Excellent service at all stages. Dane who installed our EV charger was extremely efficient, neat, quick and helpful, and made sure we had all the info we need and knew he’d be available to help if we had any issues. All at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Simon and his team spent 4 days at my house installing an Air Source Heat Pump, hot water tank, new radiators and a new fuse box. All professionally done and very neatly completed. Simon was present and kept me up to date on the progress and how to operate the system. He also gave me advice on other heat saving ideas, demonstrating his huge experience in this field. My plan is to get Simon to complete phase 2; Solar and battery. I would recommend SA energy. PB

System installed - August 25 Having had Solar on a previous property, I had already researched my favoured solution. My problem was finding the right company to give me the install I wanted. To say I’m fussy is an understatement, having been messed around by many. I came across SA who are based very close. When Simon came to survey, I knew I had found someone that wasn’t just selling. He took onboard my needs, especially around the install itself and shared his thoughts on how to optimise the solution. Simon, Dane and the roofing team did a fantastic install and although they came across some issues whilst installing, that extended their time on site. The quality of install was never compromised. Couldn’t recommend SA enough on their knowledge, competency and the other factor cost. Once I trust the Tesla with its machine learning, I hope that the costs can be recouped sooner than predicted.

We contacted SA Energy at 9am and received a visit at 11am, Dane soon found the fault with our system and returned early afternoon with the parts and fitted them straight away. A brilliant service from a very friendly company and a very fair price. Thank you for a very professional service.

Simon and team fitted solar and battery to my new build house. The whole team were excellent and made sure everything was working well and followed up when I had questions. The system performs really well and it looks like my electricity costs will be around zero over the whole year. I would highly recommend them.

The team fitted my Tesla Powerwall 3 very quickly and clean and tidy. Very knowledgeable chaps and I will be using them for Solar and other stuff. Just hurry up with my quote :). I would highly recommend these guys.

Having previously used SA Energy to build a complex battery, EV charger, and Gateway system onto my house I recommissioned them to do an AC unit install. They installed a split ducted AC system into my attic and have done a fantastic job again, and provided excellent service. The team were really responsive to requests at installation, including the positioning and location of the air intakes, control switches, and external ducting. They also ensured they fully explained how the system works and how to use the app to control it. Their pre and post installation support has also been fantastic and my wife and I have really appreciated the support SA Energy has provided. I would highly recommend SA Energy to anyone considering installing solar PV, a battery, EV charger, AC unit, or other tech onto their home.

To date, this company has served me well from start to finish over a number of years. They have fitted a heat pump, a domestic battery & replaced a solar inverter. Their knowledge is comprehensive but always explained in a manner that suits the customers understanding. Their advice excellent, seeking to support customers in a manner that they would like to be dealt with themselves. They have many of these products fitted to their own homes. Everything explained is in plain English. The pricing is fair & certainly competitive with larger companies who seem intent on profiteering & stealing any Govt Scheme Benefits for which you may be entitled. Not so with S.A. Energy who will guide you as to how to make a Government claim. Their after sales service is excellent. There is no pushy selling as the company are busy due to their growing reputation in this renewable field. You are given the information for you to make the decision & for you to pose any questions for which you are unsure. They have longstanding relationships with reputable plumbers & electricians. I'd thoroughly recommend this company to family & friends alike, should they wish to purchase Energy Products

Had a visit this morning because of problems with solar panel system. Very nice chap had a good look around and gave good advice. Needs some thought as problem cannot be diagnosed without scaffolding to get access to roof, so no cheap options. Thank you .

SAEnergy gave us all round excellent service with a battery installation. Simon is very knowledgeable and advice given on the system to use was sound. The cost came in under the initial quote which was cheaper than all the other companies we approached. The work on the installation was carried out carefully and neatly in a tricky location. We will definitely use them again for further works.

A good company to work with. I was kept informed from quotation to completed solar installation. Install is very neat and tidy, the work force were polite, professional and punctual.

After getting a number of quotes (for what was going to be quite a complicated job), we were reassured that Simon from SA was by far the most knowledgeable person out of all the people was spoke to. He was the only one who was excited by the complications which would need to be overcome, rather than highlighting them as potential problems and trying to talk us into cutting corners like the other firms. The job was completed by his team on time and with the minimum fuss, we had very little mess and if there was any it was always cleaned and tidied up immediately. We had a few teething problems, mainly due to the complexity of the job and the age of the house, but they were always resolved efficiently. The whole system works really well and we are extremely pleased. My only criticism is that sometimes you don’t always get an immediate response, but having said that, I admit I am very impatient. I would gladly recommend SA Energy.

It’s a shame that we’re having to write this review and have held off as long as possible. Simon fitted solar, air source and MVHR systems in our new build a year and a half ago. There were various teething problems, to be expected. We now have more significant problems with solar panels overheating and have had an ongoing problem with the MVHR. We were promised a service after the first year, included in the installation. The biggest complaint we have is that Simon does not respond to any contact until it suits him, and this could be months or not at all. We are now have to go down official complaint route with MCS having been trying to contact him for weeks.

What a great team. Very friendly service. Sensible suggestions and options offered. Answered all my questions and concerns patiently and came up with a design that suited the property. The onsite team worked closely with us to fit panels and route cables with minimal impact to the house (despite its quirky construction), and tidied up as they went. Took time to explain what they were doing and how it all connected, and how to manage the system. One small snag was quickly addressed and remedied, and the whole process went very smoothly. The system is now working great and generating well. I would definitely recommend SA-Energy to others.

Clean install, friendly service

I had a 8.2 kWh GivEnergy battery which I needed adding to my existing system. The installers were friendly, took the time to make sure I was happy with the location, answered any questions and did a neat and tidy install.

Big promises with very lazy delivery of our MVHR system. Once deposit was paid it was very difficult to get him here to actually do the job. And then he didn’t finish it and took many more months to actually get the job finished and the units working. The end result was ok. We only went with him because he promised to get it done fast but it ended up being the opposite and it frustrated progress on an already stressful build. Interesting they have no idea who I am! Not an appropriate response! A job for Durrant construction in Farnham? I’ve got your completion certificate in from of me with your company signing it off. Unless you have an imposter?

Simon (and then Simon and Breydon) fitted two 8.2 KWh batteries and have actually sorted out and explained all the problems we had with maximising the solar energy and cheaper tariff, after years of not having a system which worked to its full capacity. Superb, thoughtful, highly knowledgeable, friendly, ethical company and engineers. I am extremely happy. If you can manage to book them, do so.
