We employed Jessops to supply and install an electric vehicle charger at our home and the whole process was handled really well. Communication was clear from the outset, the team turned up when they said they would, and the installation was completed efficiently and neatly. They explained everything clearly, left the area tidy, and made sure we were comfortable using the charger before they left. The standard of workmanship was excellent and the overall experience was straightforward and stress-free. Would happily recommend them.

Cornwall's Jessops - full name Wired by Jessops - were excellent when they installed our solar system and battery in October, since then we have had a smart meter added and everything is looking fine, despite the rainy weather the panels have been doing their stuff in what has been such a gloomy winter, We would recommend Joe Jessop and his team. Also the roofing chap on our cranky old roof was really good, Keiran Roberts from the Tamar Valley area, also recommended.

Very good experience all round. Good initial consultation after our enquiry. No hard sell. Detailed quote and information on systems to choose from. Company only installing 2 of the top 3 systems from my own research. Choice dependant totally on us after benefite of both systems explained. Clear installation date given. Phone call to confirm scaffolding date prior to start. Workers turned up on the day and installed the system with minimal fuss & mess. System set up with instruction on App & how to use. Only problem so far is it snowed heavily the next day!!! So no Solar generation & it took a couple of days to see it working. We chose the Tesla Powerwall 3 system and so far with it set to charge the battery up overnight on cheap rate we are generally lasting until around 5:30 - 6 pm before we pull off the grid. We have an electric oven which accounts for most of our daytime usage. Winter weather not been condusive to solar generation especially with number of storms this year but on a good day getting 5kW generated. Have already recommended Wired by Jessop to my neighbour.

Fabulous service for solar, battery and ev charger a fair price, good time to install. And the install itself was easy with great guys, and working well 2 months on. Spot on.

Excellent service from Joe once again. This time, a zappi EV charger, fitted really neatly outside the garage. We will definitely be getting in touch for more work later in the year.

Joe came highly recommended and he lived up to his reputation. Jessops were competitive in their pricing, on like for like equipment, against national companies. During the tendering process they took time to explain the benefits of the system, its siting within the property; all in clear layman's terms. They have continued with this service when I have had a few questions regarding the software etc... From acceptance of their quotation to the completion of installation took less than a month. I am very pleased I made contact with Joe Jessop who responded very quickly and gave a clear assessment and quotation which was very competitive and professionally presented. The workmanship was exceptional and carried out with care and with great attention to detail. We had several quotes for solar and went with Wired by Jessops and are very glad that we did. Joe came to quote us for solar, a battery and a Zappi car charger. Joe gave us a couple of options and sent us a detailed quote including plans. We opted for a Tesla Powerwall 3, which has been fantastic. The main reason that we went with Wired by Jessops was Joe himself. He wasn't pushy at all, answered all of our questions and clearly knows his stuff, but we had a sense that he would do a great job, had pride in his company and seemed a thoroughly decent and trustworthy person (indeed he is)! Once we agreed to proceed, Joe gave us a date very quickly. He arranged scaffolding and all of the necessary paperwork. Joe and his team were great. They cracked on over the course of 2 days, were really great people and did a fabulous neat job of our installation. Once the installation was done, Joe walked me through the set up of the Zappi car charger and the Tesla Powerwall 3 via the apps. Our system has exceeded our expectations. It is easy to use and keep an eye on and is generating more electric than we can use (and we have two electric vehicles). We are now sorting out our export so we will now get paid for the excess that we generate. The savings we have made on electricity already are considerable. So, don't consider anyone else. We had some hard sell people trying to force us to sign up before they left the house at double the price for inferior products. I don't recommend people lightly but have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Joe and his company Wired by Jessops. They are top people, a great company, reliable, trustworthy, doing amazing work, and best of all they are local. It just remains for us (my wife Justine and I) to thank Joe and his team, they are brilliant.

I recently had 14 solar panels and a 6kw battery installed by Joe and his team, from the outset the initial quote to installation it was a very professional operation. Everything was completed in the time frame quoted and the team were always on time and kept everything tidy during and after completion. Joe explained how the system worked and was very helpful in setting up the app on my phone. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for solar panel installation.

Joe was super efficient, courteous and patient, explaining how the new battery system would operate and showing us how it worked in real time. On the day of installation everything happened on time and in was in place by the end of the day. He then spent time helping us install the relevant app. I would not hesitate to recommend this individual and his company to anyone who is thinking about installing any sort of electrical equipment but in particular batteries and other kit associated with solar panels.

Joe even ran me through every I need to know in regards to the application that links to the charger so I was confident in how to use everything accordingly. Would recommend to anyone!
