Just had a heat pump installation and the team did a great job from start to finish. They were able to design a system that fitted into our relatively small mid terrace house (which a large energy company were unable to), and deliver it soon after the order was placed. They worked quickly and considerately, and accommodated our requests as best they could. Thanks to Adam, Dan and the whole team including the office team who were very helpful all the way through. Would definitely recommend Cinergi to others.

Jack, Alex and the team just installed 25 solar panels, 2 batteries and a back up box system for us last week. From start to finish everyone I’ve interacted with has been absolutely brilliant. From the sales/admin team, the surveyor and the installers. Everyone is polite and efficient. The install itself was completed very quick and they met all my requirements without fuss. I’m not normally impressed by companies enough to make a positive review but I would recommend this company to anyone, they’re fantastic and most of all, trustworthy.

I was onsite for the installation of panels, batteries and an Eddie for my son & partner. From my perspective the whole install was incredibly quick, and all of your employees (5 at one stage) were polite, respectful and listened to our wishes for cable routing etc. The install was a delight to witness. I have had Adam and Charlie installing my air source heat pump system for the past few days and I have found them to be of the upmost professional and courteous guys anyone could ask for. Solar installation experience

We went ahead with Cinergi for our Solar installation given their reputation and everything went smoothly initially until the work started. They accidentally damaged our new heat pump (not installed by them) during peak winter, which was an inconvenience, however they replaced it the next day which was a relief. During the installation a section of the lead flat roof started leaking. We suspect this was caused by the extra load put on the roof by the scaffolders as well as the foot traffic during the installation and the scaffolding. The matter is with the insurers but the whole experience has left us with a bad experience overall, never mind the added expense of potentially replacing the roof at our own cost.

Just had 11 solar panels and 27kwh battery install from Cinergi following a previous ASHP install at different property, excellent service from beginning to completed project, all staff are polite helpful and easy to contact, special mention to George and James for the survey and Jack, Alex and Louie for the onsite install, they kept me informed all the way through including setting up the software and app, were very fast (one day) and finished system is very neat and works well, even the scaffold team were quick, tidy and polite. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again for any further projects

I enquired with Cinergi for an air source heat pump quote. George and Elliot attended my property to carry out a heat loss survey. I promptly received a detailed and thorough quote. Prices were competitive. I didn’t end up accepting the quote but this does not reflect any negative experience I had. I would recommend Cinergi for their excellent customer service.

Just had Cinergi install solar panels on the roof and a Tesla power Wall three in the garage. The installation team did an excellent job Jack and Alex we’re really good at explaining what they were doing, always asked questions in terms of positioning and installation prior to going ahead. When it came to the software and app Jack’s explanation was very straightforward and helpful. The electrical installation and cable rooting was also spot-on. I Iwould definitely recommend Jack and Alex from Cinergi, they did a great job. As this was part of a whole house renovation there was also a lot of communication with Kate at head office agreeing dates and also chasing Tesla to deliver a very large and heavy power cable, which did take awhile. But we were kept in the loop by the team.

I’m so impressed with the service I received. From the first enquiry to the final installation the team I had contact with, James, Shannon and Dan (some of the names I remember) were professional, honest and incredibly helpful. They took time to explain my options, without any pressure and the workmanship was excellent - tidy, efficient and on schedule. It’s lovely to support a family run business that clearly takes pride in what they do. I’d happily recommend them to anyone considering solar panels.

22 panel solar installation at our village hall. Technical support, quote stage, export issues, installation all brilliant. Thanks to Shannon (sales office), James (surveyor), Alex (roofer who survived Thursday's rain & gales - wow!) , Jack, Josh & Louie (installers). Very excited to now be a 'net-zero' building soon to be exporting our excess to the grid. Funded by TVBC Climate change Grant, Platinum Jubilee Village Hall Fund & SE Parish Council. Commissioned today but system has already generated more than we have used. :) (sorry not to give 5 stars & system won't let me give 4.5! BUT had a few issues once we were handed over to office operations part; lack & poor quality of communication and mis-understanding of their own deposit insurance etc. Such a shame - how these issues were dealt with by operations spoilt our experience)

I recently had a Sigenergy SigenStor solar and battery system installed by Cinergi, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! Cinergi was a very lucky find having been let down by 2 other companies. Fantastic service from initial quote through to completion of the heat pump and new radiator installation. Communication was always brilliant from the team at the office and Max who did the installation, was polite and always kept us informed of what was happening. Id recommend them to anyone and will be discussing a solar installation next year.

Cinergi recently installed solar panels, a battery and an air source heat pump. They have been brilliant every step of the way, from the initial call with Ed who reassured us that Cinergi could help us. We had telephone calls with George (solar and battery) and Lisa (ashp) who then provided us detailed quotes. George and James came out to provide a detailed survey for the solar and battery and answer all of our questions. Then Elliot and Ian came out to survey for ashp. Lisa put us in touch with a surveyor for our energy certificate. In less than a few weeks it was all systems go. Kate managed all the logistics and financials, keeping us informed along the way. Dave fitted the ashp, plus all the associated pipework and water tank. He was brilliant! It was a really cold spell but we were only with our heat for a few days, we had a back up wood burner for night time. Solar and battery went in at the same time, Adam, Lewis and Jack did the fitting, apologies if I missed anyone’s names! The whole process was seamless, their expertise is incredible, but most of all, everyone cares passionately about customer service. We highly recommend Cinergi for all your renewable energy needs. All the engineers, Jack, Josh and Louie, were very professional in the manner the fitted the solar panels and tesla battery. They cleane up after they had finished, and went them explained everything slowly to ensure i understood how everything worked. Brilliant company and all the staff from sales to general enquiries were very professional and helpful.

From start to finish, Cinergi have been a superb company to deal with. James conducted the survey and designed the system, taking into account our needs, explaining everything thoroughly as we went along. The staff in the office, Sophia and Katie were endlessly patient and couteous. The installation was completed seamlessly by Kieran, Jack and Ben within two days and everything is now working perfectly. Efficiency

I don’t often write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I’ve recently been considering installing an air source heat pump and initially signed a contract with Octopus to do so. However, I cancelled that and decided to move to Cinergi, even though it cost more, as I always had a doubt about the fit for my needs. While I’m sure Octopus would have done a decent job, for my peace of mind it was important to spend more and ensure I was fitting the best fixtures and fittings available. I'm incredibly grateful for the decision I made. From my very first meeting with Elliott and Ed at the New Forest Show, every interaction with the team—including Lisa, Rebecca, and Kate in the back office, as well as David on site and everyone else whose names I may have missed—was handled with the utmost professionalism and friendliness. One standout moment was how promptly my requests were addressed, and how thoroughly all my questions were answered, making the entire process smooth and reassuring from start to finish. For example, when I had concerns about the installation timeline, the team responded quickly and kept me updated throughout, which truly set a new standard for service in my experience. Jack,Ben and Josh were brilliant and erected 18 solar panels, battery x 2 , Zappi car charger and generator input without a problem. Cables are out of view. James provided quote at outset and was very knowledgeable. Great communication with office. I chose Cinergi as a friend had solar and battery 1 yr ago and all went seamlessly . Neighbours used a different company which went bust within 6 months and now they have no backup. Cinergi were the most expensive price , but you get what you pay for. Lots of cowboy companies out there so be careful in choosing.

Cinergi Renewables - excellent service. Cinergi have just installed a Vaillant ASHP (air sourced heat pump), 9 Solar panels, Sinergy Inverter & Battery, and a Zappi EV charger. Throughout the service has been excellent - the installers Jack & Ben (Solar), & Dan (ASHP) were knowledgeable, tidy, & friendly. The guys in the office were efficient & professional. Ian (the owner) personally visited to assess the needs and check on progress. It's nice to use a local firm - 'small enough to care and big enough to get the job done'. I'm looking forward to using the system. Rating 10/10.

New heat pump replacing oil boiler

We have just had a new air source heat pump installed by our new friends at Cinergi. This pump replaces our old oil boiler so we gain a lot of space where the boiler sat as well as the oil tank in the garden. Dave and colleagues looked after the physical installation and we were very impressed with their attention to detail and consideration during the whole process. The administration team back in the office looked after all processing of the paperwork and government grant application very efficiently as well. If you live anywhere near Romsey and are thinking about a modern clean source of heating for your house I can''t recommend Cinergi too highly. They know what they're talking about with this technology and do the work with the least hassle and disruption to your life. We are delighted with the result.

Air source heat pump installed by Cinergi

Cinergi recently installed an air source heat pump at our home. From the surveys conducted by Elliot and Ian to the installation by plumbers Lewis and John and electrician Lewis, the whole job was done efficiently and professionally with no mess or fuss. We couldn't be happier.

We're extremely pleased with our ASHP installation performed by Cinergi, combining it with our pre-existing Solar PV and Solar Thermal systems. In just the first six weeks (Mid February through March) it reduced our average daily energy consumption (kWh) by two thirds, and the cost by one third, all whilst keeping the house very comfortable and providing plenty of hot water. We would really like to express our thanks to Justin who pretty much installed the system single handed! He definitely went beyond the call of duty. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and get to know over the two weeks he was with us. Thank you!

Cinergi are outstanding

Cinergi are outstanding solar, battery, heat pump and EV charge system designers and installers. Our site was exceptionally challenging in terms of planning constraints, extreme coastal exposure to salty, storm force wind and a complicated and technically demanding roof structure. The system we went with is top end at a brilliant price and is properly installed down to every last detail. We are absolutely delighted. Renewable energy is a no-brainer with great payback, added house value, and is a pleasure to own, as well as the vital carbon thing. Jack, the lead installer's determination and success in getting everything spot on was wonderful. The young apprentices who rotated through the site during the work as part of their training - we'd name you all if we could - were clearly thriving. Shannon, James, thank you for the tireless reworking of our design to get it perfect even as the target you were aiming at shifted about. The Loveridge family are running a jewel of a company doing great things outstandingly well. Their knowledge of heating and electrical systems is deep indeed. If you need a renewables company in the south of England who can cut the mustard on anything from complex domestic systems to commercial scale projects this is who you need to get on site for a chat. I work in the construction sector and know quality and outstanding professionalism when I see it. Cinergi - well done and a huge thank you.

We had a 12 panel free standing solar array fitted in our garden and a Tesla battery and Gateway in the house August 2024. Ian and the team were fantastic throughout, digging a trench for the cable from the panels to the house, installing a gravel base and ensuring that the array was sited firmly. After initial difficulties making sure that the array was secure, they adopted a different approach which worked perfectly - excellent attention to detail. The install took longer than originally anticipated but the final price was exactly as quoted. The array and battery are working perfectly, generating as forecast with even over 50% of our electricity coming from the panels in February. We are looking forward to our first full summer of solar. Thanks to Dan, Ian and all the team for their hard work.

Why aren't people choosing the right company for heat pump? I recently had a heat pump installed, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. The team was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions and providing detailed explanations about the system and its benefits. Kate Loveridge was particularly helpful and supportive, explaining each stage of the process and what needed to be done. The installation itself was seamless. The technicians arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and the care they took to ensure everything was set up perfectly. Since the installation, the heat pump has been performing excellently, providing consistent and energy-efficient heating and cooling. The installed products are Vaillant heat pump and cylinder which is brilliant. Overall, I highly recommend this company to anyone considering a heat pump installation. CINERGI - Excellent ASHP Install

Cinergi recently replaced the gas combi boiler in our kitchen with a Vaillant Arotherm plus 7kW heat pump and matching Sunamp Thermino 210 DHW unit, and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. Both heating and also hot water supply are better than they have ever been in our mid-thirties ca. 100 square metre 3-bedroom semi-detached house. Our initial contact was a pre-booked visit to Cinergi’s Romsey show room, where we could experience a Vaillant heat pump in action, appreciate the moderate size of a Sunamp Thermino heat battery for DHW, and have an initial, sales pressure-free chat with Ian regarding various potential design options for our property. After a site visit by Ian, the Cinergi team quickly produced an initial quote and heat loss calculations for our specific property. Importantly, Daisy was happy to share her calculations with us so that we could make an informed choice which radiators to keep and which to replace with more efficient bigger ones. Based on those decisions, Katie then sent us a detailed quote and allocated an installation slot within a reasonable timeframe. During the install, Adam and his team were efficient, punctual, tidy and always mindful of our requirements and comfort. As planned, all of the equipment required for heating and DHW (other than the outdoor heat pump unit) is entirely housed in the standard, 600 mm wide kitchen space where the combi boiler had been located. Having now been able to test the new system at temperatures below zero degree C, we can say that it provides comfortable and even heating throughout our home as well as reliable hot water of a constant temperature. In conclusion, we highly recommend Cinergi as heat pump installers, and would be more than happy to share our experience with anyone thinking about making the switch.

Brilliant Service from start to finish!

Cinergi delivered and installed an EV Charger at our home address. I made the inquiry via their web site and was called within a few hours. After hearing how they would be able to help me I decided to go ahead so we scheduled an installation time for the following week. The office called me when the engineer was enroute and were able to inform me of his arrival time within a 5-minute window. When the engineer arrived, in a clearly marked Cinergi vehicle, he was very courteous and polite and explained exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take. When his job was complete he made sure every area was spotless where he had been working and then demonstrated how to use the charger. From start to finish the service was excellent!

A 5 star experience

My experience of using Cinergi to install an air source heat pump for me in place of my elderly gas boiler was entirely positive from start to finish. They were very helpful when I phoned them for a chat about whether an air source heat pump would be right for my small mid terraced house. After visiting to do a thorough survey, they sent me an initial quote and I visited their showroom to discuss this with them and see the heat pump they recommended in action which was very useful. Once I decided to go ahead, the whole process ran very smoothly, thanks to Cinergi's organisation and high standard of customer care. I was kept up to date about the installation, provided with all the information I needed, and the Cinergi team were always happy to answer questions. I was impressed with the engineers who installed my air source heat pump so skilfully, and I'm delighted with the final result. I chose to use Cinergi because they were highly recommended to me by a friend whose air source heat pump they installed a few years ago. I second her view. Cinergi provided me with an excellent service and I too highly recommend them.

We got everything!

Cinergi installed in-roof solar panels, 10kW battery, ASHP, hot water cylinder and secondary hot water circuit. The system is all working perfectly and we are thrilled with the outcome.

The company is a very well run and organised family business, demonstrated by the ethos emanating from all. From first Web site impression (Everything, well explained), Enquiry, Survey, Tender, Clarifications, Contract, Installation, Commissioning ….. to Handover Documentation, the Team performed exceedingly well and beyond client expectation. For a time, Solar PV project ran in parallel at the same site location as ASHP installation. Onsite personal, always worked well as a team, helping each other in their areas when required (no demarcation issues, no subcontractors, just one company). Communication with the client was always respectful and courteous, taking time to explain any answers to questions that were put their way. Installation wasn’t rushed but well thought through and agreed with client, must give a special thank you to Justin Parry, whom performed exceptionally well throughout the ASHP project. Water is hot and plenty of it too, central heating system is working well and of course will be tested fully this coming winter 😊 Good liaison was had with client for Solar PV install, including the battery of which needed further consideration with respect to installation location and its service access panel. Solar Edge, delayed final live commissioning, due to a software update preventing client app monitoring of the system. Cinergi Ltd worked hard to resolve SolarEdge’s problem and kept client informed and updated. A good company with nice people

Cinergi installed an air source heat pump for us. They were a pleasure to deal with from the start, when they patiently explained the ins and outs of the system, to the handover which included a comprehensive briefing. Everyone we dealt with, from the principals to their administrators, their heating engineers and electricians were friendly, polite, honest and informative. Apart from a couple of minor scheduling issues the project was delivered with minimum fuss.
