Great quality and professional service from start to finish. Nigel came firstly and gave us the best advice and showed us all options. Crew came a few days before and confirmed the work to be done. The day of fitting, they were here early, they worked quickly and to a high standard. Nothing was a problem for them and they kept you informed and answered any questions we had.. After sales service was as good as the installation, could not ask for a better experience. Highly recommended.

I would have posted this earlier but for some reason couldn’t access their website. Was disappointed to come back and find the place covered in dust, no dust sheets used, the sloppy workmanship, particularly the painter who obviously couldn’t be bothered to use masking tape so paint on every newly installed window throughout my flat and despite someone coming back to “put everything right”, only bare minimum was done so I’ve been left with the job of cleaning paint from all the window frames. Window ledges have the marks of the screws which I would have thought a professional would have filled before the ledges were [sloppily] painted. Doors were damaged although this was denied, despite having been told there was barely room to move with all the kitchen fittings and windows to be installed filling up every space, so it is difficulty to see how anyone/anything could be brought into the place without doors being “jammed” open. Would certainly not recommend. A word of warning, make sure you check everything thoroughly before filling the demand of the woman in charge to pay up.
