We now have an air source heat pump, replacing an old central heating system. Theo and Christian the installers worked for hours to make everything work well. Very impressed by their efforts. Ewan worked hard to make the process as smooth as possible. It is not an easy feat, changing from a gas central heating system to an air pump.

Customer service absolutely appalling- once they take your deposit you’re constantly chasing them for updates. Tried to make us spend money on equipment which should have been covered by them and when challenged, cancelled our order.

The installer worked very hard over two days to complete the job. The system works well. Back office staff were very diligent and helpful when I needed to reset the FoxCloud app to a new Wi-Fi address .

A first-rate installation completed by quality people

I made the leap into solar and battery and I have to say how impressed I was with Andy and Omar who came to do the installation. It was very straightforward dealing with the office who were incredibly responsive to my daft questions. I'm very pleased with the design & specification of the equipment and the quality of workmanship. Andy must be the most patient installer around as I peppered him with questions, Top Marks. Best of all, 24 hours into the installation on a dark and drizzly day, I have paid next to nothing for electricity imports. Top Job - A happy customer!

I decided to have solar panels installed after the council arranged a contract with Eco Green. From start to finish this has been an easy process. Everyone I have dealt with have been amazing. Very polite, considerate and courteous. You are kept up to date every step of the way. Fantastic!

Super job, super installation, super value Had been concerned about appropriate scaffolding for re-roofing, survival of my pre-existing BESS and disposal of my old panels and could not extract a response from Ewan. Otherwise the installation is as Ewan (very knowledgable) promised. Superb scaffolders - Alex of Masters, installation electrician Pavel Caus and panel installer Omar (neat job) . I have recommended my friend and neighbours to go ahead with their Eco GE Solns Solar Together installation. I omitted to say how efficient Binila, the lynch pin at the office was - always responsive, and the admin team obtained and forwarded to me my DN0 G98 approval and Export MPAN number exactly 7 days from Installation !! Wow 'Another' company, last year took 20+ e-mails/telephone calls and 10 (ten months) to provide these.

Good Customer Service

The company kept to the timelines on the inspection, review stages and promptly kept us updated at all stages during that time period which was about 4 months from booking to installation. Closer to the installation, the office was great in arranging it and during the installation on the day, the two engineers did a great job coming promptly in the morning and finishing late afternoon. I have yet to see the benefits from the installation of the solar panels but overall great customer service from the individuals involved in inspection, installation and the office.

Very smooth installation - great overall

Very smooth installation, earlier than promised, but considerable time wasted on the day of install as electricians had to re-survey the property to accommodate the inverter / Battery. Didn't ask for help when they had difficulty connecting to WiFi, which was easily solved by householder. Only slightly less than perfect result, happy to recommend.

Our surveyor was polite and friendly. There were a few issues with the scaffolding but the guys fitting the panels were polite, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable and put me at ease.

I was not surprised to find other customers echoing my experience with this dubious company. They installed a hybrid system at my address in 2017, cashed 7500 pounds, then refused to provide certification or support. Now Ewan is threatening court action if I don't remove my review. Bullying tactics will yield no gains.

Damaged our property, incomplete and poor installation, breached contract, won't return deposit Eco Green Energy Solutions came to install underfloor heating at our property, said they had finished the work on one of the floors and asked for payment. Our builders, architect, structural engineer and two other heating companies have all had a look at their work and unanimously say that building regulations were broken and the installation was not done right. The had cut made 30 cuts into the joists, every single one of which broke building regulations - too wide and too deep (many were over 10cm wide). They cut holes into the joists for the flow and return (instead of routing along the side of the wall) The holes they cut into the joists were below the cuts - which again breaks building regulations. There were kinks in the pipes (so whole zones would have to be relaid) The manifold was too high. No pipes were connected to the manifold. The pipe leading to the water cylinder was too small. No pressure test was done (and no record of one supplied). They prepared a plan for the underfloor heating - it showed pipes running in a perpendicular direction to the joists, so couldn’t have worked. It also had the wrong spacing between the joists. We weren’t given any document for protection of our deposit - so it seems it wasn’t registered with a deposit scheme. The quote we received had a photo of spreader plates on it and their website invites you to add spreader plates to your quote - yet they said spreader plates weren’t included in the quote and we had to pay our builders to install them on top. All companies that have since quoted to fix their work have said they install spreader plates themselves. The contract said they are a member of a dispute resolution scheme - which turned out to be incorrect (they are for other products but not for underfloor heating - which is what the contract was for) Their communication was terrible - on one occasion they came unannounced to look at the site, then left and sent an email complaining about the site. Our architect and builder were downstairs the whole time but they didn’t talk to them. On another occasion they called at 6pm to ask if the site could be ready for installation at 8am the next day. They sent someone to the house to make a plan with us for the underfloor heating, then the next day said they weren’t working on the project. At least two companies like this were used, the workmen were probably also subcontractors. They refused to return our deposit.

Owner Ewan is rude and unhelpful to existing customers. Reading reviews here, seems like he is quite the opposite when looking for new customers. I misplaced my MCS certificate and have requested a copy from them, his first response was that he cannot deal with me. Then he asked for some proof of ownership and now he hasn't responded to my email for the last week Since my original review I have received threatening emails and phone calls from this man Ewan McNeil who is the owner of this company. I have had to report him to the police as he has not stopped harrassing me to remove my review. People should know that this is who they are dealing with when they use such a company Ewan tried to take me to court for this review, but his case was thrown out as he didn't even bother to attend the hearing. He used the court case as a way of trying to scare me in to removing the review.

Quick, seemless with no issues on approvals or getting the right documentation for me. I was able to get 3.5 KW of solar panels and a 6.3 KWh battery installed instep with a major house renovation. So far so good, the system appears to be working well.

We found Eco Greenenergy Solutions a pleasure to deal with. From start to finish the work proceeded in an efficient and professional manner. The work force involved in both the battery installation and the Heat Pump were careful and friendly. I am confident that we have an extremely effective system that replaces the gas boiler.

The entire experience from start to finish with Eco Greenenergy Solutions has been excellent. They explained the whole process and resolved any questions/queries I had. Then, after going over the options, Ewan and his team fitted a 10.5KW system with three battery packs and an electric car charge point. The installation was quick and fast, and he went out of his way to upgrade my ChargePoint when there was a fault. They also helped with a DNO registration for my system, which is complex and tricky for a first-timer, but Ewan helped every step of the way, and I could not be happier. I would recommend to anyone in the market for a Solar and battery.

I am very pleased with the Solar Panel / system hardware installation, all the work was very tidy and done with little disruption. The installation was completed in a single day. Probably the wrong time of the year to see the maximum benefits, but my electricity bill was cheaper the last month than the previous. so i am already seeing savings.

Excellent service. Once everything was approved, the installation was completed without delay. Everything was clean and tidy when they had finished. The 'Grant' system installed is doing what it is designed for - to provide a free source of hot water.

I recently had a Solar panel and underfloor heating system fitted in my property and to say that I am over the moon would be an understatement! The level of professionalism and courtesy shown by all members of staff from this company was much appreciated. I was not too familiar with how these systems worked and when I started enquiring I dealt with a lovely lady named Elisha who explained everything in a way that I could understand. It was actually a very straight forward process, from the first conversation, to the visit and finally completion of the works. Thank you ever so much to you and your hard working staff! My mother is now waiting for her slot to get the same solar system as myself-God bless you guys!

Had an Air Source Heat Pump installed mid March 2021. Ewan from the install team kept in good contact throughout the planning and install. Fitting team worked hard to get everything installed and to a high standard in a timely manner, and I'm very happy with the final result as everything is working as it should. Just want to share our wonderful experience. We have just had our new LG Heatpump heating system installed complete with radiators in all rooms. Ewan was so helpful and his installation team were amazing! This was a big job and the workmanship was first class. The pipe runs were so neat a tidy and the boys even fill in any excessive holes in our coving, on completion they left everything clean and tidy. Great job and well done! Fantastic service from Ewan and Eco Greenenergy Solutions. They did an installation for me 7 years ago, I had lost my MCS certificate and they found the old one for me and reissued it without question. The service now is as good as it was for my installation. They were that good for the installation I even recommended them to my own Mum, who had a PV install done too.

This company has lied and put my life at risk and only after extreme pressure and a year later did they agree to move the inverter and batteries to s safe place. They make promises which they do not keep employ subcontractor who do not know what they are doing, they left me without any form of heating from February to April this year after employing a subcontractor who nearly blow up me house. Promises and more promises but they do everything on the cheap. Beware they have been investigated by public body and the BBC. Warning run away and get a real company, they have a list of assns they belong to but check and check again.

I had booked an appointment with Eco Greenenergy Solutions to give me a quote for solar panels and battery but no one turned up. About waiting for 30 mins I called their office (where it's impossible to speak directly to any employee or manager) and left a message. No one called me back. I called again after one hour still no one returned my call. They didn't have the courtesy to let me they couldn't make it for the appointment and left me waiting. It was two hours of my day wasted. If this ishis they treat their customers then it's unlikely I'm going to give them any of my money.

I have recently decided to install a solar panel system and I asked a quote to various Companies. E. G. S. was the better one by far both for price and components offered. I was a bit unsure because this is a totally new field for me but they came personally at home (the only Company that has done that) and explained me their offer and the difference between the other ones I received. I decided to install the panels with them and the process went smoothly and quick. It was only one day!!! I have to say the guy that installed the panels was not really friendly at time and I had to call out my patience to do not loose my temper. From time to time he was a bit bossy in my own home thing that I did not appreciate and I did make sure he understood it. But then again the installation went smooth and with not major problems, I think the guy was not in his best mood as it was a Sunday. Yes they managed to install everything in a Sunday so I did not have to ask a day off a big thank you for this too. What is more important is the level of service after installation. They are always ready to answer, it happened I asked information regarding some noise that the inverter was doing at 11:00 pm and they answered my call (and yes was a Sunday too). Everything is guaranteed and certified by an external insurance Company along with the Company and product warranty and all certificates and paper work are provided. I m genuinely happy and I strongly recommend their service, their product and support is great! Prepare a chamomile tea for the installer, avoid to install on Sundays and everything will be great!!! :) Jokes a par, t their are great and I could not be happier of the service I have received, in fact I m recommending them to all my neighbors

Our first contact with the company was with Elisha and then with Ewan. From start to finish one could not want for more professional service, any query answered immediately. From the erection of scaffolding to installation of equipment by two excellent professionals who worked solidly until the job was completed. I think one would have to go a long way to find a better company. Although it is early days into our installation we are confident we have made a correct choice in choosing Eco greenenergy solutions. I tried very hard to do my own research before committing with these guys. In the end it was ECO green energy that most closely matched that research. And very competitively priced. For the installation I have rarely seen anyone work so hard. The system has worked perfectly since its installation. No problems at all. I have calibrated the energy generated against other systems nearby and it really delivers what I was promised. I'm being hyper critical not giving a full five stars as I can't communicate with the inverter via an app. But I haven't made much effort to resolve that either as I already have a Tesla Power wall which gives me enough data. Good job, done well.
