We are very happy with the work that Get Charging did for us. The installation was completed efficiently and tidily and earlier than we expected as our job did involve extending through our garden and alongside the garage. We felt very confident that the job being done was the right one for us and that we were getting good advice.

Absolutely brilliant experience from initial quote through to installation. Really helpful, great advice and so professional in the installation. Located exactly where I wanted it with the minimum of disruption to our house. Cable fitted under the floor boards and out through the wall and along the outside wall. Really happy and would highly recommend Get Charging.

Andy provided the installation and was very professional. Eye to details, kept everything tidy, the young lad that worked with him gave me very clear instructions how to install the app, set up the app. Brilliant service and delivered as promised.

Connected via Facebook and received a phone back on the same day. Despite very professionally managing my expectations and telling me it may be a couple of weeks before they could install following a very competitive quote we set a date within the week. The guys who came to do the install arrived on time, performed the task within the morning and left everything clean and tidy. Upon finishing they explained how it all works and helped me register and use the app. So far the charger is working as promised and I'm confident it'll continue to do so.

My ev charger installation was not straight forward but Sam and the team came up with a solution that was undoubtedly hard work for them but has meant a much better installation for me. Purchased brand new HYUNDAI KONA on 12 April 2025. Need a home charger. Checked with my electricity provider and find its going to be upto 6 weeks before they can fit one. Saw advert for get charging on Facebook and rang them on 14th April. From start to finish the service was perfect. Picked up new car on Thursday 17th April in the morning and get charging had my charger fitted by 1.30pm. The fitters were excellent and did the job very quickly without any issues. Great service from Get Charging. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They arrived to fit the charger exactly when they said they would and did a very neat job of installing it on my garage wall. Also gave me an explanation of how it works and setting up the app and also showing me how it will link to my Octopus energy app. I would highly recommend them.

Had my new EV charger installed today by Andy, from first contact to installation ‘Get Charging’ have been brilliant and accommodated us by splitting the installation over 2 visits meaning no disruption to home working. The installation was done quickly and efficiently with no mess, Andy explained everything in detail once the charger was up and running and helped set up the app and ran through the basics of how to use it.

Sam and Kelly were extremely helpful when asking for a quote. Quickly received and very competitive. The install was done within a week and went flawlessly. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Service. Contacted Get Charging after finding their contact details on the Tesla website. Sam responded instantly and arranged to get a Tesla Wall Connector supplied, installed and working within 5 days from original enquiry. The 2 fitters attended on time and were extremely friendly. They carried out the installation quickly and professionally and demonstrated how to use the charger. Couldn’t recommend this company enough. Thank you

Sam often goes above and beyond and has regularly answered any questions or queries I've had - even well after installation.
