I had a solar and battery system installed by TB Electrics in January. All my research had indicated the importance of getting a good installer, and I'm completely satisfied that I did. I had other quotes to compare with and TB were not the cheapest but they were the most responsive to my needs and preferences. Particular praise to Steve, who answered my questions patiently; to Alex and the rest of the installation crew for doing a fabulous, high-quality job (despite the rain!) and for clearing everything up when done; and to Nikki for looking after the admin side of things. It's a doddle to operate as the app basically does everything - I check it from time to time just to see what's going on. Astonishingly, I'm getting a fair amount of solar even on cloudy days and with the sun low in the sky. All in all an extremely positive experience and I look forward to reaping the benefits as the weather improves. I highly recommend them.

TB Electrics were fantastic.. a friendly team, always someone available to talk to and a real person who comes to your home to give expert guidance and advice, unlike some of the large national suppliers. I went for a Tesla Powerwall setup and the system itself was fitted really well and the whole crew from start to finish were very professional. I’d highly recommend TB Electrics and the saving on my bills are incredible… even during winter.

I recentley had another sigenergy battery and EV charger fitted by the team at TB Electrics. From start to finish the process was easy and straight forward, i am really pleased with the work and cannot rate them high enough.

Just had my Solar & Battery installation completed. Standard of installation was very good, very neat and tidy. Weren't the lowest price but offered a far superior package of panels and battery

The whole team, from end to end was very professional explaining all the details and workflows .We had solar panels and a battery installed. Great service from start to finish. The install team were polite, and tidy - no need to clean up after them. I did have a cheaper quote, however the recommendation to me was much more important because we have had bad experiences in the past. Only downside is that they cannot make it sunny all the time

Installed solar panels and a battery , TB were a revelation after Octopus who i cancelled installation after lies about when it would happen . It was great to talk to the company actually doing the work and they immediately dealt with some teething problems , I would highly recommend

Fitted a Hypervolt EV charger on a Sunday and arrived on time. Worked quickly and tidied all the mess up. Checked the water and gas were earthed and took me through all of the setup on the app. Really friendly and helpful. I would recommend highly from the first visit for the quote to the completion of the job.

We had solar panels and a battery installed. Great service from start to finish. Every person we had contact with from the initial query to the completion of the project were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. You may get cheaper quotes, but bear in mind the great quality and customer service you're getting, including post-installation.

Excellent service. From providing initial advice, designing the system and installing they were professional, friendly and helpful. The equipment provided seems high quality, as was the workmanship used to install it. A real pleasure to engage with. Home left tidy after installation.

Just had a set of solar panels and battery installed by TB Electrics. From start to finish they have been outstanding. The person who came to the house to discuss possibilities was their technical guru, who was able to answer more detailed questions than competitors' sales persons. The survey and planning of the installation was done involving us in decisions about placement of equipment and ducting. The team that installed the equipment were brilliant, and solved the minor issues creatively. The technical guru has been outstanding in helping to get the software to behave, but that was really a Sigen issue. The app delivers a bewildering amount of information and flexibility for me to direct the generated power as I want. This has all been a far more pleasant experience than the rough and ready installation done in November 2011.

We have had 8 solar panels and a storage battery system installed. TB Electrics & Solar were great from the first contact through to completion. Good communication and professionalism throughout. Josh and Lewis did a superb job installing. Highly recommended.

We are very happy with the panels and battery installation TB Electric performed. The whole team we're great from start to finish. Steve gave a clear explanation of recommendations and checking we understood to guide the decisions we made. This was a big part in our decision to go with TB Electrics alongside the fantastic reviews we read online that we trusted the the proposal from Steve. Sean was great talking us through what the set up will be, what we need to prepare and that we were all set. The guys that installed the panels were quick and even braced through a name storm one of the days to get the braces up. You can't help when the storms fall but it had minimal impact to when the system would have been installed. Lastly a big thank you to Nikki for her clear guidance through the process on what was needed when and what we needed to get set up for exporting via our energy supplier. Very happy with our installation and will certainly use TB Electrics again in future and recommend to family and friends.

TB Electric have fitted integrated solar panels, EV charger, Battery and installed the electric lights and plug sockets on our new garage. The whole team works as one from initial talk, survey to efficient installation, to issuing the completion paper work. They are very helpful and happy to answer all queries quickly and politely. A great job. Thank you. In addition to the above installation, TB Eletrics have just fitted an extra battery at our request, (A few months later). Ordered on Wednesday and fitted on the Friday, they just stack up one on top of each other, super neat and an efficient fitting. Thanks again

Just wanted to post a recommendation on here for TB Electrics, we have recently had solar panels installed by them and they have been marvellous from start to finish. I had a few quotes from several companies, which were all roughly similar. But TB Electrics really stood out as being very professional and thorough in their assessment of our needs, whilst also being honest and realistic about a few issues we might face with our roof. All communications with everyone in the company have been great. They kept me posted about timescales, installation dates etc and stuck to those dates. The scaffolding company they used were fantastic, and the guys who came to fit the panels and batteries were also brilliant. A particular shout out to Steve, who has answered all our questions, some of which were probably very basic. The aftercare has been great and they have been really quick to respond to a few queries I had with the app. Hopefully we won’t have any issues but I feel confident the team would be quick to support us if we do.

I was recommend TB Electrics by a dear friend, as we were about to instruct another fitter to take on the work. After a few long conversation they were able to provide the system that we wanted and a little cheaper than the other company. Just over two days to complete the work, as we are no longer reliant on the grid for our energy consumption. Thank you for the hard work and putting put with all my questions.

TB electrics completed our solar power installation two weeks ago. We are delighted with the end product, and the whole purchase installation process. The panels are integrated with our new roof, so TB had to liaise with our roofer , and …the weather! Terry was constructive in helping design the installation . Louise and her team, mainly Nikki, for us handled all the paperwork and consents. Above all the installation team were brilliant and professional, quick and focused. All Done now, looking forward to cheaper living!

An excellent company. TB Electrics advised me on what system would be the best to suit my requirements. From that point they designed and delivered, on time, a solar panel and powerwall system. All staff and installation team were very professional and the installers were very polite and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending TB Electrics to anyone. ————————————————————- 12 months have now passed since TB Electrics completed my solar panel and battery system, so I thought a report as to how the system has performed over 12 months would be of interest. I can report that the solar panels have generated 5,787Kwh in 12 months. The system, coupled with the Octopus Import Flux Tarrif, has made a huge dent in my overall electricity bill. I have received £457.00p in selling electricity back to the grid and as the storage batteries are charged to full capacity during the night, the reduces electricity costs, even during winter when the solar panels do not generate that much electricity. Overall result for 12 months - excellent, very pleased indeed.

TB Electrics installed an integrated PV system along with battery storage and an emergency power supply in our property and we cannot praise the company enough for their outstanding workmanship and professionalism. We came across TB Electrics via a Google search, having spoken to at least 8 different solar installers in our local area and immediately got a good feeling about the company. The design process was conducted by Owen, who was more than happy to answer our many questions no matter how basic they seemed. This was all primarily done via email, with the odd phone call. Terry came out to do the site survey and was genuine, friendly and very knowledgeable, producing no sales pitch. The quotation provided wasn't the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but we felt that TB Electrics was an established company who knew what they were doing, they had many positive reviews online and ultimately came across as a genuine and trustworthy company. The installation consisted of 16 integrated PV panels spread evenly over our east/west facing roof and was conducted simultaneously with some additional roof works (chimney removal etc). Steve & Harvey were on site every day and completed the inverter and battery installation in our attached garage, along with the installation and setup of the emergency power supply inside the house. Kev and one further individual completed the integrated PV installation on the house roof, which has great aethestics. All members of the team who came on site worked extremely tidily, were very friendly and were able to answer our many questions. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The install went seamlessly without any issues from our perspective, the incorrect sized solar panels were delivered due to a slight mix up (I'd received two quotes, integrated PV vs on-roof PV), however TB Electrics acknowledged the issue and immediately ordered the correct sized panels which were delivered very quickly and did not effect the timescales given for the installation. These were of a higher specification at no extra cost to us. The system was up and running on 01 June 2023 and has run seamlessly in the background since, covering all of our household electricity needs and earning us a nice amount via export. A very thorough, professional and informative handover pack was provided on completion that included elements such as warranties, guarantees, instruction manuals and MCS certificates. Post handover, again the company has been brilliant, promptly answering the questions I have had with the system and documents within the handover pack. Given the large financial investment we have made, we are very glad we used TB Electrics. Genuine, trustworthy, hard working and knowledgeable people right throughout the full spectrum of the business. We will be returning in the future for further work and cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking to invest in solar and battery storage. Many thanks to the full TB Electrics team! TB Electrics have been a really great company to deal with, from the guys in the design office and the technical and admin support. I requested a home visit before we committed to accepting any quotations and final designs, this was undertaken by Terry (the owner) and Owen (one of the design team), from this they were able to make minor modifications to our design and confirm all cable routing and siting of equipment. The installation guys were great, very pleasant, excellent at their jobs, prompt and very tidy. We did have a few teething problems with the system, but these were promptly dealt with by the admin and installation teams. We are delighted with our Solar PV system and have recommended TB Electrics to friends
