Great service

Great service. Eco EnerG installed the system about 5 years ago and complete an annual service. The Heating and Hot water system has always worked perfectly. Great company, really neat and tidy install. A professional and trustworthy company.

Rude and only interested in money

EcoEnerG fitted our biomass boiler in 2019. We signed a 5 year service contract for £289 yearly with allowance for RPI increases. Over the years he's tried to screw more money out of us (£70 for registering the service, £100 for the 10 minute job of cleaning the flue). This year the job was quoted at £565. A near 100% increase over 4 years! When the contracted figure was pointed out to him the entirety of his emailed response was "No...it's unviable...". When £565 for half a day's work is "unviable" you must be earning some serious money elsewhere. I suspect Craig has moved away from biomass and on to the far more lucrative (and government subsidised) heat pump business. At this hourly rate he's making more than a killing and I would advise any prospective client to shop around for better value.

Excellent service, highly recommend

This is the first time I've used Eco Energ and was very impressed. I contacted them after a very unsatisfactory and inadequate service provided by another company. Eco Energ arranged my air source heat pump and PV service promptly, gave me all the information I requested, and their engineers were thorough, very knowledgable and very helpful, and took the time to explain things to me. They also repaired my solar thermal panel which is now working very effectively. I will certainly continue to use them.

Quality installation

I find Eco EnerG a fantastic team, answer questions clearly, friendly and helpful. If I had to pick one outstanding aspect out though, it is the quality of the installation - everything is fitted to a very high standard, with no corner cutting.

Used the online chat to make contact and got a call back on the following day and time booked. Received email the day before due, confirming appointment and arrival time. On the day, the team arrived 5 minutes early and got straight to work. They were polite and professional. Problem solved and my GSHP was back up and running with a temporary fix within a couple of hours. They tidied-up after they had finished and handed back coffee cups. Have booked for a full repair and service in the near future. I would recommend to anyone with renewable energy systems.

Annual Service - Excellent

This was for the annual service of my heat-pump. It was carried out with the usual efficiency and I was able to discuss how it was working and was given suggestions of options to make it work even better. My experience of work carried out by Eco EnerG has always been excellent.

Quality Team

Craig and his team are professional, helpful and have done an amazing job sorting out some problems with our biomass boiler. Whilst servicing the boiler they had to do a serious clean of some blocked areas, and they were careful to minimize the amount of soot escaping and cleaned up. Technical knowledge was good.

Great Company, very good service.

I have a thermal heat system on my roof that heats the hot water. It was serviced today by two lovely lads. They were friendly, polite, definitely knew what they were doing and were very respectful of my property as they put on cover shoes every time they entered the house. They took great care to leave everything clean, switched off the light and closed the loft for me. It was clearly explained to me what they had done and what may need doing in the future. It was a pleasure to have them in the house and a credit to the company.

Great installation of solar PV, battery, export diversion device and car charging point

Very happy with our in roof panels that integrate well with the 1800's style of the house and slate roof. This was a complicated installation as the house as 2-phases of supply but the battery/panels/export diversion device/intelligent charging point all work well together. Coupled with a smart electricity tariff I'm expecting to see a reduction in both electricity and boiler running costs. The team are great to work with and are mindful that they are working in someone's home - not a building site. I'd certainly recommend Eco Energ.

Very prompt and good job installing…

Very prompt and good job installing battery for solar panels. Matthew and Dave are very nice and professional, tidied up completely after themselves and showed us how the app for the battery storage system worked. We also had solar panels installed by the firm a few months ago and that was great job too.

Excellent service

Excellent service, professional, friendly, polite. Workmanship by Mathew is second to none. I was so worried about having solar panels on our pan tiles but they look fabulous. I have no hesitation in highly recommending EcoEnerG they have been amazing! Thank you!

Thank you Craig, Matthew and Dave - ASHP installed and commissioned in a totally efficient and friendly manner and with as little inconvenience as could be expected for this type of job. Especially pleased with the EDDI which maximises the benefits of my existing PV installation. Just waiting for October to see how effective the heating is!
