I had a quote from the now merged company natural generation. They were competitive and talked me through the options available and the relevant merits. Ok that's what you expect. Why they got the job was they were relaxed happy friendly and for a grumpy old man found them easy going accessible and good humoured. The scaffolding was as good as a winter storm for the front garden but the installers made a nice job of putting up the panels. They were happy in their work so either over paid or unaware of the harsh realities of life. The electrical installation of the battery and inverter went well and the electrician went out of his way to accommodate my whims and I had the lighting circuit from the battery so I can see in the dark when the grid goes down. I had a very similar system installed in a rental bungalow by the same people and again the electrician was brilliant in making the system integrate. I had an ev charger installed at home and he worked out a WiFi signal to the garage which was brilliant. The bunglow tenant is delighted to have high levels of control from the app which was explained in detail. Even I have grasped it. So now having had two complete systems with battery and ev charger I can say they are competitive on price second to none in a clean quick and thoughtful installation and follow up service can't be faulted. It is essential to be able to reach someone. Now helping a friend to get the same system from them

Really pleased with the advice to start, the modelling and then the speed of installation was very good. The care on site was to be fair fabulous and the finished product was great. They worked with me on the direction/routing of wiring and made good to a high standard. Could not recommend Natural Generation from Perranporth more highly.

Supplied, fitted & installed PV panels & domestic battery. Very professional at all stages of the process from the initial survey to the extremely rapid response to resolving minor problems post install. Everyone involved was approachable, friendly & happy to answer every question that occurred to me. Would absolutely recommend Natural Generation to anyone thinking about having any renewable energy installation. When the time comes to embrace an EV or ASHP they will be my first call.

I engaged with Magnus and Nat Gen as part of a procurement process for solar PV at a leisure centre. He and the team were always speedy and accurate in their written communication and so easy to work with and have on site. The installation ran smoothly and pretty much to time (difficult when our weather is so unpredictable and harsh late winter).

I can highly recommend Natural Generation. 14 years ago they installed a 2.5kw PV system on my cottage which is still running perfectly. We moved recently and they have just installed a 4kw PV system with a battery for us. Both times the installation teams were friendly, efficient and reliable and the office staff were incredibly helpful throughout. Really delighted with their work.
