We called and asked for a quote to install a car charger and within 48 hours Alex had come to our house, talked us through the process and the following day we had our quote. Once we’d given the go ahead the charger was installed within a few days. Harley the electrician went out of his way to be helpful and everything was done quickly, efficiently and very tidily. He stayed to talk us through the app and how everything worked and we couldn’t have asked for better service. In an age where I often get the feeling that people don’t care, it was refreshing to deal with NSN who were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Thanks for great service.

UPDATE: When our electrical work was completed, the guys left us a bag of facia plates for sockets and switches. These clip into place once renovation of a room is complete. We stored them unopened for several months. When I opened them, every plate was scratched. I called NSN to express my disappointment but was told, because I'd had them in my care for several months, NSN wouldn't replace them. I spent a fair amount of money having the electrical work done and the only visible evidence I'm left with are scratched fittings. And that's the reason I won't be calling NSN when I have my kitchen, utilty room, shower room and workshop wired later this year. Customer care is in the detail, not false economy. (I gave 2 stars because they at least called me back to discuss my complaint). NSN completed extensive works on our renovation project. All the workers were very professional, punctual, courteous and tidy. The work was completed on time and on budget. We'd happily recommend NSN and will no doubt contact them about further electrical work.

Having been very satisfied with NSN on a small electrical job last year we approached them to do a Solar and Battery installation in our home. They were excellent from start to finish. Alex thoroughly worked through all the options and configurations, and came up with a great solution at a competetive price. Seth and the installation team were courteous, hard working and did a brilliant job. We had to have a new incoming supply from national grid to the garage and NSN did all the groundworks and reconfiguring of our supply and fuse-boxes with minimal disruption. All in all I'm delighted with the great customer service and outstanding quality of work. I would have no hesitation in recommending NSN for any electrical job large or small.

I had NSN put in an EV charger for my new SMART #1 Which they managed to fit the day before I collected my car . I’ve had NSN install 2 new night storage heaters in my lovely little holiday let down at Cape Cornwall. They were efficient and very knowledgeable. Ross the owner of NSN has been so helpful since. I struggled with the Dimplex App and he has been round and patiently helped set my app up correctly, and made it simple for me. I can highly recommend!

We are a small community of leaseholders and NSN did a great job guiding us through the process of getting EV chargers fitted. They were professional and knowledgeable throughout the decision-making process, which was not easy with a number of conflicting opinions. NSN were patient, friendly and helpful, even attending a meeting to explain how the chargers could be fitted and answer questions before they had been awarded the business. Always available via phone and email to answer queries, when the team came to fit the cables and chargers they did a great job and left everything looking neat and tidy. NSN made it all so simple in the end. I thoroughly recommend Joss and his team.

Perfect service as usual from NSN - they moved an EV charger for me on moving day from my old house to the new one - obviously a stressful day but they were highly professional as usual and understood the need to make it all happen in one day! Great service and a lovely note from NSN too!

I highly recommend NSN. We recently chose them to install our EV Charger and I was very impressed by the excellent level of service from initial contact through to survey, quotation and installation. We are very pleased with our solar and battery set up, as installed by NSN. The on-site visit quickly allayed any concerns we had about where to store our batteries, with Joss coming up with the perfect solution. The installation team were efficient, hard-working and cleared up after themselves at every step. The work is really neat and tidy, and it is apparent that real pride is taken in the outcome of the job. Once installed, the set up was very clearly explained, and we were taken through the GivEnergy app. It is fascinating to be able to monitor how much power the panels are generating and how the batteries are storing the excess, ready to be used once the sun’s gone down. Brilliant service and excellent value! Joss and his team are doing something different and infinitely better in the practical trade world - keeping their promises and providing great service. Within 24 hours of Joss coming round to scope out my new EV charger, I had a quote in my inbox. Three working days after that, Seth and Steve did a brilliant job installing the charger. They were prompt, polite, efficient and tidy - I couldn't ask for more really. Highly, HIGHLY recommended. So much so that I'm having them back to do some outdoor lighting!

NSN Electrical did an excellent job in quoting for and installing an electric vehicle charging point for us. Initial survey and quote was handled quickly and professionally. An installation date was agreed and the electrician turned up as agreed. Installation was done very efficiently and tidily. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

NSN came on Thursday and installed our new Zappi charger. Despite having to go through 2 thick granite walls and through 2 rooms floor spaces they managed to complete the install in 1 day. The installers were brilliant, they communicated well and did a tidy job. Fully reccomend

NSN provided an all-round great service, promptly and efficiently. From the communication, quote and installation I can't fault them. We had been let down by several other EV installers who didn't turn up to quote. NSN stepped in and we very quickly had a solution (even adapted to suit the landlord) and nothing was too difficult or too much trouble. My only quibble is it was expensive in comparison to previous experiences of EV installations. I would nevertheless use them again because of the high quality service and reliability.

Brilliant company. Highly recommended. I was self building and from the first contact NSN helped me with the design, making really helpful suggestions. Then they stuck with me through a long process as I did it bit by bit. Always turned up when they promised and sent great staff who did a brilliant job and were a pleasure to work with. Included installation and commissioning of an air source heat pump and solar panels as well as the full house electrics.

Joss and the team did a fantastic job fitting an electric car charger for me. They turned up on time on the fitment day. They fitted the charger with no fuss and no mess. Totally professional company. I would highly recommend their services. When I bought the electric car it was down to me to get a charger fitted. The dealer recommend a couple of companies but I found NSN the most helpful by far. They will have all my electrical work from now on.

Joss and his team are kind, courteous, informative. They are only to happy to respond to your questions quickly. Which in my case raises new questions. This was not a problem for NSN. We had a car charger installed on our drive way by NSN Electrical. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
