After 14 years our solar panels inverter was playing up. We found this company who were able able to help and they did an excellent job. Bev provided a number of quotes and answered all our questions and Craig came and carried-out the replacement. A very professional company, very pleasant and straight forward to deal with. Highly recommend.

Great Service and Bev was really helpful with sorting out the replacement invertor and explaining the options. It was all fitted on time and very cleanly done. I would strongly recommend C Gasgcoigne for their high quality of work and for anything to do with Solar PV.

I had a failed inverter on my solar panel system which was still in warranty. C Gascoigne were not the original installers but they took on the warranty claim and successfully raplaced my failed unit. Not only that but they tidied up what had been a messy installation originally and got my battery storage system functioning correctly which was a massive plus. They were very responsive, punctual and quickly made all the repairs. Would highly recommend their services.

We had an ongoing issue with what we thought was our solar/hot water system. Others had drawn a blank to what the problem was. The company were excellent from start to finish. When our Solar Inverter packed up we were missing out on sunny weather so we wanted a new Inverter ASAP. As soon as they assessed the requirements they obtained the new Inverter and fitted it in a reasonable time, so that we didn't lose out for too long. The installation was a very neat job.

Solar panels stopped generating power and the company that installed them had gone out of business. After some research I contacted Gascoigne’s and was very impressed by customer service and attention to detail . They were prompt, efficient and gave me confidence. Contacted C Gascoigne Ltd after my current inverter stopped working and needed replacing. Bev was very helpful and explained the options available to me, without steering me towards any specific manufacturer. Bev also kept me updated as to when the replacement inverter had arrived. Craig attended on the day specified he was polite, professional and installed the inverter without any issues. I am very happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to use the company again in the future.

Very happy with the service provided yesterday. Craig was an hour early to the appointment which was great and was finished in under 30 minutes. Quickly located the issue and replaced straight away. We would definitely reccomend and use again should we need to. Also a massive thanks to Bev who upon contacting to book Craig's services provided us with a few things to try first, although they unfortunately didnt work they would of saved us time and money. When at the installation stage Craig was on time , pleasant and courteous giving clear instructions on what he was doing and explaining at the end. Craig of C Gascoigne was very efficient, arriving at the arranged time and he analysed the problem I had very quickly. Through his colleague Bev at the office he ordered replacement parts and returned to fit within a couple of days. I will recommend him to my friends.

A first class hassle free experience with this company, Craig arrived when he said he would,fitted our new Inverter, ensured it was working correctly and set us up with an app for us to monitor performance on my phone. I can't praise Craig and Bev enough. My solar stopped recording any generation, I didn't even realise it had happened until I had to give a FIT reading and it had hardly moved for three months. Panic! Installer gone bust because of the Government' action. Who do you go for? I contacted C Gacgoigne after reading their reviews. They couldn't have been more helpful. Craig visited even though it was a 55 mile journey and he knew immediately what the problem was. The system was lacking an important part. This was ordered and fitted two days ago. My system is back in business and I can also monitor that it is all functioning properly. If you have a solar problem they have the skill and knowledge to sort it so don't hesitate. One very happy customer!

I want to say what a fantastic service I have received. Craig Gascoigne visited us to establish why our solar panels were not generating energy. Before he arrived he had a good idea what our issue was. Therefore when he arrived he assessed the problem very quickly and within a short space of time updated the firmware and we are now up and running again! We had other companies come along to give us a quote which ran into thousands of pounds. Craig is a true professional and I am very impressed. Highly recommended!

Great company. Helpful from the get go. Initially contacted for help with an inverter and they were happy to discuss with no pressure to sell. When it became clear I needed a new inverter they provided Impartial advice on a number of options. Once I had decided in which inverter a convenient day was agreed and Craig arrived at the agreed time and soon had me up an running again. Both Craig and Bev were excellent through out the process. Would highly recommend this company for all things solar from advice to fitting.

We contacted several firms to attend to a faulty inverter and Gascoignes were first to reply. They visited at the appointed time and made a very thorough inspection of the installation. Following that, replacement of the inverter was carried out without fuss and, in spite of a minor technical hitch (on the part of the supplier) we had a substantial reduction on the quote because some of the work originally quoted for wasn't actually needed after all. They aren't cheap but neither are they expensive - I would say a fair price for the work done. The administration is carried out very efficiently and effectively. Very pleased all round.

I contacted this company for assistance when I discovered that my solar panel system 'Inverter' had stopped working and was displaying an 'error message'. After supplying a few details about the inverter, the company checked with the supplier about the error code etc. and also discovered that the Inverter was still in warranty, which was good news as the Inverter's fault was NOT repairable and would have to be replaced. Within a few days Gascoigne's had organised a replacement Inverter (under warranty) and made arrangements with me regarding fitting it/removing the old one. From my initial contact with this company right through to the removal/installation of the new Inverter I cannot fault the assistance, service and professionalism shown to me which made the whole process efficient and 'painless'. I would not hesitate in recommending Gascoigne's to my fiends and family, they have been just brilliant !!
