Great experience with TPH Solar! Danny at TPH Solar sorted a battery upgrade for us, allowing us to get the full potential of the system. He was helpful throughout the whole process, ensuring compatibly with our existing system together with getting a great price for the works. 100% would use Danny and TPH Solar again!

I’m reviewing TPH Solar on behalf of my parents: They noticed their solar panels (not installed by TPH) were slipping and Dan came out the same day to look at them, fixed the problem and advised them how to prevent it happening again. They were very happy.

Called TPH solar as I believed we were not generating correctly from our panels, Dan contacted us to say he was working close by would pop in to take a look, after inspecting and testing the system he informed us that the system was still generating correctly although the box (which was an extra) showing us that was not. As we never looked at it anyway and Dan said it’s expensive to replace and didn’t need to if we decided not to so we haven’t. Unbelievably for testing and inspection of the system Dan said there was no charge as he was already working close by. Unbelievable service would definitely recommend TPH SOLAR. Thank you Dan.

TPH fitted our solar back in February 2023 from the survey to fitting everything was explained very well. The installation went very smoothly clean tidy work from Danny and his team. From start to finish the installation was very efficient, scaffolding went up in 3hrs and the team worked through two solid days of rain to install 15 PV panels on 3 different roofs with limited space, wire everything up and get it all working with our reclaimed batteries. Recommend TPH Solar highly enough, they were willing to go out of their way to make our project work!

TPH have been great installing solar panels, a sedum roof and battery system. They worked closely and patiently with us over several weeks, having visited the site. The install for 2 houses was completed without a hiccup in 4 days. And the support continues. Very happy with their work.

Great service from TPH. Less than 7 weeks from initial contact to final installation. Danny is very knowledgeable, and doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. The installation team, including both the roofing and the electrician teams, were tidy and helpful. The logistics were very well organised, including scaffolding, delivery of all the hardware etc. I'm very happy with their work, and I can fully recommend TPH.

An excellent company. The team were efficient, responsive and friendly. They handled the whole process of ordering and installing the solar equipment, dealing with the DNO and answering my questions. It all happened as and when they said it would, with one exception (a half-day delay) and they warned me promptly about that. TPH is a rare example of excellent customer service.

Excellent service from the guys at TPH. From the initial survey and quotation to a very speedy installation. Great support and help with registering the system for electricity export, good paperwork & documentation. I was impressed enough to have them back and do an upgrade to our system to give us more storage capacity and understand how to take advantage of cheap night time electricity via the battery system.

TPH fitted my solar and battery system in march , they are a great company , a pleasure to deal with , very pleased with the system , saving me on my electricity bills

Just had a pleasure of the TPH Team, Colin and Luke, finishing off the install of Solar Panels and Batterys in my home. I cannot reccomend these guys enough. Danny and TPH Solar were excellent and professional from the very first call. Their guidance and help in choosing the right solar installation for us was tip-top. The install was without issue and the equipment has been running well and whenever we've had a few queries and needed a bit guidance The after-sales support has been spot on with Dan and his team always replying quickly and of excellent quality. Work carried out on my dads home profession group of lads took care of everything clean Danny of tph was amazing from the moment we called them from talking through what we needed to produce the most we required after sales and installation he has been very helpful with all our questions His installation team are a credit to him very professional polite very courteous of the property they left the place spotless I would highly recommend them had several other quotes they were great value considering all the time and effort they put in from start to finish
