Cai and Matt did a fantastic job at installing an Air Source Heat Pump in our old farmhouse and are such great guys. Their work is super neat, they're very knowledgeable and their support has been incredible. The system works really efficiently despite our concerns about the building being old (and heat loss). Superb communication from Sarah and the team from my initial request for information all the way to a final customer completion pack containing all guarantees and information. As I wasn't around during the work I received step by step updates on how the install was progressing along with pictures showcasing great workmanship. Very professional, friendly and accommodating. After searching around amongst various companies to design and install our energy and heating system for our self-build, GreenR stepped into the breach. Richard and Cai have an invaluable depth of knowledge and experience in renewables, which has been evident in every stage of the work done for our project so far. Heat pump and solar installed, executed meticulously, with an obvious eye for the design detailing as well as functional efficiency. Finding low impact technical solutions appears paramount, and contracting GreenR to install our system has been one of the most fortuitous aspects of our build up to this point. GreenR Renewables were amazing. We had a major house fire last year and they had to work in very difficult circumstances. They replaced our damaged heat pump and updated our system. GreenR renewables have just installed an air source heat pump and hot water cylinder at my bungalow. They were professional and considerate throughout. They took great care over the design of the system, both in assessing heat requirements within the home and taking into account my questions and concerns, then explaining their recommendations clearly. The installation itself was very well organised, minimising disruption and giving attention to small but important things such as ensuring hot water was available each night and leaving things clean and tidy. The handover left me with a sense of confidence in using the system but also that help is at hand if needed. A great team, who I happily recommend!

Installation of solar panels plus battery. The team provided great advice prior to us making a decision. Installation went very smoothly with suitable scaffolding on place (which also allowed inspection of the finished work). Post installation also very good & responsive. We are very happy with the new system.

Cai and his colleagues completely overhauled my Air Source Heat Pump over a year ago - this was a much needed exercise to sort out a system, and associated equipment, that had been inappropriately installed at the outset by others. Highly proficient, and technically able, they have just serviced my system; polite and tidy, the customer is advised, in layman's terms, exactly what is required and what has been undertaken. Just had an air source heat pump and hot water cylinder fitted by GreenR Renewables. The team have been great from start to finish. We sought out GreenR due to their heat geek certification after having several quotes from companies who didn't really seem to be clued up on fitting heat pumps. Having a fair ammount of knowledge of ASHP ourselves GreenR were the only guys who really seemed to have a comprehensive grasp of the technology. The process was smooth from start to finish - great communication and attended on the days/times promised for quotes, survey and works. The guys were very respectful, clean and tidy when coming in and out of our home. Disruption to electric/water access were minimal. They have done a really tidy job and systems are all up and running efficiently. GreenR were thorough with handover and are contactable if further support is needed. We would not hesitate to recommend GreenR renewables.

Very happy with our new heatpump install, Cia and Rich really know their stuff when it comes to renewable heating. They were able to fit us in very quickly when our old oil boiler broke and came up with workable solutions when we threw some curve balls midway through install. We engaged with Richard and Cai recently to fit our solar system on my new build property. I was impressed from the start with the communication and great advice on different systems available and the benefits to each. Once we had chosen an option they were quick to have the package available and ready to fit, working around us on site as to when we needed the system to be installed. Cai and Richard, at GreenR Renewables are amazing! I had a heat pump and solar panels installed with an EDDI. They talked through everything, so that even I could understand the technology and its every day usage. The savings I'm making through the solar instalation is great and how they set it up for the solar to help with the running of the heat pump saves so much money to! It was really nice to work and support a small local company, where you really felt part of the project.
