We recently had solar panels installed by PDP and we were very pleased with the results. They were very professional and did a first class job at installing everything.

Excellent Service. These guys are fabulous. Not only excellent at when they do but also more than willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Very professional, very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

We have used PDP Services to repair 3 different lights in our Kitchen and 2 electric motors, that open up our vents in the conservatory. Tom is his name who carried out the work to repair all these issues, in a clean and very knowledgeable manner. Thank you PDP, we hope whoever reads this will see how really good you are. Also a big thanks to Tom.

Disappointed by the poor service from a local company. Have strict monetary penalties if appointments are missed but didn't keep to appointment themselves without prior notice. Lost my own work time waiting in and unsatisfactory response received when contacting them. Job obviously not considered big enough for them. Will stick to smaller independent plumbers.

Our boiler packed up on Christmas Eve and our usual engineer was closed for Christmas. PDP were very responsive and got the boiler up and running for us. Very personable engineer and we will be changing to PDP in the future for all our maintenance needs.

We recently suffered a failure of our Mitsubishi Ecodan heat pump, and the firm who installed it quoted an astronomical figure for replacement parts, as well as charging me for an unneccessary visit. In desperation I called PDP Services and Paul fixed the problem with a mixture of some recycled parts, a great deal of skill and experience, and extreme attention to detail. All at a cost to us which was more than reasonable. I would absolutely recommend PDPServices to those looking for expertise and integrity.

All the staff at PDP are friendly, helpful and very efficient. They tested every part of our central heating system, and after the leak was found, quickly installed a new radiator. We would highly recommend this company, and will certainly use them again. Dave Burgess Hill

The team were incredibly professional, friendly, and respectful throughout the job. They worked efficiently and kept everything tidy, which we really appreciated. Every single time I have needed any help with our boiler, PDP services have delivered spectacular service in a swift timeframe. One of the things I really appreciate is they don’t talk at you or down to you, they talk to you and ensure that you completely understand what is going on at all stages in the process. Highly recommended. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Definitely worthy of the 5 star rating, when it comes to our heating we have used them a couple of times and each time they have arrived very promptly with very knowledgeable engineers who have quickly identified and fixed the problem there and then (if it’s a small part) or replace the whole boiler. They have always been very professional in their work and wont hesitate to use them again in the future if we have any other problems

Electric car charger fitted. From the survey to the installation it was all carried out extremely well. Different options explained to me and a clean and tidy installation. Would happily recommend to others.

The engineers arrived exactly on time and were polite, professional, and a real pleasure to deal with. Their technical knowledge was outstanding, and they carried out the work swiftly and efficiently without any fuss. A truly refreshing experience – highly recommended!

PDSP Ltd did a great job and we were very pleased with the result. Everyone was polite, took time to respond to any questions we had, worked safely, and tidied up after the job was finished. I was also pleased to see that PDP Services Ltd employed trainees/ apprentices as I believe a skilled workforce is vital to our industry particularly as we transition to a low carbon future.

The boiler engineer arrived at the agreed time and was very friendly. During the service he identified a faulty component and showed me. To save the expense of a return visit, he went off to obtain the part, fitted it, and completed the service. All in all, very pleased with the experience.

George came to my home today to help with a plumbing issue which has bern ongoing for months despite several other plumbers having been employed. What a breath of fresh air he is! A delightful young man with impeccable manners and a most professional approach. He was able to help me in seconds and was very thorough as he inspected the whole faulty system. I truly feel he was heaven sent and look forward to welcoming him back to complete the task. What a relief it is when one finds service of this standard. Well done PDP for engaging him!

Never used PDP before. Was impressed with clear estimate based on pre supplied charge rates to fix a heat pump. Paul the engineer was on time, highly professional and multi skilled with plumbing, electrician and heat pump experience with qualifications. No need to have other tradesmen on site, he could do everything required. The fix was complex and involved finding a solution to resolve a problem. He was 'can do' and at no point was the fix in doubt. I would highly recommend PDP for anyone also with a broken swimming pool heat pump. Final bill was sensible and far better than replacing the Dantherm model.

Terrible service

Terrible service over a number of years. In 2023 I had my lawn destroyed after PDP's engineers slopped glycol from the ASHP system all over it but I let it go as a one off. In 2024 I called them out to fix a dimplex ASHP. They had to send 2 engineers because the first seemed to be unfamiliar with the ASHP system. The second diagnosed the fault and said that he'd repair the board however I didn't hear anything so called to follow up. He'd gone sick! I was then told the ASHP could not be repaired and that I would need to replace the whole system. I chased PDP for a quote but never received it. It seems that they had an old email address on file and couldn't be bothered to call me. I couldn't go through winter without any heating / how water so went to another provider (A Greener Alternative) who have been so much better than PDP. My advice to potential customers would be to call around first. PDP used to be good but they've gone downhill over the years that I've used them. Despite failing to repair OR replace my ASHP, PDP have demanded that I pay £144 for calling them out to diagnose the faults (and leave us with no heating in Winter)! As others will see from PDP’s reply to my review, no comment about ruining my lawn, no comments about failing to call me back and leaving us stranded without heating. Their justification for terrible customer service is that I’d changed my email address since the last time they’d service my ASHP. Truly sad to be so let down after years of loyalty. As I already mentioned, there are other vendors that are providing much better service than PDP.

PDP did not provide the cheapest quote for solar installation but I am so pleased I chose them to do the job. The system was put in exactly as described. It looks great, works great and all of the PDP team were professional throughout the process, respecting my property and explaining the equipment. They also respected my wishes with regards to the positioning of the TESLA PowerWall and associated equipment. I can’t fault anything at all. As I said, not the cheapest out there but if you are adding things to your property (especially on the roof) I think it’s worth paying a little extra to get it right first time. I had the install in March and I’ve already saved thousands of pounds. So the installation will pay for itself in several years anyway.

Needed these ceiling fans fitted before the next heatwave. Call PDP and an electrician was booked for the next week. Richard arrived at the designated time and started work immediately. He was exceptionally tidy and completed the work without any issues. I was most impressed with his attitude and service throughout.

The team at PDP were excellent from start to finish. Always on time, quick to respond, and answered all my questions. The PV installation was exceptionally well done, with very neat and tidy cabling throughout. The team were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I'm very pleased with the installation and can highly recommend PDP Services.

PDP are excellent. Professional, efficient, friendly. Rich did a great job of fitting a new cooker hood for me recently. Not an easy job but he made it look like it was!

PDP were excellent when they replaced my boiler. They were quick to find a replacement, turned up on time and did a first rate job. They also left the place tidy. Would highly recommend them.

The problem with my boiler was accurately diagnosed and quickly fixed by a friendly and tidy engineer. All at reasonable cost.
