Great service and amazing staff. We needed some urgent work done on our heating system and they were outstanding throughout. The engineer took time to explain exactly what the issue was and what was needed and provided a number of options to resolve. The work was completed and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Top job from this company, would highly recommend.

Excellent service from an excellent business. We had a plumbing issue which required urgent assistance and Otter could not do enough to help - they responded immediately and had the fault fixed within hours. Friendly helpful staff, what's not to like! Highly recommend.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough. They were incredibly accommodating to help replace my condemned boiler as quickly as possible. They arrived on time, were polite, extremely hard working and left my house as they found it, clearing up as they went. A very happy customer. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

Do companies like Otter South West Ltd think they can charge for simple plumbing work, not do it correctly and then expect the customer to fix the problem. Not to mention not returning calls for a week in order to address the issues. Is it reasonable for me to charge them for my time as they do for theirs? Totally disappointed with their service and communication, they are not as good as they think they are.

Otter were very prompt with paperwork and quote delivery after our initial enquiry. They answered our questions regarding the process and the installation. This was done by phone calls / texts after receiving quotes. Tom (the installer) made himself available for a call with our building contractor to work through the installation and how best to work with the roofers. All was agreed and this plan was stuck to during the works. By way of a reference, we were provided with a customer who had similar works done. We were able to contact them and they too had no issues with the works and service given by Otter. Both installers worked tirelessly to complete the project and ensured it was done to our satisfaction and that we understood the system and how it worked. Both were very personable and well presented. Tom did exactly what he said he would regarding the installation and kept to the agreed schedule. He gave us a very good introductory overview of the installation and our duties insofar as maintenance goes (albeit minimal). Overall, I found Otter to be a very professional company and would definitely recommend them.

Otter South West responded quickly and effectively to our request for help in repairing a non-functioning kitchen boiling water tap. An inspection was conducted which resulted in a decision to procure a replacement heater and this was rapidly fitted and tested when available. The system has been fully operational since, and we are grateful to have it working again.

Otter SW just installed a Daikin ASHP and mixergy tank at our house in West Somerset. Our install was a little complicated so they came a few months early to pre-run some cabling before other works were done. Over two full days the install was complete and it was done so efficiently and professionally. Otter's guys have a very deep knowledge of their product, and this helps when they come across the inevitable non-standard features of an install. I really can't recommend them highly enough and the first few weeks of operation have been very positive, with the house warm and bills lower than with our old oil boiler.

Excellent service provided regarding our annual Air Source Heat Pump heating system and re-fixing of a shower control panel. Staff are always pleasant when they visit, as are the admin team. We really appreciate the email reminders when the servicing is due and the ease of booking this in. Thank you.

Chris arrived slightly early which is always a bonus. He went about servicing a the heating system in a very quiet and efficient way,we hardly knew he was there. The price was what we expected for the service and we were very happy with it. Would use them again without hesitation.

I have used Otter SouthWest several times, and they are always helpful, never more so than when they installed our Air Source Heat Pump stopped working. The team responded, came out to survey the house and completed heat loss calculations efficiently. The installation is incredibly tidy, and efficient, as well as running quietly. From the team in the office to the plumbers and electrician, really friendly and helpful.

Have used Otter though work for some time and they have always been very professional, on time and clean and tidy. Having now used them in my own home to fit a new shower I have to say all the above is true. Chris was on time, polite, very tidy and cleaned up after himself. Would highly recommend.

Otter replaced our oil fired heating system with an Air Source Heat Pump. Their team were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Their workmanship was first class and on time and on budget. They were clean and tidy throughout their time on site and I recommend Otter wholeheartedly.

Otter South West removed our Oil fired boiler and replaced it with a state of the art Air Source Heat Pump. The Team were polite, courteous and tidy throughout the installation. The work involved replacing all the pipework and installation of the new equipment, all while I was working from home. I would recommend Otter South West to anyone looking for a professional company to carry out their plumbing needs.

I am really very pleased with the new air source heat pump which has recently been installed at my home and I have no hesitation in recommending Otter South West. From start to finish their involvement has been a really pleasant experience. All of the staff are really knowledgable, very polite, friendly and helpful. From the moment the engineers first looked at the site it was obvious they were very confident in all they said. I felt very confident in them too. They explained the whole process of selection, planning, installation and commissioning and also took time to help with information I needed regarding the green grants, which has now been achieved. The office staff were super too, extremely helpful and very thoughtful especially when we were cold ... and at Christmas too. The whole system was fully implemented - up and running within 16 days from the moment I first contacted them. The specifications of the system, based on the nuances of our home, was precise and I have not even had to interact with the controls at all, which seem very intuitive and easy to operate, from the day it was fitted. Amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better service ! We are extremely happy with the performance of the unit too.

Otter southwest were by far the best priced quote I found for the installation of my ASHP. Unlike many companies you come across offering the same technology, they seemed like the only company that were genuinely from a plumbing background rather than a sales company set up to cash in on government grants and inflated prices. They were not salesmen but tradespeople. Their professionalism and experience showed during my installation. It was done in a matter of days with excellent workmanship. I even had neighbours commenting on how quick and focused the team were. They were friendly and helpful with any questions I had on the installation, set up and running of my system and have always been available if I had further questions. The system is working great and I would highly recommend Otter south west as an installation company for an ASHP or similar product.
