Had to contact babergh council about chipped and exposed light fitting for them to repair. I agreed appt time & waited to see what would happen. [ BDC has not always chosen best firms to do their repairs ] PFL Ltd turned up on time and electrician showed me his ID. He was very polite & considerate chap taking care not to let my cat & dog out. I had not had this company out to do any repairs before and on first meeting was very impressed. Hope other tenants have equally positive experience.

Daniel and his two colleagues from PFL Electrical did an excellent job at installing the heatsave ventilation system into the whole house efficiently. They were all polite and hardworking and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend PFL as they also have great customer service especially Alison, Jane and Steve who were always polite and helpful to me. The tradesmen are all highly qualified and skilled at their jobs or craft. I have had PFL install thermal boarding up in all three bedrooms and decorative to a very high standard earlier this year. My home is lovely and warm now with great ventilation. Thank you PFL.

The representative was polite, professional and explained what he was investigating. He also asked if anyone works from home before turning the electric mains off. He was quite simply exemplary whist carrying out his diagnosis.
