Fantastic experience with this company who installed new Solar and Battery Storage system for us. Chris was so good at all stages from initial enquiry, quotation, communications around timings, kept all dates and appointments as agreed, the installation itself was excellent and thoughtful consideration for any potential personal interruption. A minor hiccup when they were let down by a 3rd party scaffolding company - however very quickly resolved and the alternate third party scaffolding company that they arranged were great. Follow up has been really good to make sure all working as expected and getting everything registered etc. They have also subsequently come a couple of months later and installed additional equipment to use the excess solar being produced to heat water through immersion heater. We are now enjoying our first Spring with Solar - and even better than expected. Would highly recommend using Chris and Energi North East Ltd.

Can't speak highly enough of this company. We had been messed about a bit by several other companies before getting solar panels from them. Chris was knowledgeable and had all the facts we needed without pressing us for a hard sell. He clearly fully understands the range of products he installs (as opposed to some of the salesmen we met with who obviously didn't understand the technology and just spouted buzz words at us). Chris was able to discuss the pros and cons of a range of options and help us make a decision without simply recommending the most expensive option. The install wasn't that straightforward (work on our house never is) but Chris worked round our house's quirks and our young family to deliver a perfectly functioning system within the time he estimated.
