Out of hours service not so good, took 3 attempts to get through & nearly an hour on the phone before they finally answered, my 72 year old vulnerable mum had a leak in the boiler, the guy was out within 20 mins after finally getting through & promised her to be back 1st thing in the morning to repair it, my mum has sat in a cold house for hours & no sign of an engineer until I rung & told them. I'm not saying they're rubbish just their out of hours service is shocking when they don't answer the phone
Moved in to my disabled flat had a problem whith shower over the new year which pump and memory board was causing major problems had a fantastic response today from paul who's been whith westwood for 28 years you sir are a credit to your company very noligble polite courteous and friendly thank you so much for the repair paul lets hope you stay for another 28 years 👍
After spending a very stressful weekend waiting for an engineer to look at my boiler a wonderful youg man came out. He was very professional and personable. He explained everything to me and checked everything.i have been with Westward energy for the last seven years and have always found them excellent to deal with.
When a company allow there staff to rip people off after starting a job and refuses to return to complete the job after being payed cash in his hand full payment using excuses like sorry your spare bathroom isn’t finished but I tried to kill my self yesterday and my niece has had a car crash then getting violent and abusive over text message and you ask the company for help they say on the phone they will get a manger to call you back and they never call you but you have to put up with more abusive text messages from Jason saying his bosses say tell them to not call us fabulous company I must say Stay well away if you want to be treated with respect
Do not use this company. I feel it is very important to warn anyone thinking of using Westward Energy Services to think again, as they employ a guy named Jason, who is a full on cowboy builder/plumber. The worst thing this company did was blatantly lie to us in saying that they would help us and get back to us. They never once phoned us back or helped at all, only ignored us. Jason took £890 off us and left our en suite shower completely unfinished and in a state - see the pictures/videos taken. He left a hole in our ceiling, no plinth to go at the bottom of the shower tray, smashed our shower trim, hit our toilet away from the wall, put sealant all over the place and broke a few of our tiles, which he insisted we had to replace. Jason also ignored messages/calls, didn't even try and book in a date to finish the work and also became very aggressive towards us - swearing and childishly using exclamation marks/capital letters throughout his messages. He refused to put right anything he broke and refused to finish the job; at the same time he also refused to give us any of our money back. We have still not received a penny back from him for leaving our shower looking like this. I would avoid this company because they are clearly happy to employ and defend deceitful cowboy builders like this.
First time using this company. Wat a first class team. From the people who we spoke on the phone to.The guys Rees and Harry who came out to do the work. 10 out of 10. Polite. Respectful. Helpful and clean working. Fantastic . Would recommend to anyone . Thankyou
I am updating my first negative review. I did book a service and they never showed up or communicated, hence the bad review. Since then they rebooked my service request to a week later and arrived punctually. The engineer Daniel? was very friendly, professional and clean, we hardly knew he was there. Would have been 5 stars, but due to the first glitch I can only give 4 stars.
My mum is 86, she has been let down on two occasions. Westward promised to come and repair her boiler, but sadly she had been left without any heating or hot water. Appalling service. Stay well away from this company.
We've had several engineers to our home over the last few years and cannot say a bad word about one of them. We had Alex down on the 14th of November. He phoned us beforehand to let us know he was on his way over. He was easy to talk to, very kind and polite (he took his shoes off out of respect which I really appreciated as it drives me mad having muddy wet footprints on the floor!) We asked if he could check the radiators in the bedrooms and he ended up checking them in all of the rooms and made sure they were all working fine. I would also like to mention I have spoken to Lisa several times on the phone and she has always been so helpful and understanding if we've had to rearrange an appointment due to work.
We recently had our Boiler and gas fires serviced. The engineer Kevin was very thorough and did a very professional job. He was friendly and filled us with confidence of a service well done. We’d definitely recommend Westward Energy Services Ltd to anyone.
We've had a domestic service and repair plan with Westward and the service has been first class. Prompt response to call-outs and friendly, able, staff. A recent visit by Mike to conduct bathroom plumbing repairs exemplifying all that's good about them Turned up bang on time, carryied out the jobs swiftly and efficiently, with a smile on his face
Engineer came to service my boiler which is in the outhouse in the garden. He left my back gate wide open despite being aware I have dogs. I'm a wheelchair user and when he had left, I let my dogs into the garden as usual. Due to him leaving the gate open, my assistance dog, and my rescue dog escaped, and my wheelchair isn't fast enough to keep up with them. It could have been a lot worse had we lived on a main road Surely it's basic common sense to shut a gate behind you?

Office staff were great in booking my boiler service, the engineer mike was fantastic, I've used other companies previously and never received service like this. Mike was very polite / professional and so easy to talk to. He treated my home with utmost respect and his work was so neat. He even talked me through using my boiler to get the best efficiency from it. Have recommended to family and friends and will not look elsewhere from now on. If I could give 10 stars I would 🌟 Thanks westward!!
My elderly parent’s boiler broke last week so I called Westward and the lovely lady on the phone managed to send an engineer out the same day! Was a very reasonable price and the engineer wore full PPE so my parents felt very safe. Would DEFINITELY recommend.
We had used this company for a few years now and have the platinum cover. I honestly cannot say how glad we are that we have this cover they have been an absolute godsend especially when our heating and water packed in during the really cold spell in January. Every employee I have spoken to or have called at the house have been both friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company and the platinum cover to anyone. Keep up the good work guys! If only every company was like you!
Great experience with Westward Energy. Engineers in PPE and felt very safe, they installed our new worcester bosch boiler at a very competitive price. Arrived in good time with lovely service and good end result. Definitely recommend.
My name is Mrs Barbara South and recently have needed to call out the engineers to fix a problem I kept having with the boiler. I must have called them about five times and every time they came as soon as they could and got the boiler to work. They were so pleasant and helpful. I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for the excellent service I received from you.
After a bad start to my boiler problem. I can now say that it has been resolved between my son and contracts engineer who was very professional. Two engineers named Matthew and Christian carried out the installation of the new boiler who were exceptional. I expected mess noise upside downs. But due to their professional work ethic I was gladly surprised. Thank you for your services.
I'm not one for leaving feedback but i can fully recommend Westward as a reliable company with experienced engineers. Today my boiler broke down and within 4 hrs an engineer was at my door to check the fault i had reported. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it with van stock he had. My boiler is back up and running all within the day. I just wanted to say thanks Westward.
