A great job start to finish! I was moving home and had limited access to the new empty property. Coolpower explained everything thoroughly in plain English unlike the goblbedygook on the internet and from other suppliers with out any pressure and at a realistic reasonable cost! Andrew and the team got the installation of panels and battery organised and fitted within 2 weeks of my initial enquiry! All was carried out clean and tidy and the solar panels look great - even suit the roof! The scaffolding was up the day before and removed the day following installation. The wiring was concealed where possible - all was really tidy. Great follow up and support afterwards aswell. I highly recommend Coolpower!

Our experience with cool power electrical has been a positive one. When I initially contacted them they were quick to respond and have been helpful throughout the whole process. Andrew and Mark were both easy to talk to and were able to give us any information needed, as well as quickly rectifying the problem with our solar equipment.

I would absolutely recommend using Cool Power Electric if you are considering solar! We had three different quotes for our roof replacement (without solar) which all came back at £25k. Coolpower were able to give us an integrated solar roof, inverter, battery, and completely new roof and guttering for less than our best "roof only" quote. The installation was incredibly fast, all of their staff and contractors were amazing, clean, and just generally great to have around, which really matters when you're going to have them at the house over the course of several weeks. We felt supported through every step and they have helped us to really understand the system, as we have a pretty complicated set up. They have followed up several times to make sure everything is running as expected and I have nothing negative to say about the experience at all. Just a great company to work with! Also worth mentioning that my roof looks so great, I've come outside several times to find neighbours just standing in the road looking at it, as we're the first solar in the neighbourhood! It's a big hit!

In all the dealings I have had with people carrying out works at my house, Andrew at Coolpower stands out as the most professional, patient and proactive. He answered all my endless questions, explained things in a language I could understand and suggested things I hadn't thought of. He understood that when one is spending a large amount of money, it is important that you feel confident you have decided on the right products and plan. He never once made me feel pressured to book work in with his company (unlike some of the other companies who quoted), instead he helped me come to a decision and laid out a variety of options along with his recommendations. We ended up having two batteries installed on our two electricity supplies, which are already saving us money and working as designed. He sorted out a minor niggle very promptly. We are hoping to install solar panels in the near future and once planning is sorted, I will have no hesitation in booking Coolpower in to do the work. All in all it was a pleasure to work with Andrew and I look forward to our next dealings with Coolpower in the hopefully not too distant future.

Excellent service from the beginning to the end. Andrew is always available for advice and information and, as he says, he may not be the cheapest, but the installation will be done correctly to a very high standard with the best most ethical products. I am delighted with my 24 panel solar installation (on 3 roof sides) and Tesla PW3 which is exceeding all predictions and my expectations. The fitting carried out by Marc and Gary in 4 days was friendly, professional and efficient - frankly, it could not have been better. You won't go wrong if you use this company - it will be a top job.

Great experience dealing with Andrew from Coolpower Electrical from enquiry to job completion. Andrew took the time to explain how it works and help me work out what’s required for my unique situation. He was very attentive to detail and no request was any trouble. They were efficient in the installation and extremely professional throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend Andrew and Coolpower Electrical for anyone considering home solar setup.

Cool Power Electrical (CPE) completed a 5KW in roof system complete with Tesla Powerwall 3 battery. Before I commissioned CPE to do the install I contacted several companies, CPE were by no means the cheapest but were not the most expensive either, although what did they did provide over and above the others was time to talk through what it is you actually wanted, and providing valuable information on optimising the system. I was probably not the easiest customer, I can be quite particular, in addition the site presented its own challenges, not due to access, but due to the shear distances between the solar array, battery and electrical meter. When the install commenced the operation was slick, scaffolding up the day before the install started, the actual install was completed over a four day period in which all the workmen were polite and tidy, they did a really neat job. The nice touches was that each evening Andrew checked in to make sure all was well with in the install thus far and gave me a chance to voice any issues or concerns, for which there were none. Post install, the customer service has been great, the follow up paperwork arrived quickly allowing me to register with my provider for export. Very pleased with the install, I would recommend CPE to anyone wanting to go down the solar route, this company prides itself on customer service service and it shows!

My domestic solar and battery storage project seemed quite complicated, not least as there was so much to learn and think about (charge/discharge rates, flexible tariffs, optimizing the size of the solar array vs. battery capacity and lots of other things to think about), but Andrew and his team have been exemplary in providing objective advice and sharing their real-world experience from many client installs and of course providing sensible guidance. Once all the permutations have been agreed and the final system designed, the process was flawless. All appointments were punctual, the team worked very efficiently and quickly, and everything worked well, right from the get-go. It is well worth investing personal time to research things fully, but picking Coolpower Electrical was the best decision as they have not disappointed in any way.

100% delighted with our PV and Battery installation provided by CoolPower. As an Architect I did a lot of research into a system before I committed. They came to me as a recommendation through an electrician that I trust. I had other quotes from other companies and CoolPower we not only cheaper but filled me confidence about spending a considerable amount of money. They are very experienced with the equipment that they install and really flexible enough to adapt to suit our own requirements (every system is unique). Initial consultation was very professional, focused on what I wanted to achieve from a Solar PV installation. No pressure sales. Very factual and straightforward, clear about what would work and what wouldn’t. Sensible discussion about how much I would save. I was very impressed by the discussion around how to manage the system through the internet and app to maximise electricity bill savings … this was the clincher for me on which company to choose. Andrew quoted and agreed installation date and stuck to both … no issues. Installation was straightforward: scaffolding up, roof work and panel installation, electrics, calibration / commissioning and scaffolding down. All of the workers were very professional, friendly and tidy. Andrew showed me how to use the app. Started saving money on electricity immediately. During third week of March 75-80% of my electricity usage came from the Solar PV system despite rain and cloudy weather. All the way through the process, first class service. Would highly recommend.
