Mason was really helpful turning up to do the EV charger survey in person when he said he would, provided a quote immediately and detailed all of the work he recommend. All other companies I tried were unavailable in less than 4 weeks or didn’t know until online surveys were filled out with pictures of all sorts of details and questions that in my opinion only an electrician could answer appropriately. I would highly recommend OJF for EV charger installation, fast response in person, clear about what is needed, clean and tidy, totally professional job done within a week.

Brilliant! From my initial enquiry through to the site visit, quotation and installation OJF were very professional and efficient. Mason was excellent during the installation. He explained everything clearly and demonstrated how the charger app worked. I would advise anyone looking to buy an EV charger to use OJF.

Ollie and the team did a re-wire at the property, which was done very much to our satisfaction. There were a couple of things which weren’t quite right and they have been resolved very promptly. I would us OJF again and would recommend to others.

From the first contact to the resolution of the problem all communication was clear and helpful. Olly initially talked me through some "self help" ideas. I was then contacted by his office and an appointment made. Each time I was told what would happen next and when I would be contacted again. Each time they did exactly that. Olly arrived on time (to the minute!) and as soon as he entered the house, put on shoe covers, without even asking. The fault with our solar system was located and fixed very quickly and with minimum disruption and the bill was less than I expected. Top class service. Considerate, thoughtful and dependable. Thoroughly recommend.

Had a Hypervolt charger installed at our new home and couldn’t be happier with the result. Everything was explained clearly, including all available options, and the installation was carried out to a high standard. Olly, Mason, and the entire OJF team were exceptionally efficient and professional with all the tasks I requested. I had a variety of things that needed attention around the house, some of which were quite specific—like working with smart home devices and power monitoring. They approached everything with enthusiasm and managed to fulfill my requests, even when they didn’t completely understand what I was asking for at first! They replaced lights, installed and ran Ethernet cables and ports, wired and set up cameras, and even installed solar panels and a home battery. Everything was done quickly, cleanly, and to a high standard. They even went out of their way to accommodate additional requirements that weren’t obvious to me when the project began. Despite these being added later, they managed to incorporate them within a reasonable timeframe, staying true (or very close to) to the original schedule. If you’re considering renewable energy, they’re an excellent choice. Unlike other solar companies I spoke to, which seemed more focused on selling me a system rather than understanding my needs, Olly dedicated about a month to back-and-forth discussions, diving into technical details and patiently explaining concepts I found important. This approach made all the difference. The solar installation was completed within a short timeframe, tailored perfectly to my requirements, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I’ll definitely be using OJF for future electrical projects, and I highly recommend getting a quote from them if you’re planning any work!

Enquiry was dealt with promptly and all options were explained during the initial visit including advice/options on cable runs, chargers, etc. Mason was excellent and install was neat and tidy. OJF Electrical installed our new Hypervolt Home 3 Pro EV charger, in just a few hours. Tricky job, running the cable from the meter under the stairs and 1930s floorboards under 2010 extension to the outside wall. Nice and neat installation on the rendered wall. Brilliant from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend Olly and Mason enough. From the initial enquiry with Olly, we were looking to fit an EV charger and he drew out the plans, gave suggestions as we were unsure where was best to place it. He answered all of my questions promptly and was so helpful and knowledgable. Mason came out and fitted it for us. Really top and professional job from these chaps, as expected from the other reviews. I bought an Ohme pro EV charger and needed someone local to install. I discussed requirements at survey, received a very sensible, and well itemised quote the same day, and they managed to fit us in several days later. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently, despite the job becoming more challenging than we expected. I would fully recommend this company to others. Thanks very much guys!
