I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The salesman, the surveyor and the installer were amazing and quick. The staff at the phone end were so professional. On the day, the installer turned up on time, even before I could return from night shift (I apologise). Great job done by them. I am parading my new door at the workplace. I have already referred a few colleagues. I recognise it's expensive, but it's worth it. Thanks to my daughter, who found Crystal Windows.

Recently used Crystal for a replacement front door. Excellent customer service from inception through to survey. Great product selection and colours. Martin had excellent product knowledge and ensured I considered all options. John W was very thorough on the fitting. All round great service and beautiful door.

The whole process was smooth and incredibly professional, every member of the team were helpful from face to face sales, over the phone ordering / arranging, to the installation team. Every other quote I had was cheaper but in this case you get what you pay for, I’d rather pay extra to be treated as a valued, supported customer. There was plenty of guidance through the process from everyone which was evidencing the experience and professionalism the company had. Massively pleased with the outcome, from point of initial quote to completion of installation was just over two weeks, which was a massive benefit

Delighted with my new front door

I am delighted with the service and with my new front door. It was a tricky installation because my porch was too short for a standard door size. The floor had to be cut back allow space for it to open fully. Then it turned out the porch walls were made from chip board rather than plaster board, so they had to be replaced before they could be plastered and made good. Luckily the team sent to my house were highly skilled, beyond door fitting, and were able to solve these unexpected issues easily and without be fazed. They were polite and friendly and it was a pleasure to have them at my house.

After the initial mix-up with delivery of the Patio Doors and my installation date being changed. The installation ran smoothly and was completed satisfactorily.

The surveyors and fitters were first class? The products are high quality

When products go faulty - oh dear TERRIBLE

Have had multiple windows and doors fitted, the products are fine however, when they develop a fault the after care service is TERRIBLE and APPALLING. It takes MONTHS to arrange for them to actually attend to even look at the fault, then further MONTHS before they will come and fix any issues leaving defective products in place. Plus the service desk themselves are some of the most rude and abusive people I have ever had to deal with - previously I would have recommended Crystal - now I cannot do so - because the after care is SO BAD!

Perfect products and fitting

We were replacing our bi-fold doors and a glass roof. Crystal provided us with a competitive quote with various product and financing options. The roof was quite complicated so Crystal measured a few times and discussed the options. They sent fitters to take a look at the work before it was undertaken. The fitters have completed the work and it is excellent. They were clean and tidy (protected furniture and flooring inside). The fitters were all really nice people (friendly and professional). Their products are of a high quality. I would use Crystal again.

Fitter was spot on

The salesman was ok, very old school like myself. First price was high and then came the usual discount. Price was fair in the end. The fitter arrived and he was extremely competent and professional. Completed in a couple of hours and cleaned up all mess, can’t compliment the guy enough. Shame the sales routine used hasn’t changed in 30years!!!!

Thank you to Crystal Windows & especially Mark Hendy for a superb job installing our french doors. He was polite & professional at all times. I can thoroughly recommend using Crystal Windows to others and will not hesitate to use them again.

The whole process was great from start to finish the sales rep explained everything thoroughly the surveyor was very informative and the fitter john watts was great he went the extra mile to make sure everything fitted right very good quality door and workmanship

Speed and efficiency of installation was exemplary

From start to finish everything was confirmed once the price was agreed, which was a little bit of a chore. The salesman, the surveyor and installer were great. Everything arranged to be installed the following week after I paid a deposit. I received an email detail the date and time when installation would begin, On the day, the installer turned up on time and did not stop working all day. Great job done by them. My Front door looks great I would not hesitate to recommend Crystal Windows to everyone even though they are a little expensive.

I have used Crystal Windows serval…

I have used Crystal Windows serval times on both houses just for window and doors in the past. I have recently used them for a roll up electric garage door. Terry is friendly, not pushy and understood what I needed. The whole process from start to finish was easy, quick and hassle free. Glen (I think that was his name) who fitted the door was really nice, friendly, efficient and tidy!!

Good product but poor sales tactics

I thought the quality of the work and the product delivered was absolutely flawless. The installers turned up when they said they would, installed our new front door, cleaned up after themselves, and were done in good time. The door itself was exactly as we ordered, and appears to be of a high quality. This company lets itself down with their sales tactics. Their salesman initially quoted us over £9000 for a new front door. We then presented a quote from a rival firm for a third of their price, and suddenly Crystal could match that quote. Whilst they deliver a good product, they are absolutely out to fleece you for as much as humanly possible, and only come down when you tell them that your business is going to be going to a rival. I'd be rating this company 5 star if it wasn't for this practice.

We were getting a partially built porch…

We were getting a partially built porch completed with the roofing, doors, windows and a new fascia and guttering - the team coming to do the entire job we're prompt, respectful and tidy. Honestly couldn't have asked for a more perfect job!

I'm really proud of my new front door. The Crystal salesperson, surveyor and fitter were very efficient and respectful of my property. They turned it around from start to finsh all in just a week. Crystal windows and doors have transformed my house from the 1970's straight in to the 21st century. I think my front door is awesome. Thank you :)

I contacted Crystal Windows about upgrading my very outdated Windows on line and I received a call back immediately. A representative was sent and I was given a quotation. Long story short I had my Windows and back door installed within a few weeks and all was done perfectly. My experience and interactions with the office, surveyor to the installers are nothing but excellent.The whole team are very polite, helpful, friendly, courteous and above all professional. The office picked up on a fault and was rectified straight away. So I am very pleased with the service I received from Crystal. Will definitely recommend and use them again.

Nice door

I regret accepting the salesman`s quote without questioning it. Price for door is extremely high. Because of this price I would never recommend Crystal windows. I am happy with my new door. The chap that fitted my door was very efficient & capable & left the house clean & tidy.

The window fitter.

The window fitter arrived on time and was very polite,He was very efficient and worked really well even though it was raining.They also cleaned up any mess and explained everything they were doing.I would recommend them to anyone who needs new windows.Darren and Jack did a very thorough job

I highly recommend Crystal windows for their fantastic customer experience! Salesman explained all the options available both regarding windows and payments. We have ordered a few times from them, and in the not too distant future will place another order. A problem occurred with a unit, (which we had for a few years) after a phone call to explain the problem a replacement was fitted within a couple of weeks

Superb service and such nice people

Superb service and such nice people. I have used the company for more than 15 years when they did an excellent job rebuilding a delipidated conservatory and have since replaced windows and sills and more recently fitted a new double-glazed front porch. Excellent people to deal with and always cheaper than other quotes I have received.

They gave me a quote for 36K and said it was discounted. They then sent a text saying they could give me another discount, followed with a phone call from the factory still offering a discount. I am having windows and doors replaced with another company for 16K and thats a price from a few companies. Crystal give the correct price straight without all this wasting of time, how can anyone trust you

Really pleased with the final result. The windows were fitted really quickly and very soon after they were ordered, when before Christmas. They look great and make such a difference to the house. Really pleased and would recommend!

Done a really good job. They were able to complete the windows in one day with extra workers which helped us out alot due to work commitments. Tidy up after took all the rubbish. Very friendly workers and hard working.

I usually prefer not to leave a review immediately after a service, as I like to wait and properly test the product. In this case, that means living with the new windows for a while. Booking the initial appointment was very easy, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the different types of windows available and arranged the measurement visit within a few days of the first appointment. Following that, the installation was completed within a week. The installation team were extremely professional. Within a few hours, the old windows were removed and the new ones installed. All areas were fully covered and protected, and there was no damage or mess left behind. Once the work was finished, it was as if the windows had never been replaced. For that alone, they deserve five stars. The windows themselves are excellent quality. They have already been tested by heavy rain, strong winds, and winter conditions here in the UK, with no issues at all. There are no drafts, no water ingress, and no signs of mould. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and the product, and I would highly recommend Crystal Windows.

The whole process from my initial enquiry, the visit by the estimator and the surveyor went incredibly smoothly and professionally. And the two installers, Mark and Scott, turned up on time, were very polite, efficient and a pleasure to meet. I have spent over 40 years in the construction sector and was very impressed with the installation. Very happy to recommend Crystal Windows.

The installation quality seems fine and the windows look good, but after doing some research I realised the same Liniar A+11 casement system is available from other FENSA installers at almost £1,000 less. I feel the initial quote from Crystal was quite inflated and not transparent enough. The service team was polite, but I’d appreciate more honest pricing for future customers. If Crystal could review this and offer a goodwill adjustment, I’d be happy to update my review.

Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. From the sales person ,surveyor and the workmen. Everyone was polite and professional. Over the moon with the result.

The gaps between the door frame and the two side walls are hugh, about 20mm wide, I am worrying the door frame will be bent and the door will not be able to shut properly in future. However, I am sure Crystal will sort this out for me in future maintenance.

Poor finishing , not cleaning properly after work .Because have window change , I had to get someone to correct the wall and repainting, bathroom window tiles losses and window installers glue it back with mitre for plastic . Start with high expectations and let down when finish. Attached some pictures for references .

Amazing from start to finish! Quick initial visit, survey and work began the following week on our perfect porch! Couldn’t have asked for two better builders/fitters Mark and Ben - i would recommend them from start to finish both perfectionist. They managed to take our vision and turn it into our reality. We came across Crystal Windows in B&Q and agreed for a survey to get a quote. The online reviews were a bit mixed and we were unsure, but we really needed a new door, so we went ahead. On the install day, a week later, it was pouring down, but Tom and Greg were true champs, very organised, tidy and I couldn't be happier with the final product! It looks as though the door and windows were always there, no mess, or damaged walls, it was perfect! Thank you very much! 💜

Rob turned up on time, there was a bit of a mix up with how we wanted our windowsills but within no time all sorted. We are extremely pleased with our new front door and windowsill. Rob and John’s quality of work was excellent and would have no problem recommending this company.
