We recently had two EP12 batteries installed by Redwood Renewables to go alongside our solar panels, and once again the experience was excellent. Patrick explained everything clearly beforehand and the installation itself was done quickly and without any issues. There were no problems at all on the day, and everything was left neat and tidy once the work was finished. We were shown exactly how the batteries work and how to monitor them, which was really reassuring. Since having them installed, we’ve already noticed the benefits and it’s great knowing we’re making better use of the energy we generate. Just like with our original solar installation, the whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I would highly recommend Redwood Renewables to anyone considering battery storage and solar panels.

I recently had an EP12 battery system installed and couldn’t be happier with the service. The installation was completed in just one day, and I received the handover package and MCS certification the same week. Patrick was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain how everything works in a clear and reassuring way. Overall, a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I have asked for a refund and have had no money returned to me and the company do not return phone calls and repeatedly fob me off with excuses that turn out to be untrue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

From the initial communication regarding solar panels and battery storage, to the scaffolding being removed, Redwood Renewables team and contractors were all very professional. A very smooth process end to end and everyone was very helpful and accommodating.

So glad I checked the reviews (actualy only one. Quite hair-raising. As a result, I have cancelled the scheduled appointment with them.

Will turned up promptly and delivered friendly, honest and helpful advice. Checked the system was all operating as it should and gave us invaluable follow-up info. We would definitely use Redwood Renewables again.

Recently had a system installed by Redwood, Will couldn't have been more helpful throughout the design process, listened to what we wanted and made it a reality. Our system is working great. Would highly recommend!

I enquired with redwood around 2 weeks ago and got through to Will, he organised an appointment for the next day which went very smoothly, went through all my questions and give me an offer I couldn’t refuse. After the two week cancellation period commenced, they put the scaffold up and had the panels, battery and inverter up within a day. I can’t fault the service at all, I’ve already referred two of my friends to have an installation by these guys! 5* service from start to finish

We recently had Redwood do the complete setup for us - solar panels, battery, inverter and EV charger. From first contact it was informative, with good recommendations and realistic timelines. Once we decided to move forward, everything was completed within a week and with no hassle at all. The service quality is top notch.

Had a fantastic experience with redwood for our solar installation. They installed 14 panels, an 11kW battery, and an EV charger, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. Had a new solar and battery system all installed last September and no problems. The guys arrived punctually on the day and were friendly, fast and efficient even though I had a million questions! Scaffolding removed promptly after the job was done and the best part is I haven't paid an energy bill since it was installed, even over the winter. Excellent continuous and ongoing support from redwood renewables. I'm very happy with the service I have received from the first meeting to the installation to the after sales care redwood renewables give you lots of time and make you feel like a very valued customer. They are all very helpful and make things easy to understand and they are more than happy to go things If needed.

PV/Battery Storage/Car Charging is an absolute no brainier and if thinking about installing you should give these Guys a call first at Redwood Renewables . Will and Patrick ‘s communications was excellent and kept us up-to-date on all aspects of installation as well as a very detailed Quotation. Nothing was too much trouble!. We are really pleased with their performance and excellent PV/Battery Storage installation on our property. . We will most certainly be recommending this Company to family and friends. Thought I would use and support a local company, oh how I wish I hadn’t. 14 panels, 2 fox batteries and a Zappi car charger quoted £10,900 which was far off the cheapest quote but fell for salesman Wills speel about how neat, safe and good the equipment would be. I live with two young children so safety was paramount. Like a fool I paid the £2,000 deposit then when they said it was completed (wasn’t living in the house at the time) paid £8,800. Moved into the house July car charger would not charge from solar, batteries would not charge from solar and what the solar was making was going straight to grid which I couldn’t get paid for as no completion certificates. Bird proofing missing on some sides and where it was there huge gaps that pigeons got through. They advised me after visiting that issue is with Zappi and I need to contact them as they had installed it correctly. So you spend 10.8k and they expect the customer to contact their supplier!!. It became obvious they really have no clue and after checking companies house my thoughts were backed up. New company three directors and no other staff…..one is HR professional, one a salesman and one an and I use the word loosely a commercial electrician. Had another company come to see why only the solar is working, he put the CT clamp in the correct place and Zappi now works perfect, sent a drone up to inspect panels and wiring is not clipped and wires now chaffing on the tiles, lots more bird proofing missing on main roof, armoured outside has no earth shielding and DB board is like spaghetti, bare cables mm from buzz bar. I have been advised to switch off and isolate everything. It is not only unsafe but is dangerous. I have advised Will and Patrick of the findings and sent pictures and nothing apart from them saying not their responsibility as someone else has been here. The guy only moved a CT clamp so I could charge my car after they failed to show up to resolve other issues. Now having to go down the legal route as not fit for purpose. If you have had any solar put in by these guys please get it checked by someone for safety.

Fantastic company with extremely competitive prices. The entire team were excellent at every step of the process. The install quality was exceptionally high and the after sales process had been perfect. Would highly recommend.

After being messed about by one of the big energy firms trying to get a survey and quote, I decided that a local firm may be a better option. I contacted Redwood Renewables on Thursday evening and Will came on the following Monday to survey my property and give me a quote for PV panels and a battery set up.Will explained in detail about the system that I could have and the savings and payback time of the system he proposed.This included 12 PV panels, inverter, battery, scaffolding, bird mesh and all electrical work.I felt that the quote was good. The big question….when can you install it? Next week was the answer. Later that day I received a telephone call asking if Tuesday was OK for the scaffolding to be put up and Thursday for the install. The work was completed on the Thursday with the system up and working by 5 o’clock that evening.All electrical work neat and tidy, all rubbish taken away. The system and App explained as to how it all works.A telephone call from Will that evening asking if I was happy with the work and if I had any problems. Would I recommend Redwood Renewables to design and install a solar panel system? 100% yes
