:45pm you might not even get your call answered. Big shout out to Paul! Thank you.

Brilliant company, highly recommend

Brilliant company; beginning with full information of benefits, drawbacks, "packages", explanation of installation through to completed installation. The aftercare has been amazing and remains so 4 years on. Recently helping and advising me how to optimise my benefits If anyone is thinking about solar energy then I would highly recommend Green Pulse. I thank my lucky stars they were recommended to me by another satisfied customer.

Really good

Really good, the installation went smoothly and so far so good. We had a slight problem when we changed internet suppliers and lost connection to the app. Paul helped me to reconnect and I must say he has the patience of a saint! I really recommend them!

Very good service

Very good service – fast, professional, and responsive. There were a few minor hiccups, but everything was sorted quickly and efficiently. The electrician even offered to complete the installation on Good Friday, which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Green Pulse Energy provided a positive experience with the installation of a Tesla EV charger. Jamie conducted a free survey to assess the feasibility of the installation. The pricing was reasonable, comparable to competitors, and involved a payment plan with half due upfront and the other half after the installation. Jonny, the installer, was friendly and patient, answering numerous questions. Overall I was happy with the service and I would consider using their services again.

We had our solar panel and battery system installed by Green Pulse Energy 2 years ago and it has proved to be faultless and worked exactly as we had hoped. The installation team did the whole job on one day and they were respectful of our property. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Green Pulse installed our PV system including battery two years ago. The installation was done quickly and without any problems. A few minor software issues have arisen occasionally over the last two years but these have all been very quickly resolved. I would be happy to recommend Green Pulse for their equipment, quality of installation and customer service.

Extremely pleased with the whole installation. It was quick and clean and not disruptive. Ive had a couple of years to report back now and I am so glad I had the panels and battery. My electric Bills are really low. I also use the electric to replace gas central heating when it's really cheap and battery is full. Then there's the invironmental aspect which, for me, was a big part of my decision. I feel I have done what I could towards my grandchildren future.

Green Pulse installed our solar panels - 21 of them - in November 2021 and the panels have been brilliant. I had this company supply and fit my panels nearly 2 years ago. The work was completed and all mess was cleared without problems. I have since enjoyed the benefits of lower fuel bills as well as cashback from the sale of my excess generated, back to the grid.

We recently moved house into a property with solar panels installed several years ago by Green Pulse. The previous owners were unable to give us copies of the documents we needed to set up an export tariff but luckily they did give us the name of the company that installed them. When I called Green Pulse for help Erin was brilliant. She was so helpful, professional and quick to provide what we needed. Thank you!

Green Pulse Energy were invited to assess the possibility of installing a battery storage system to my existing solar panel array. A quote was provided detailing the work that would be required. This installation was completed in good time in the chosen location. Green Pulse Energy also cleaned my solar panels and installed bird netting. Finally an iBoost unit was installed to my immersion tank to enable water heating from excess solar energy. All the work was completed with no problems. I can recommend Green Pulse Energy for all your solar and energy saving solutions.

We had Green Pulse clean our solar panels and asked them to assess the performance of our 4Kw 12 year old solar system. The cleaning of the panels on the roof was carried out efficiently taking about 2 hrs - the system assessment was 60% of the act total cost & took about 15 mins. The cleaning of the panels was excellent value for money and the system assessment was less so. The assessment consisted of measuring the total of the panels & comparing to the design specification. The obvious flaw in this approach is it needs to be done in the middle of summer on a bright sunny day. I had been told that the process would consist of checking the performance individual panels to check each one. Luckily our system measured 3.77Kw for a 4kw system and so I was satisfied that all was ok. Overall I would use Green Pulse again and would recommend them for cleaning your panels in particular. They turned up promptly, acted professionally and cleaned away after themselves

Very happy with the service from Green Pulse Energy. I'm in an odd situation where my existing solar inverter failed, but I'm not quite ready to buy a replacement so they agreed to lease me one at a reasonable fee so that I can continue to generate electricity in the meantime while I decide which model of inverter I want to install permanently. Professional service, and willing to think outside the box - many thanks!

We had a two string system installed with a 3.6kW inverter (no battery). Its been in for a year now and has performed exactly as expected. Output over the year slightly exceeded the calculations. No issues at all during the year. We just let it do what it does and pay lower bills. Pay back period is ahead of schedule. Green Pulse did a very good job of installation at a reasonable price. If your interested in solar energy give them a call. We are very happy to recommend them.

A couple of years ago Green Pulse Energy quoted and installed a 50kw (180 panel) solar system with 4 separate inverters for our business on our commercial building. They diligently worked to help design a system that would match our complex electricity requirements with industrial freezers located in 3 separate buildings. From start to finish their service and work was professional, accurate and safe. Over the last two years the system has worked faultlessly and has saved us tens of thousands of pounds off our electricity bills. We have just had a 29-panel installation with Solar Edge technology and battery. The service from start to finish has been exceptional. No pushy sales, Ben was completely transparent about all aspects of the system and answered all queries and questions we had along the way. The installation team of both roofers and electricians worked hard, tidied up, and were very professional - they even replaced existing broken tiles across our roof when installing the panels. They were very considerate of the age of our property (1900s) when considering the installation - instructing a structural engineer to assess our roof. Happy to recommend them.
