Excellent company. Had a visit from Chris and Jason to do remedial work on the mounting of my 15 year old Sunny PV inverter. Absolutely no complaints about the job, speed of the work etc. I certainly know who I will take any future PV work to. Very happy customer. Thank you Chris and Jason.

Just had a phone call from a nice young guy called Andy told him basically what i needed on my system asked then if they could pop out just to take a look and to see what they could do for me has I think I need to require two new batteries on the system you never guess what he said and don't forget I,am.only 20 minutes away from them he was going to charge me just to pop out to take a look with his eyes a whooping £150 just to take a look disgusting never in my whole life been told just to look at the system in the loft which I may add we live in a gound floor bungalow £150 wow they are having a laugh

Just like to thank Chris & Andy who went above and beyond to set up my off grid solar panel connections to my powerbank. They couldve said no like a few companies already had dobe but they were more than happy to help. Great attitude I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Regards John

Resolving problem with Feed in Tarriff Meter

Fantastic experience with this company who installed new Solar and Battery Storage system for us. Chris was so good at all stages from initial enquiry, quotation, communications around timings, kept all dates and appointments as agreed, the installation itself was excellent and thoughtful consideration for any potential personal interruption. A minor hiccup when they were let down by a 3rd party scaffolding company - however very quickly resolved and the alternate third party scaffolding company that they arranged were great. Follow up has been really good to make sure all working as expected and getting everything registered etc. They have also subsequently come a couple of months later and installed additional equipment to use the excess solar being produced to heat water through immersion heater. We are now enjoying our first Spring with Solar - and even better than expected. Would highly recommend using Chris and Energi North East Ltd.

I'm amazed there are only two other reviews, but I have had the same great experience. Chris worked his socks off finding the fault with an inverter that he hadn't installed, got a replacement under guarantee and set everything up from scratch as the original installer had ceased trading. Warmly recommended!

Can't speak highly enough of this company. We had been messed about a bit by several other companies before getting solar panels from them. Chris was knowledgeable and had all the facts we needed without pressing us for a hard sell. He clearly fully understands the range of products he installs (as opposed to some of the salesmen we met with who obviously didn't understand the technology and just spouted buzz words at us). Chris was able to discuss the pros and cons of a range of options and help us make a decision without simply recommending the most expensive option. The install wasn't that straightforward (work on our house never is) but Chris worked round our house's quirks and our young family to deliver a perfectly functioning system within the time he estimated.

I've just had a Zappi electric vehicle charge point installed by EnergiNorthEast. Very pleased with the service and the result. Chris gave good advice and communication beforehand and completed the work professionally and on time. Would thoroughly recommend.
