Had Mark and his team to install Solar panels and battery, what can l say, they were absolutely brilliant, polite and professional, had the system installed in a day and half, they helped me with downloading the App and explained everything to us, simple and straightforward and would just like to say a big thank you to them all, can’t wait to see what our next monthly electric bill will be ha, would definitely recommend them, thanks again Mr & Mrs Mehmood

Brilliant, professional and friendly service from Mark and the team, to Debra in the office. Everything explained to my Mother in easy and simple terms which put her at ease and helped her understand the process. She had no heating or water and a new boiler and pipe work was required, they manged to get this sorted before Christmas. Highly recommend

We've used Greenhome twice, plumbers including once recently, for small-ish plumbing issues with the toilet flushes and under-sink pipes. They've been able to come out quite promptly, the receptionist is helpful and they've done a good job on both.

We had a nightmare situation where we moved into a new home only to discover that the boiler was already broken. With snow on the ground, we called several emergency plumbers, who confirmed that the boiler was completely beyond repair. I did some research online into the best boilers and brands and kept coming across Vaillant, which was also recommended by a friend who’s a boiler fitter. From there, I found Greenhome. They provided a clear and straightforward online quote, followed by a home inspection. During that visit, it became apparent that the existing gas pipe was the wrong size and would need replacing. Although you never want to hear that a job will cost more, Mark was incredibly helpful and patient. He took the time to explain everything properly, showed me the calculations, and clearly outlined the reasoning behind the additional work. That transparency gave me a lot of confidence. Somehow, they even managed to fit us in before Christmas. When the engineers came out, they were brilliant — friendly, professional, and happy to explain what they were doing at each stage of the install. The review is simple really: they came and delivered. We now have a warm house just in time for Christmas. 100% recommend.

Had annual ASHP system service by Ivan. Professional and efficient. Inspection and cleaning of pump/filters. Didn't seem to mind my presence being curious of the whole process. Overall been thoroughly impressed by Greenhome.

I just had a heat pump installed by the team at Greenhome, and the whole experience was just exceptional. I'd initially enquired about a heat pump from a couple of other local firms back in 2023. Those experiences weren't very good--I spent ages waiting for a quote, the systems they designed didn't seem to match my house or what I wanted, and they were crazy expensive. The experience with Greenhome could not have been more different, right from the word go. Mark got back to me really quickly about setting up a time to do the survey and estimate. When he arrived, he was polite and patient with my questions and walked me through the tradeoffs of different options--I was really keen to have a system with a low flow temperature, and Mark helped me understand what that would mean in terms of radiator sizes, etc. When I decided to go ahead, they booked me in for less than a month out--much faster than I was expecting. When the time came for the install, the lads (Cal and Dave mostly) were fantastic. It was really clear that they cared about the quality of the work--little details like the insulation of the pipework were done really nicely. They were also easy to have around the house--friendly and easy to chat with, but also understanding of the fact that I was working from home as well. I usually find it so stressful to have builders in. Not so with these folks! They were so reliable and worked so hard. I thoroughly recommend Greenhome if you're thinking about a heat pump!

Had a heat pump installed by Greenhome a year ago. Prior to install Mark was very helpful and answered many questions. We wanted a small unit in a specific location and he was the only supplier who could sort it for us. There was no disruption to our home, no radiators needed changing. One year on we are really pleased with the performance and running costs. The house was nice and warm when we hit -8 last winter. It's a good feeling not to be burning gas anymore.

I am so pleased I decided to use Greenhome Heating to install my new heat pump. I did a lot of research before finally deciding that a heat pump was the way to go. This company came highly recommended by Heat Geek and I was not disappointed. From our first contact with the company I could tell that they were experts in their field. When Mark visited us to carry out the heat loss he listened to our needs, explained how things would work and designed a superb system. The installation, which took two days was carried out by Mark, Callum and Cameron and what great lads they were. They arrived at 07:30 and worked solidly until 17:00. They ensured all our carpets and surfaces were covered and took great care. The new slimline cylinder is a work of art, Mark tucked it right into the corner of the airing cupboard leaving plenty of room for the laundry basket and towels. At the end of the installation Mark set up our app and ran us through all the controls Overall they did a brilliant job, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

The staff at Greenhome Heating were very friendly and patient. Even though it was already after working hours, they responsibly answered my questions. Upon learning that my boiler had broken down, they rescheduled my order to the earliest possible time they could manage. I'm very grateful to the Greenhome Heating team. During the installation process, they were extremely diligent, taking care of every detail. They even cleaned up some glue that had dripped onto the ground outside. I'm really happy to have such a responsible and professional boiler company in the Newcastle area.
