We had our Vaillant Air Source Heat Pump recently installed by Nick Charlie Tyler and Liam along with others. They did a marvelous job and we would thoroughly recommend them. They were polite and very considerate throughout. Big thanks for explaining everything to us when the job was finished even though it was late on the Friday.

We have a 14 panel installation with a Givenergy battery. The team did a brilliant job - we are really happy with the result. The installation is neat and tidy, and everything is working as it should be. I would highly recommend this company.

We originally contacted Energy Smart with a view to having the solar system we inherited with the house we bought changed to have a battery. They came and gave us a fair quote for doing the job. We dithered about having the job done for six months and then the inverter we had packed in. We called them back and I was expecting to have to fork out for a battery but Matt told us a battery wasn't needed for our situation as our usage was very low and we wouldnt see a return for our investment for many years. A new inverter with a feed in tariff was all we needed. I was very impressed that they were honest and didnt try to sell us something we didnt need. The installation went smooth and they did a good job. We would highly recommend them if you want some solar work doing to your home.

The Energy Smart Group have been looking after our ASHP system since we had it installed in 2019. (They didn't install it - the company that did - disappeared fairly quickly after the installation!). The ESG have been excellent since they picked up our system. Last weekend it stopped working... but despite it being 17:00 on Saturday, Sam and the team kicked in to help. Monday morning a bright engineer arrived and worked hard to identify the fault and get the system back up and running. Above and beyond I would say. If you have an ASHP system - look them up and give them a call.

Absolutely brilliant - not pushy and listen to what you want to do - the whole team were brilliant from start to finish and the products I got were exactly right for me. All work done efficiently and courteously within the agreed timescales - can’t praise them enough and Matt especially.

Great company for my recent solar and battery installation. Great communication and very responsive. Given all various options nd prices that suited our needs. All well explained, Had a few specific requests which was completed without any issues. Quick turnaround on the installation and received all the relevant paperwork shortly after installation. They not only planned and installed our heating system but gave us detailed advised on how best to use it and which energy tariffs to subscribe to. I have recently installed a 6.8KW solar panel with a 5KW GivEnergy Hybrid inverter and 2x 9.5KWh GivEnergy battery. The whole process is very smooth and the team has taken care every aspect from the G99 application, the scaffolding and the installation! I have also get the Zappi charger installed for my EV as well! The system is working well since day 1 and now I do not need to pay any electricity for my home during the sunny day and could use the cheap electricity to charge the EV at night. Had solar panels and a battery system fit in March and can’t recommend these guys enough! Can’t believe how much money we are saving already. Installation advice and after sales support from Ben and Matt has been amazing!

We have had 6.4kw solar pv system installed with a givenergy hybrid 5kw inverter and a 9.5kw battery by this company. The whole process was seamless and the company took care of our G99 application for us. The installation was complete in 2days with scaffolding up and down. Polite and professional staff. They system has all been in working order since day one and in February alone we saved £130 on bills. We have saved about 75% on bills as a whole. Any questions we have had were answered quickly and professionally. We will be going back to the company for a heat pump in the near future.
