The service I have received from GP Mason electrical and in particular Alex has been outstanding. I had all my old storage heaters and consumer unit removed. Alex was punctual, removed all old appliances and left no mess. All new radiators were installed and set up. All positioned correctly and neatly. New consumer unit set up and previously poorly fitted power points sorted as new now. I fully recommend GP Mason Electrical as a local company who are professional in the service they offer , competively priced and helpful from start to finish.

Engineer arrived on time, very polite young man. Installed a new electric wall heater efficiently and left the site clean and tidy. Very satisfied with the whole package and I can fully recommend Masons Electrical.

Rob carried out some electrical updates to our small business which quite frankly I was dreading due to mess , disruption and repair work . My fears were unfounded, Rob was meticulous, cleaned as he went and had to point out where the work had been done! A very high standard, everything completed, couldn't ask for more. Will definitely use again.

Excellent service. Arrived within an hour or two of phoning for help with a tripped dist board that would not reset. Jack methodically traced the issue to a faulted electric fire and got our power back on. Highly recommended.

Did some work at my father’s flat to inspect and repair a couple of storage heaters and replace a bathroom extractor fan. Explained everything really well, work undertaken courteously, swiftly and cleanly. Highly recommend.

Amazing service! Isolation switch to my washing machine had broken. Jack came out the next day at short notice which was so appreciated as it’s a nightmare to be without a washing machine for too long. Really friendly guy and completed the job quickly. Thanks Jack! It’s so hard to find a decent Electrician, will definitely be saving their details.

Jack and Izaac did an excellent job setting me up with being able to charge my car at home. They listened and understood my requirements and made really smooth work of the installation.

I had an issue with a socket in my kitchen, making a buzzing sound even when switched off and smelling hot. I had to trip the sockets for that part of the house. No coffee. No tea. No cooking. I needed a quick same-day service to make it safe or fix the issue. I called GP Mason at 0930, spoke to Tracey and explained the issue. Within a few minutes Tracey called me back and told me that Jack would be round between 2pm and 4pm. Jack arrived a little before 3pm, and sorted out the problem, fitting a new socket and giving me peace of mind. Really brilliant service. Helpful, polite, friendly and empathetic staff. They will be my go-to for any electrical work I need in the house from now on.

We have just completed a huge project where Masons have re-wired 3 large flats, including alarm systems. Craig was our point of contact who worked with us through all the building plans and regulations. Alex was the main Electrician along with Apprentice Josh. They we so professional, clean and tidy and nothing was too much trouble, we really enjoyed having them work on the project and all the other Tradesmen commented on their work, they are such polite young men. Would highly recommend this Company and we look forward to working with you again in the future.

Jack turned up promptly, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The electricity was restored with the hour. This was vital as my business couldn't continue until it was sorted out. I had Graeme Gibney come out to my property at short notice to upgrade and test my electrics. He did an amazing job and was extremely polite and friendly.
