Our building has more holes than a sieve! Everytime we call them out they say they have fixed but we end up with more damage and leaks. The workmanship and techniques used to cut corners are shocking. They are not plumbers. Avoid!

An incorrectly fitted fitting led to a significant leak within my new build home within six weeks of moving in. They have denied all responsibility. Avoid at all costs.

As this Company have carried out boiler service since our new build, we contacted them several months ago about replacing 2 showers. After multiple excuses and a no-show for an appointment, they have not replied to emails and phone messages. Will not use again!

Ben came to install a water softener for us today. What a nice guy who went the extra mile by fixing an extra shelf in the cupboard where the water softener was installed. He is a credit to the company.

Poor workmanship, dreadful customer service. This company has visited my new build property in excess of 15 times in less than 12 months to correct their own mistakes and bad workmanship. The worst of these being to fix a toilet leak also resulting in my new flooring being lifted. Once 'fixed' several weeks later the problem recurred and new floor had to be replaced. I am currently on my third bathroom floor (so far) One workman who was sent as the quality control 'A' team, sawed through to the other side of the wall creating a hole in a bedroom and left without telling me One engineer was due to arrive but didn't turn up, then lied saying nobody was home. Another engineer sent me a rude and disrespectful email when I complained that he had arrived and left before the booked appointment time I certainly do not recommend!

Called K A Watts due to an expansion tank constantly running, very quickly arranged for an engineer to contact me. The engineer was happy to video call to diagnose the problem, parts were ordered and within a few days the issue was resolved. Very happy with the works and service they provide.

They came and sorted my workshop sink plumbing, I expected it to take all day it was sorted within 2 hours, no mess or water on the floor. Plumber was a lovley guy very friendly and efficient. Was happy to follow all security/safety measures in place for the workshop. Couldn't recommend enough! Now instead of taking 10 minutes to fill a water bottle it takes 2 seconds and no more stink creeping out of the sink!

Used KA Watts in our old (new build) house to service our boiler as they installed it and they were brilliant every time. We then moved slightly out of the area to an old house and switched to a different plumber for a boiler install which turned out to be a mistake as they left lots of faults...one of which was a gas leak that was found when our meter was replaced. We called KA Watts as we knew from before that they were a quality company to help with (albeit in a slight panic as gas shut off due to a gas leak is not what you want to hear...) and the lady on the phone was very helpful in finding an engineer that could help us the same day. They turned up, fixed our gas leak and checked everything was okay before turning the gas back on, and it's safe to say that I'll be going back to KA Watts for any plumbing or heating related needs - I should never have strayed!

We have our annual boiler service with you every year. The plumber that has visited today was efficient and courteous. Wonderful service. Look after that Gentleman, he is a credit to you. This was 1 February. First call out of the day. SO50 4DF

Contacted KA Watts who originally installed our boiler and cylinder for a service. Ian serviced our boiler and cylinder, as well as capped off our radiator in a very efficient and timely manner. Nice gentleman; very knowledgeable! The price was affordable and the customer service irreproachable! Could not recommend enough!

We purchased a new home and this is the company the builder used for their plumbing installations. The central heating system doesn't work properly, we have poor water pressure and the radiators don't work as they should. They have been out 8 times now and booked in for the 9th visit and have been unable to resolve the issue. The plumbers that have all attended have been nice people but nobody takes any responsibility and the work is clearly to a very poor standard because they always say "it's all fixed now" and later that day we experience the same issues. Emma and Karen who communicate via email to book the appointments in etc are very rude and show no empathy for all the inconvenience that is caused by them not being able to do their job properly. Please don't waste your money, use a different company.

KA Watts have serviced my boiler and repaired my plumbing on numerous occasions over the last few years and I’ve been impressed with them every time. Their pricing is fair and their plumber are always kind, courteous and professional. Would highly recommend!
