From the moment he arrived, Daryl was incredibly pleasant and polite, making it easy to have him working around our home. He was always happy to answer questions, taking the time to explain the technical aspects of the system in a way that was easy to understand. His work ethic is truly excellent and is what makes Daryl stand out from other tradespeople we’ve used in the past. He is a very tidy worker, ensuring that every cable was neatly routed and that the site was spotless before he left each day. I had issues with E.ON and needed some professional advice and support. I sent out 12 emails to all my local MCS registered companies and only Darryl responded and offered to help and support me. Dsmart Electrical carried out the installation of a complete PV solar & battery installation. The installation was carried out to the highest standard possible the engineer was very informative and kept us informed in how the installation will be carried out and what and where the system would be installed. We also had a full electrical inspection carried out at the same time and a certificate was provided. The system came with a five year support. The company also provided a five year update where the app was used to manage and monitor the system. This installation has reduced our monthly electric bill to £45 a month based on the current prices our system will be paid for within five years. I would highly recommend this company to carry out any electrical services.
